Best medical clinic ever. Doctors and PAs are the best and they never overbook. You are seen within 5 minutes of your appointment. Great front staff never wait in line. Would highly recommend.

It is very strange clinic. I have seen that when patients like me write a real review, they call it fake. What a hypocrisy. Instead of improving their service, They write fake comments and decline real comments. I personally had bad experience in this clinic. Worse staff and nurses and doctors who have no knowledge of current medical situation. One thing they are good at is yelling at patients if you ask a questions and while they are seeing patients they are on their personal cell phones!. Go head call it a fake. This is what they are good at. Guys you have been warned about this fake clinic.

I am very much a senior most likely among Up 2 Pars oldest. So Iv been around awhile and around the Country. While I am in pretty dam good health I of course have seen a number of Doctors and Clinics over the years. Up 2 Par Clinic and Dr Robert Smyth are the best in all categories. I find him to be sincerely interested in your problem and the means to resolve it along with other methods to prevent recurrence. The other members of his team are likewise well trained, professional, and caring. As for the receptionists, there young, very efficient and because of their era they tend to talk faster then the over the hill gang, but that dose not make them rude, they are efficient, get with it!. I do not write reviews but for some reason (retired/bored)I was reading some and I must say,...... Folks ignore those negative 1 stars. I guarantee you their like the Fake News their frustrated, didnt get their way, and thats a fact,..... Jack!

I saw doctor Smythe. one of the worse doctor in town. He prescribed me pain medications which I was allergic to. I end up have severe allergic reaction. there is no patient safety concern here. They just want to make BIG BUCKS. go to Fortuna medical group. They give you as you need it.

Got worse care here. They nick pick patient to make them look good. If you have complicated history, they will not see you. They just want easy money.

I have always been seen promptly, with plenty of time to talk with the PA. So happy to finally find drs in Yuma who listen and care!

My dad has been seeing doctor Smythe since around 2013, I have used several of the Nurse Practitioners (mostly Mandy Moreno and Larry Morales) and have received excellent care. The front desk is always polite and Ive never waited more that 10 minutes in the waiting area and usually Im seen by the doctor within minutes of having my vitals taken in the exam room. I am appalled by all the what looks like fake reviews and I felt like I needed to speak up. The positive reviews are a reflection of what is real with this clinic. You will be well taken care of here.

The low reviews are a joke and dont even make sense. They are obviously fake. (they are a good read if you want a laugh.) Up2Par is an excellent facility with caring, well-qualified professionals. The care my family recieves is above and beyond expectations. Special thanks and appreciation to Abri Johnson and the staff at the foothills branch.

I have been attempting to get care and follow through since October. They do not seem capable of handling complex patients or managing them. I have now tried two different providers. They say they will do something, but I feel it’s just to get you out of the office. Good luck getting follow up care, it doesn’t happen. Even with calling every couple days. When a patient has issues that could warrant a hospital admission, they do nothing. Tired of calling and getting excuses or a response of “we left the provider a msg”. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

They sell good phenteramine. I was wondering if I get volume discount. But it is pure so I give three stars for now. Price is little high. I hope they drop it where I can have more. Other option is Fortuna clinic. Their product is decent too. But I am not complaining and happy so far.

We dont appreciate any health clinic which treat us based on how they look or what they believe. I totally agree with sis. Please find another clinic. I have already heard so much bad about poor quality of care they provide here. I will stay miles away. I have recommended same to all my family and friends. Very sad that in 21st century, now we live in, we still have to put up with situation like this.

Im a new patient and have been THRILLED with the staff Ive come into contact with. I see Amanda Schmidtmann there and she has done more for me in my two months with her than ANY other doctor Ive seen before. One of my ears was clogged during my first wellness visit with her and she told me we needed to drain it out, and they did it right then and there. I thought for sure I was going to be referred out for something like that. They also ordered blood tests which they do in office. Other doctors Ive seen will order blood, but then you have to spend more time missing work scheduling an appointment elsewhere. All of my results were available to me through the Healow app which is a great way to stay in touch with your medical records. The office is pretty neat too-- everything is golf themed. Im not a golf fan by any means, but its still a neat office experience. Better than the stuffy doctor feeling you normally get. THANK YOU UP 2 PAR.

Very bad management of my mother at this clinic. Missed pneumonia. Found that she has Covid. End up in Yuma regional. They are rightfully deserved to be called Yumas best quacks.

Very poor front desk people. Rude. Doctor refused to refill my medications when I was needing my blood pressure medication. They ask I have to come in person $$$ to get my routine medication filled. How would I do in COVID epidemic. I know it is not about my care but all about $$$. I end up in Emergency room with out of control blood pressure. I do not recommend them at all. Apparently their interest is not in your best interest!!.

Very poor service. Patient care is their last priority. Called numerous time to refill medication. No response after one week. Will not recommend to any body.

The front office are rude. The doctors seems like in rush and on the cellphone while seeing patient. Doctor Smythe who is main guy is trying to sell his weight loss products which when I did research was not FDA approved. I have lost faith in this clinic. To me they are just bunch of crooks. I have switched to Fortuna group now. They give me the pills whatever I ask for.

