10/12/2021Stellar shop! Service is great and owner is knowledgeable and friendly. The juices are cold pressed ,fresh and delicious as is the food offered there. I would like to express my opinion regarding wait time and cost (addressed in other reviews) 1.Of course there is a wait time,all is freshly made.It is not a drive thru .2. If one bought all the ingredients to make oneself, assuming they were readily available and fresh ,the cost would be comparable even with store profit. The staff and owner cater to the customer. VitalityBowls have the BEST smoothie bowls 🤤 😋 They use healthy fresh ingredients and you can customize your bowls however you want/need. My personal favorite is their Dragon Bowl, but they are all delicious 😊The large bowls are big, staff was friendly, app is easy to use (and you can earn rewards like discounts), and this place is very vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friendly ❤️

Definitely have very good food I love their Super Bowls they are so delicious and definitely will tell family and friends about this place good customer service and everybody was so nice and helpful with the menu.

Everything about it is pretty great for what it is. Kinda limited to a specific demographic though considering there is very little in terms of protein and veg. But if your into fruit dishes its A+

Very bland food. The peanut butter wasn’t actually peanut butter it was almond butter completely different and the bowls had no flavors to them do not recommend go to liquid planet fresh instead

Food is fine. Service has a lot to be desired. Awfully slow for a panini and a bowl. The 16 year old working doesn’t understand how to keep clients and make the customer happy. I suggest Liquid Planet on Clifton instead. Better choices. Faster service. Disappointed overall. Won’t be back.

I really loved their bowls but I got a hair in my bowl for the second time today! They really need to step up their precautions and cleanliness.

I like how the food is healthy. I would like vegan menu protein options or even beans. Other than that, the service was good.

I think Ill need to try another smoothie, the dates in the one I got were not completely blended and veggie panini had chewy tomatoes with way too many onions. Id go back to try another smoothie, but Im not sure about the sandwich.

Hot food, cold food, juices, smoothies, and kombucha on tap! What a great place.

I like the food here. It is actually healthy not like some other smoothie establishments that use juice concentrate or ice cream in their products. Everything is planted based and healthy. My only qualm is that the service is kind of slow. They say it’s because everything is made fresh. I have worked in smoothie places before and honestly it’s more so do you lack of staff at this location. Prices are a bit high but it helps if you get their app for discounts. Also, some smoothies could be blended a bit better, occasionally they are too chunky to drink through the straw. The remodel of this restaurant is really nice and it’s a comfortable space to eat in.

This is $5 worth of avocado toast? One barely-toasted standard slice of bread? Stick to the smoothies and bowls, that is if you have money to burn at this place.

Yesterday was my first time at this establishment. I had pre-ordered one of each of the Panini sandwiches that they offer on the menu as I was having two friends over for lunch that day. My order was promptly ready but when I got home to serve the sandwiches they were all very small, very dry and with very little actual filling inside. All three were a big disappointment, especially the sirloin panini which was the most expensive of the three--it was so dry it bordered on being ridiculous. I will not be going back!

Stopped in to pick up a uber eats order and the owner was rude. When she spoke to me, I spoke back and told her who I was picking up for. She told me “order is not ready. If it were it would be out!” And walked out. I understood that the order was not ready but she had NO reason to get smart and have an attitude. I understand that during this pandemic things are hectic and business is very busy. As well as at this establishment orders are made fresh to order which is appreciated. But the rudeness is VERY uncalled for. Before this happened I saw the menu while waiting and said I’d definitely come back and check this place out. But after that encounter with the OWNER I will pass! She needs to stay kind, humble and be THANKFUL that during this tough time her business is still up and running unlike some business owners. Found out about this place about a week ago. Been here multiple times with my girlfriend already. Great aesthetic on the interior and great, fresh food that tastes amazing! Leave here feeling good about everything. Not to mention, the employees are extremely welcoming and friendly. Definitely a new favorite of mine! I recommend to anyone and everyone.

I love this place. When I visit my daughter in Rocky River, I always have a vitality bowl for lunch or dinner. I eat healthy and work out 4 to 5 days a week. I wish there was one of these close to me in youngstown. Great job!

