Doctors are professional, the front desk is not to par, 2 weeks ago i visited for an emergency, they were making small talk about movies music and moved extremely slow, very rude and condescending. threatened to call security over questions. I was in the waiting room for hours only saying “ soon” no compassion, no respect. Having conversations about movies music while people were agonizing in pain. One person was yelling in pain he said he could lose his leg and she gestured that it didnt matter. The doctors are amazing but the organization from the front desk and attitude and character was missing. Showing little to no compassion saying things about patients no urgency. The position of the person with the monitor was professional there were compassionate desk employees, and they would try to help a patient and the others would say dont let him wait. It was disturbing how unprofessional they were, and the lack of compassion was disappointing. A man was in so much pain he said my foot may fall off and she raised her hands as if she didnt care. They were more concerned with people wearing masks than the patients. Doctors and nurses were extremely qualified. Front desk Threatening to call security just to ask a question, they acted as if they didnt care about their job. Re training should be considered. That is no way to treat people, using security to intimidate people in extreme pain, i have never experienced this type of behavior from a hospital employee. Very disappointed and wasnt considerate. I have never had this experience, it was disappointing that healthcare workers could treat the patients like that. After 2 questions about receiving paper work she said “ dont bend for these people ill call security” under her breath. Everyone else was extremely professional, but the front desk was the most unprofessional i have ever seen in a medical facility.

This is NOT a 24/7 hospital with emergency room! Its not clearly stated anywhere thats the case. We were in town on vacation and my son woke up with extreme difficulty breathing so I googled closest hospitals at 11:30 pm, only to show up to this place closed. If you have an emergency near Woodstock, GA go to the Canton hospital. Please make it more clear on Google what yours hours of operation and specific hospital functions are before someone dies thinking you are 24/7!

If I was told I would be dead in 5 mins and this hospital was 5 mins away.. take me to the one 10mins away I’ll take my chances place is a joke!!!
