One of the providers was too busy to put in a simple prescription said come back another day for a different provider to put it in… but you’re designated for the military personnel out here for appointments. Probably one of the worse medical facilities of the marine corps I’ve been to and then had a ceremony in the waiting area…

Dr. Bermudo is awesome. He listened patiently and answered all my questions. He got me off an old medication and on a new one that made a huge difference in my quality of life. He is also fantastic with my toddler!Usually, the front desk staff are very polite and helpful. I had one negative experience (being ignored while they chatted) but it wasn’t the normal staff, I think she was just filling in at that time. I’m very happy with this clinic!

Very nice lady on the phone to schedule appointments for 3 people all for next week. No wait time to schedule. I have always loved military clinics and really hate to see all these bad reviews. Until you have paid $1600/mo for your families medical insurance you have no room to talk. I am very happy with this clinic.

I had recently changed provider to LT.Baker and i must say it has changed my opinion of medical care on base.He has gone above and beyond on great patient care. He listened to all my concerns and made sure my treatment is working . I feel like my health is in good hands. I recommend Lt.Baker for primary dr!

Dr. Davis and teamWords cannot begin to express my thanks and gratitude for being there for me and all the way kept trying to help me. You made a difference in my life and my mind. Hes all compassionate and caring. He attentive toward your needs not just for the appt but with phone calls.i never had military doctor call me before. The staff is amazing a shout out to Dr Baker and Green thank you. However I wish rotation were longer to see the same doctor like eight years sound like good number to throw out there. A DFAC would be nice for appt around lunch time too.

This place sucks in general but what really made me especially frustrated was the appointment line. It says they close at 4:30 so I figured calling a little bit before 4 (on a Monday) would be fine and I could just ask my question. Nope waited on the phone til after 4:30 then they were closed so my call was never answered. Don’t say you close at 4:30 if there’s no one there at that time.

Clinic failing. Hard to make/get appointments. Unskilled young doctors that rotate constantly. Ive had an extreme pain issue going on 8 weeks. Doctors fail to issue correct meds and are unsympathetic to my condition. The VA is looking like a better option. I think a congressional investigation is in order.

Worst place ever! Been trying to get my sons medical history tranfered from his old pediatrician to here. His old Dr has called and faxed and emailed and mailed things out trying to get his information over. But no one at mcas wants to pick up the phone. Been trying since my son was 9 months old. He is now 15 months old. He has missed 2 sets of shots. My husband pays extra money so we can have premium medical we have tried going to a diffrent pediatrician but because he played the extra money we have to go to mcas medical. Honestly they are so lazy. They never asked my sons name and never look into their systems when I call. We are traveling the 1200 miles to his old pediatrician to get his shots and hopefully a copy of his medical records so we can hand deliver then to mcas. I just dont know what to do because no one at mcas will help my son

VERY BAD experience making appointments by phone. It takes me more than 30 minutes waitingfor them to answer phone. Someone needs to take care of this its ridiculous. I already brought this issue to personal at clinic and still, its getting worse and worse.

The waiting period to get an appointment is kind of outrageous, however that isnt my main concern. Im more concerned about the fact that my provider has no idea what theyre doing; on numerous occasions Ive gotten terrible medical advice and theyve prescribed me medications that conflict with the other medications that Im taken and it could have potentially killed me. On top of that, I have a daily medication that I HAVE TO TAKE that they gave me the completely wrong dosage and quantity of. Needless to say I think going to the clinic has been more harmful to my health than helpful.

Have spent literally 30 minutes trying to reach the appointment line and no luck. Not sure why is a command thing when Marines try to make appointments they never answer. Really bad with letting the person know about what results they have. Still waiting on an answer on results that was going to get notify about.