This is a brand new location with lots of healthy choices that are priced fairly for what you are getting. Situated in a pretty easy to get to spot, you can get here quickly from the downtown Rocky River area. The inside is new and clean, of course, and the outside has plenty of parking in a safe and secure area. It is a great option when you are looking for something different from a greasy burger and are trying to eat healthy. Give it a try, I love this place and I am sure everyone else will also.

Nice smoothie, and organic breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant. This is a new restaurant in Fairview Park that offers interesting smoothies, smoothie bowls and sandwiches. This was my first time at Vitality Bowls and I tried a smoothie and a sandwich. Both were very good and filling. The staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend this restaurant to others. Enjoy!🙂

I got the turkey panini - not worth the money it was plain and dry. Smoothie was good.

These type of spots are my jam. I am obsessed with bowl places. This place however is only so so. Not to say it is bad or anything but the servicing sizes are small for the price. I will go back to try another bowl... hopefully they earn my 5 stars.

Very delicious food that at the same time is extremely healthy. Makes you feel good about eating it. I’d recommend their açaí bowls, specifically the dragon bowl as well as their amazing smoothies. This is the only location in northeast Ohio so I definitely recommend giving their food a try. Your taste buds and body will thank you!

Horrible customer service. I was waiting for 20 minutes for an online order that was sitting in the fridge, ready for pickup, and even after I asked for it at 12:00, it was not handed to me until 12:20 when it was ready at 12:00. Will never buy from here again, I recommend you don’t either. Also talked down on by workers with a condescending attitude, snarls, and eye rolls.

I went the day they opened and the food was amazing! It’s a really good healthy option that’s also delicious. Highly recommend the nutty bowl (with added peanut butter on top) and the kombucha on tap. Will definitely be back!

Great smoothies and juices. The customer service is also a bonus. The smoothies are fresh- healthy- they are perfect for providing energy when you can’t sit down to eat.

I purchased the vitality bowl! It was delicious and filling. All their bowls and smoothies look good. I know Ill return to try more items.

Walked in the day of the grand opening and I went up the cashier all confused because I heard this was healthy food but no clue what vitality bowls was. They gave me a great description of their menu and what they provide as well what is an açaí bowl. Once I order which I got a salami panini and a desert bowl the service was relatively quick for making everything fresh to order. To sum it up the food was terrific and the service was even better if you’re looking for something good for you Vitality Bowls is the place.

I went on the day of their grand opening, got to try their dragon bowl and the roast turkey panini. Never thought healthy food could this good! I am very impressed with that they are doing and I will keep coming back to try new things on the menu!

Says they close at 8:30pm. Arrived at 8pm as another customer was leaving. Before I could open the door they locked it in my face. I mean just be accurate with your closing times so people dont waste their time traveling to your establishment.This occurred Friday, September 20th.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the items on the menu, however we paid 45$ for 2 child size paninis 2 smoothies and a salad 😳 and left there still hungry dont get me wrong the food was delicious as well as the smoothies. The portion sizes were just too small do that was a disappointment....Ill stick to Panera bread they have better portion sizes and prices

There are a ton of choices! Either come prepared or don’t overthink it. We really liked the steak panini. I ended up liking my “bowl” which turned out to be a thick smoothie with toppings. The prices seemed a bit steep, but since there seem to be nearly a dozen ingredients in a bowl the convenience of not having to gather them and do the work makes it worth while. Nutrition wise I need more protein than provided, but that is personal.....400 calories w/ 70g carbs. The store was small but clean with nice seating outside. We were told a 10 minute wait, but it seemed like less to get our take away order for 2. There is plenty of parking but finding the store might be slightly challenging if you are on Center Ridge....just go till it dead ends and look to the right. I might go back for a smoothie especially on a half price Tuesday or something like that.

Nice healthy food option for Cleveland! I love their new bowls too and Im really happy they added them. My go-to is the green goddess bowl. A bit pricey at $14.99, so I cant get it everyday, but a quick healthy option to consider in a bind. The temptation smoothie is also absolutely delicious.