Not transgender friendly. The front desk was rude and seems like she did not care about patients although I was only one there and whole clinic was empty now I know for good reason. After arguments about my gender, I walked out. Will never come back.

Ive been seeing Ana Maria and my sons see Dr. Smythe and I think they are great. Ive never had any trouble with the front desk. They always try to find an apartment that works for me.

Ive been seeing Dr. Smythe for almost 14yrs and couldnt dream of ever going to any other practitioner. Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen - even if i arrive as much as 15 minutes early to my appointment, his staff is courteous and professional, and the facility is kept impeccably clean. When I first started seeing him he was the only Dr. in his practice, but he has since added more doctors and nurse practitioners to his staff whom Ive come in contact with from time to time when he was unavailable, and let me say hes chosen a very competent team. I cant say enough good things about this place, and Dr. Smythe in particular. I also love the fact that they refuse to see smokers - theyre here to help you live your most healthy life possible, dont waste their time if youre only going to sabotage your health.

Alway on time, always doing preventative care. Love this clinic better than any in my past health care experience.

Just moved across country for a job. I was trying to find a good primary that would work with me. I had that with Martha. Went in for a same day appointment and was talked down to by Mandy. Barely three minutes in and she states that my symptoms are not presenting as the flu (didnt check or explain much else). States that it is viral and that there is not much they can do. However, I present with the symptoms per the CDC. She underplayed my situation just because I stated I didnt use Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I am diabetic type 1 and considered part of the high risk. She started off condescending. Maybe I shouldnt have started with I think I have the flu... However, that should not have caused her to disregard my symptoms. She gave me labs to have my White blood cells checked and then told me to follow up with Martha. She also gave a shot of Toradol and a prescription for a cough pill. She didnt tell me name of the cough pill or discuss the drug itself. That is not a diagnosis or acceptable. That is a pass off to someone else. That is saying pay another copay and have insurance pay more.I called to complain and got Olga to call me back. She said that it was unacceptable behavior. That she should have talked about the medication. However, I would have to go in and pay another copay to see someone else. So either way I am the one that gets punished for the experience.I dont recommend. Although there are some that care there are some that dont seem to realize it is more than money. That customer service is important too.

Great experienceDr. Martha Alemayehu was very thorough and helpful. Took her time with me and showed concern for my needs. Very glad that she will be my new primary’s care physician.

They made my wife fill out 8 pages of forms before we went there, insurance from back home said we might have to pay first and then submit, which we knew. They only have a fax machine, they dont monitor emails, so cant send forms in via emails. When we got there they indicated they dont take cash and were not accepting any new patients.So why not tell people before making them fill out 8 pages of forms and having to drive down there to submit them? I can only hope their medical equipment is newer than their office equipment........

I have been seeing Mandy for over a year now and I have never been so utterly pleased with my HCPs practice. She is amazing! She listens to my concerns and always exceeds my expectations. The wait time is hardly any! The most I have waited is 10 minutes and sometimes Im in the room before my appointment time. Sarafina, Mandys medical assistant, is also very kind and trustworthy. I have transferred my mother and my sister to Mandy Moreno in Up2Par and they share the same experience as I. Mandy Moreno is very caring and her professional attitude is very hard to come by in a health care provider now a days.

My wife nd I have been married for 55 years and have two children, During that time, needless to say we have been treated by many heath care people. Up 2 Par has been our primary care for the last few years. We have received the best care from them and Dr Smyth has a wonderful practice and he and his staff have provided us with professional prompt service.

My mother has been very sick and at first saw the cardiologist.I mentioned to the Dr how my mom really needed an IV due to severe dehydratin.The Dr poopooed it and did nothing. She also saw another Dr there and did nothing except give her antibiotics for a urinary tract infection. We later found out the antibiotic was used for dog bites! Now my mother is in the hospital and is very sick because these 2 doctors were very inept! I would be very cautious of anyone going to this clinic because they do not know what theyre doing!

New office is nice. Wait times are long to be seen. 40 plus mins.

Very difficult to get an appointment that works with your schedule. Staff doesnt care if you work & will only push appts out week after week. Front staff lacks ability to communicate & work with patients. After 3 months of no appt that could work with my schedule & being pushed out ... I left to find a new Doctor office that cares about my health concerns & work schedule.

I went to Up 2 Par in 2013 for a wellness exam. Unbeknownst to me, they ordered all sorts of extra tests that were not covered by my insurance. They even ordered the same test from 2 different labs. When I complained at the time, they told me they would take the extra charge off. I moved out of the area and just found out that they reported me to a collection agency 2 years later for a $47 bill that I never received. They have ruined my credit, which was perfect, and made it very difficult for me to buy a house.

I came in for a procedure and was charged more money because I answered the Dr. questions and was not informed I was going to be charged more .. . so was charged extra 200 bucks becareful what you answer.. guess next time I will just say nothing ..
