The young lady Kristen Duvall that works at Miracle Ear is absolutely outstanding. She is always there to help ,she truly cares about her patients and it shows.

Amazing performance from doctor Brian Hill. Felt very welcomed and tended to from the moment I stepped in the building by Kristen at the front desk. It was a great decision that I chose them to service me. 10 stars from me. They were both very kind to me and Brian was sure to answer all of my questions. I never felt like I wasn’t taken serious and if down the road I have any problems hearing related I will 100% be sure to come back. Primary ear care found.

Katherine and Kristen are the best! They make you feel like you are their friend while they are helping you with all your hearing needs. Finally decided I needed to do something about my hearing, went to miracle ear in Killeen and they are the friendliness people, Katherine hill was so professional and sweet to put me at ease to deal with my hearing loss! She was so helpful in selecting what I needed and helped me in getting adjusted to wearing the hearing aids,I did not realized my hearing loss was so serious. Excellent service. I learned more about “how my ears” worked in one day than the 21 years I spent in the military. And I was tested often. I was given a hearing exam and told the truth, “you don’t need hearing aids yet”. It’s obvious Mrs. Miller cares about her clients. I appreciated the straight talk and excellent service. Im really enjoying my hearing aids. The service Im receiving is very good. Laura Miller is really helping me step by step to use the hearing aid and the streaming. Im loving hearing sounds I havent heard in a long time. Im able to have conversations and hear again at my meetings.

Had an appointment today with Laura Miller. She cleaned Jeff , hearing aids and gave him another test. She told us about newer models of the hearing aids and gave us some prices but didn’t try to push them on us. She was very informative. She did give us something to think about. Was at miracle ear Killeen today as a walk in. They welcomed me very professionally, listened to my problem (bad receiver) happily fixed it and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. Very pleased with the service A+ rating.

I have been struggling with tinnitus for a long time now. I went in for an exam and after the results I was able to try on one of the miracle ears hearing aids.
