Very good at communication, sending reminders of upcoming appointments. Fast service, courteous, friendly, and no long waits for appointments. Responsive for follow ups. Highly recommended. Only giving 5 because I can’t give 6.

The receptionist and the audilogist are sooo nice! service is fast and my audiologist went above and beyond to make sure that my insurance got me the devices that i needed ❤️

I bought hearing aids 4 years ago for the first time - although initially hesitant, they tested my hearing and installed and service these hearing aids for me - never do I get anything but excellent service, and will gladly refer anyone I know to this business - they will absolutely treat you right!

I took my hearing aids in for repair, and the staff was just wonderful. Ms.Mendiaz was very courteous, she repaired both of my hearing aids at no charge. she also was courteous enough to make sure the aids were well fitted before I left the store. I would highly recommend this location for anyone with hearing needs.

Im getting hearing aids here

So unhelpful and rude. We come in at 11:45 to two people eating lunch at the front desk. They tell us they are at lunch and we need to come back at 12:30. We waste time waiting and come back only to be told there is now a fee to clean the hearing aids. Of course, they don’t know the fee and have to research and discuss what the fee will be.Why are your doors open if your office is closed for lunch? How do you not know your own fee schedule? Why weren’t we ever informed in the past that there would be a fee? Why didn’t you mention the fee when you sent us away to finish your lunch so that we could get on with our lives. Then $65 or $25 to clean the hearing aids. Hmm, after all of this don’t feel like they want to help and don’t trust them to handle my hearing aids with care. So sorry to interrupt you.
