I visited this store to ask for a Recommendation for a walker for my dad who is 6 feet tall, in assisted living in California. I explained I was not looking to buy from Corner Home Medical but would have a walker delivered by a store out there. Nevertheless I was given excellent assistance! The person helping me brought a model out of another room and demonstrated it for me, showing me the features most helpful to my dad. I am very grateful for her help.

Jasmine at the Woodbury location helped me out alot. I just needed a cane. But, she showed me the different models & showed me how to adjust the model to fit me. Not just a sale. I highly recommend Corner Home Medical.

Walked into the wrong medical supply store for my Rollator Walker, collapsible with a seat and weight capacity of 300 lbs. I didnt have an appointment but Ann served me right away. I purchased a 20 inch Nova. She checked the available colors in the warehouse and I chose black (it comes in black, green, blue, and red). I am very happy with the selection and grateful that Ann stepped right up to serve me.

I made a review a few days ago stating how poor the customer service was. A person. from the company responded and asked me to call him and gave me yet another number and his extension. I called right away and left a message...no response. I have modified my review to reflect this disappointment as now its been many calls and voicemails left at various numbers with no call back....not cool

Visited the Woodbury office to get a new machine. Had no issues before the visit or during. Since my visit, I have left a message on the 1-800# machine, then a person that I spoke with at the Customer service line stated she could not find my account and would have a manager call me back (totally unnecessary), then 2 messages left at Woodbury office...all that and no return calls...all for a question about changing the style of the mask I received. Horrible Customer service....

Today I went to the Woodbury Corner Home Medical to be refitted with a different CPAP mask. I worked with Jane and she did an excellent job at making recommendations and seeing that the mask fit properly. I will certainly return to this location and have Jane handle any issues I may have. Wonderful service!

I am so thankful that CHM calls me when I am eligible for filter, masks and tubing replacement. Mellisa is just a cheerful, helpful employee. At the Woodbury site, Jane is very helpful and takes her time with each client. Im very happy with their service.

I visited the Maplewood store on 3/2 and provided the Rx for a knee scooter (for my wife), hoping I could pick one up that day. I had used Corner once before, without incident.They didn’t have any in stock, so I called the customer service line on 3/2. They said they would call me back and let me know if there were any in stock at another location. They never called back. I called again on 3/5. The customer service rep said the scooter would be covered by insurance and that she would call back to tell me where I could pick up the scooter. They never called back. I called again on 3/10 and was told my insurance “went through” and that I could pick a scooter up from the Woodbury location.About two weeks after I picked up the scooter, I received an invoice for cost of monthly rental. When I returned the scooter to the Woodbury store on 3/30, I asked why I got billed when the people on the phone said “it’s covered”. Corner responded by saying they don’t know if rentals are covered until the insurance company gets back to them. I asked what was happening during the 7 business days that elapsed between dropping off the Rx and picking up the scooter; customer service said they were in touch with my insurance company and told me “it’s covered”. No one said anything about a rental fee, so why was I being charged?The person I talked to at the Woodbury store thanked me for the feedback and acknowledged that the communication was poor. They weren’t willing to waive or reduce the rental fee.I hate writing bad reviews… Proceed with caution and be prepared for sluggish customer service, sloppy claims processing, miscommunication, and fake apologies.

Excellent Customer Service! From the moment I entered the store, staff was extremely professional. Jane listened to the problems I was having with my CPAP mask. Listened to what I wanted in a mask, and showed me several options. After I made my choice, I was fitted for my new mask. Jane’s knowledge of my CPAP machine, and the mask options, have given me the most comfortable mask I’ve ever used, as well as the best fit.

I’ve been using Corner Home Medical for my Cpap supplies for ten years. When my doctor suggested using their clinics’ supply store, I said, “no thank you. I’ll stick with Corner Home Medical.The staff at CHM is outstanding. They always make sure I have what I need, when I need it.

I had a great experience getting my new CPAP machine and supplies at Corner Home Medical. Jane was very helpful, she explained the whole process thoroughly and clearly. She answered all my questions and offered to continue to help me as I learn how to use the machine. I left feeling very cared for and more confident as I begin this sleep treatment. It was a rough start with their service but we got it taken care of and now have a good relationship. They have been fast on delivery, they brought out a portable oxygen tank and I wasnt happy with it, the driver recommended another system I called customer service and they brought it and switched systems with in hours and it was a Saturday. Unfortunately I have to call them Monday because the system they brought out I cant carry with my chronic back pain. But Im sure they will get it taken care of right away.

I would typically deal with a business one-on-one if there were an issue. In this case I feel a public review is justified. Ive been to this location and called as well. Both employees were rude and provided customer service well below expectations. In-store and via phone. Its difficult to understand how they can remain in business. I would rate zero.

Terrible customer service. Very unhelpful and was told Summit Ortho was not on their preferred customer list, so they put my order at the bottom of the list. Went to Allina Home Oxygen and Medical Equipment instead.

Seriously I have never been a complainer, but this companys empolyees were not helpful in anyway to my boyfriend and I.I had to travel to 3 different stores, in order to find the oxygen and a mask needed to use the oxygen. Which we still dont have. So Miles has to put the Nose tubing in his mouth to use his oxgyen.The first 2 tanks we not full. 1 tank had 75% and the 2 tank had 50% it was clear to us the tanks had been tampered with.In order for me to find 2 replacement tanks I had to travel to 2 different stores. The woman behind the counter in the Maplewood store continued to eat her cheese puffs, and was not helpful at all on answering any of my questions. I felt like I was totally a inconvenience to her, she just left me standing their. A man walked up to the counter she didnt even ask him if she could help him. She continued to eat her cheese puffs. Thats when I turned around and left, but not before saying to the gentleman, Good luck in finding any good help in place.This women wore glasses, had dirty hair, was poorly dressed and liked cheese puffs. Its clear to us that this employee and others like her gives this company a bad rep.If I was the owner of this company. I would clean house and get rid of this cheese puffs eater and others like her.After all there no help to the customer at all.Needless to say we have moved on to a different company to supply Miles with the oxygen that he needs, and that his insurance company is paying for...through the 49ers Union.I thank you for reading my post...after all in this world we live in now. I now listen to others that write in the post. Buyers Bewear !!!!!
