Avoid them they never pick up the phone never call you back and Doctors Demand to see you in person to give you a referral I should have stayed with my old doctor SMH Most stressful experience Ive ever had. I was once late And I couldnt see my doctor that day yet the office literally had nobody else there it literally told me I had to schedule for another day and in my head I was like theres not even no one here but I just walked out. They really deserve 0 stars to be honest I hope they fix theres problems tho I live so close to then I could only Imagine How it is for other people I hope they Improve Because they got the potential of being great

I cant believe what has happened to this place. My daughter has been going here since she was born now 18yrs old. Rude staff! No one answers phones. It took almost 1 month to get a form filled out. Avoid this place at all cost. So sad 😞

I received good care at this facility in the past however there is no one to answer the phone. I must have called five times with some questions where I was rerouted to a series of recorded messages to no avail....

Our first visit and it was great! The staff were attentive, the nurse, Ms. Eva, was wonderful with my girls and Dr. Williams was incredible. They were thorough and compassionate and didnt rush me at all. Im glad we found this facility.

Ive been calling for 2 days in a row trying to set up an appointment, but no one answers the phone.Ive been on hold for a REALLY LONG time, and the system gives you the option to leave your phone number so that someone could call you back.The system is broken and has been broken for a long time.No one calls back!They changed the name of the facility, but the service is still the same.

Scheduling over the phone need improvement ASAP!!. Remember that the customer is always right! Failure to improvement leads patient to switch to other providers. I was on hold for 58 minutes.Once the receptionist pick up I was asked DOB and name then the call ended.My phone was fully charge and with service which makes me think that the receptionist hung up. If they had more professionalism they would call back.

The most disgusting office and rude receptionist Ever! Do not go to the Yonkers South Broadway location. They will tell you one thing over the phone then switch it up when u get there for your appt. Dont even waste your time. They dont care about the patient at all. I work for a dr’s office myself and these people especially those receptionists dont know anything about customer service. Never again!!!!!!!!

For my self as an adult I like it!! They speak Spanish which is a plus!! The only thing I feel they can improve is the customer service thru the phone 📱 they take on average like 20 mins to pick up but other than that I Lovee it!!

This place is a joke. The front desk are unprofessional and slow. I literally stood on a line to sign in for almost 15 mins, meanwhile there was only one person at the desk working. The nurses are rude. The doctors are very cold and nonchalant. I sat in an office with a doctor where he discussed my personal business with the door open. He was yelling for a nursing assistant from the room for assistance. I call to speak with my doctor, I always have to talk with the nurse prior to discussing my concerns with my doctor. They never return your call on-time. To sum up my experience, run for the hills. If you want good quality healthcare, find another place.

My X-Ray result came in on the 25th. I called every day in pain, asking about the results. Every time I was responded with “Someone will call you today” or “my supervisor will call you today”. Never happened. Until 11/2/18 I was fed up and went to the clinic, where I found out I had a spinal fracture.People are in pain, and if you don’t take it seriously you shouldn’t be a health care provider.

My mom made an appointment in person to see the dentist with a Spanish speaking receptionist. When she shows up today she is called in by the Dr, she gets her BP taken. My mom thinks its a dentist that has different method before actually being prep for dental care. Turns out Dr Madhavi is a Family Doctor for internal medicine. While Dr Madhavi was very pleasant, when my mom approached the receptionist who made what my mom thought was a dental appointment. She offered no apology whatsoever. I had checked the website prior to the appointment and found it off their dental hours are listed from 9a-1p on Friday and my moms appt was for 3:30pm. I made multiple attempts to contact the office but was left on hold for quite some time as caller #1. I hung up tried again now i was caller # 7 then called in the afternoon and was caller#5 for awhile . Trying to reach this site is a nightmare. Im upset at myself for actually thinking it might be the site wasnt updated with new hours. I had faith that there was no communication barrier as the receptionist did speak Spanish. Horrible frontdesk and call service. I work in a hospital and our center takes pride in providing patients with great customer service. If ever an apology is needed one is provided without any thought. Instead of looking dumbfounded the receptionist should have tried to amend her mistake.

Doctors R good but the system & secretary is really bad, dont waist your time to make appointments they never pick up the phone, secretary dont want to do anything so sad, dont know how this place still running, best thing to do is to complain to the city of yonkers, this secretarys they have to go this is the big problem here, so please dont forget to complain to the mayor of yonkers, if everyone complain to the mayor they will stop the abusing.

About two month from now i try to make an appointment after being caller number 8 for 1 hour and 14 minutes i couldnt get a person so i chose to leave them a voice mail with my info but no one ever called back today at 3pm the same thing happen i drop them a voice mail and got nothing so starting next Monday Im switching clinics you literally have to go out of your way and show up in person just to make an appointment in this place

Since my Child was born, he has only seen his so-called pediatrician only once in a year since they make appointments with different Doctors. I am very upset at this precise moment because my baby is ill and since yesterday I have been trying to make an appointment but it is impossible, after waiting an hour online the operator presents an error and although I left the voice message they did not return my call. I have been in the same for 2 days. It is a lack of respect and irresponsibility on their part.

Good attention, but the telephone appointments are sooo long, some time I called the call was # 4 and it was done more than an hour!, So that they picked up the phone, now I am afraid because I am calling again and I am the call # 7 I hope its not more than 2 hours !!!!! Waiting
