Dr. Jason, Dr. Sandy, Nurse Lauren and all of the support staff are amazing! I came in 9 weeks pregnant and in pretty bad shape due to early pregnancy discomforts and within the first chiro adjustment and IV fluid therapy, I was like a new woman (as much as a pregnant woman can be). They got me on the right supplements to nourish my baby and myself and I have since gone in pretty regularly or whenever I feel uncomfortable. I made a decision to make my health a priority this year after an ongoing 12 year plus battle with an autoimmune disease. Benchmark Medical Group is the best! I honestly feel better after each visit and have no intentions of quitting the personalized chiropractic care I receive with them. They are also friendly on the phone and in person. Due to my wildly varied daily schedule, I sometimes request last-minute adjustments (although I dont like to be demanding!) and have never heard so much as a hint of frustration in their voices. Patient care is what they do and they actually make it fun!

What a fantastic clinic! I went for their whole body cryotherapy treatment which seemed like a good experience but I feel Id have to be going more often to truly reap the benefits. And the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain a lot of the biophysics and benefits of the procedures. The atmosphere is very comfortable as well. I definitely recommend it.

More than just a regular chiropractor. You get heat, massage and then an adjustment With stretching along with Whatever else is needed Ie: decompression, traction, cryotherapy, laser, PT, cupping, dry needling etc etc etc. one stop shop that offers more than just an adjustment

My wife and our family have been treated by Dr Jason and Dr Sandy for many years. My wife had a significant neck injury two years ago and she was misdiagnosed in the er. It was the persistence and incredible care of Dr Jason that pushed us to go back in two weeks later for another look in a different er. There they found a major csf leak and my wife was able to have surgery and be patched. Dr Jason was able to continue to provide therapies like cryo, and laser while she was healing. Eventually she was able to work up to gentle manipulation and some gentle traction.She was rear ended in November and after her previous injury, we were very careful to choose Dr Jason again and trusted him with her recovery. Justin and Shannon have aided in her recovery, making this a very successful healing process. We are so thankful there is a local place in Windsor that provides such amazing care, with a variety of treatment options available! It has changed my wife’s life and our family’s in turn.

It was looking like I was facing another spinal fusion until I found this incredible medical team. I have never experienced anything like the care, compassion and dedication I found here at Benchmark. I had to quit after 2 weeks and ended up being charged over $2000 for those 2 weeks because it paid for the blood work and the bag of food. I could go on and on about this part but Ill spare the details at this point. This was 9 months ago. Yesterday I received a bill from Boston Heart Diagnostics for $139.25 for lab testing ordered by Benchmark back in October. Apparently they didnt use the $2000+ that they ripped me off for to pay the bill. I got some lame excuse when I called and they told me to ignore it. I cant ignore it until I know it has been paid. This could end harming my credit if it remains unpaid. I would seriously give this place zero stars if it was a choice.

The last couple of years have been difficult both physically and emotionally because of severe neck and back pain, until I met DRS Sandy and Jason at Benchmark! Kind, compassionate and just an amazing group of people. I had no idea how badly my body needed a reboot but 2 months later I’ve lost all of the baby weight and I feel great! Benchmark Medical staff are wonderful. They are the best at helping you lose weight and keep it off . I tried every other diet I could find. They just did not work for me because it is not always about what you eat and Benchmark knows that and they treat the whole body. The chiropractic side is just as awesome. I was in a bad car accident and was in a lot of pain. They got me in right away started treating me correctly and I am back to normal. The entire staff treat everyone like family. Benchmark Medical Group saved my life. With all that they offer I was able to get my life back. I came to them over weight with sever neck pain, lipodema and they have breathed new life back into me. The power plate classes are amazing! The chiropractic and PT care is the best there is! They have a K-laser laser that helps reduce pain and inflammation and enhances tissue healing! It increases oxygenation of tissues and allows injured or damaged cells to absorb photons of light, which speeds healing. They had me combine this treatment with a number of other treatment modalities like neck traction dont let this scare you, its not bad at all! I can not tell you how much better I feel! I first went to see Dr Jason and Sandy back in 2009 for pain in my elbows and numbness and tingling in my hand and after having ex-rays done they discovered that it was coming from bad disc in my neck which they have corrected with traction and chiropractic and I now have little to no numbness and tingling in hand and from then on I have been going to Benchmark for all my health care needs from weight loss and helping me eat healthier and helping me with healing my gut with their amazing IV’s and from a stress fractured hip down to even helping with a sprained ankle they’ve got the best and newest innovative tools to get you back to feeling your best! Benchmark has the best staff! They care about your health and well-being. Their programs work - have gone through two rounds of chiro and PT and have very little issue with pain and stiffness now. Late February 2015 my Dr. sent me there for weight loss. I started the program the 2nd week in March. I was VERY skeptical!!! I am 45 years old. I joined Benchmark Medical Group in January because my Physician gave me a warning that if I did not get my acute esophagitis, gastritis, duodenumitis under control there could be serious consequences possibly cancer. I turned to the experts at Benchmark to help me get control of my health. I started the weight loss program with the intention of helping me get all of my medical problems under control with the weight loss being an added perk. It is now April and I am happy to say that I am now off of all of my medications. I no longer have high blood pressure, acid reflux, IBS and my cholesterol is right where it needs to be. I am down 40lbs and feel great.I am an avid believer in this program and encourage anyone I can to check it out. Best decision Ive ever made! Ive lost 70+ pounds since signing up with Benchmark .Im not done with weight loss, but having someone hold your hand and cheer you on while you are trying so hard to eat right and exercise... Is the difference between failure and success . Sandys approach to living with Hashimotos disease has made a huge difference for me . Theres no way I could have done this without Dr. Sandy and her team. And I know for a fact, because Ive tried . Its not easy.. but if weight loss were easy no one would be overweight .its not sirgtery, its a life change and one I will never regret.

I have been absent for over a month, no call. Never did the half way labs. Totally want the $ and nothing else. Don’t spend thousands with them like me. Do keto/Atkins, that is what you pay for. Would NOT suggest!!!!!

Benchmark has changed my life. I was going to have surgery to fuse another section on my neck, Ive had a double fusion already. Benchmark has eased the pain enough that there is no need for another surgery and my medication has been cut by more than half! I really wish I would have come here before the previous surgery. Which I believe it wouldnt have been needed.The staff really cares about the people who come through the door. Ive been to so many PT facilities, alternative medicine and doctors offices and never have I found people so caring. The goal for them is for patients who come in, to have total permanent healing. Many offices that Ive been to say Im not working hard enough so they let me go. That has not been the case at Benchmark. They work around my injuries so it does not aggravate my conditions.I also have a mild for of lupus. Cutting out cleaning chemicals has made the flares less intense and less frequent. Unfortunately they still come on. Using Cryotherepy 4-5x a week lowered the pain levels and gave me more energy. I took a break for a week to see if it was really the Cryo. After several days the symptoms crept back up, so I know it was the Cryo that took the pain and fatigue away. If you have an autoimmune disorder I recommend trying out the full body cryo for a few days in a row to see if it helps alleviate some of the symptoms.If youre even contemplating Benchmark I recommend going in to talk with them and giving them a shot. Its cheaper than surgery and all the medications that come with chronic pain.

Probably a good weight loss program if you can handle a lot of vegetables, or the taste of their foods (Im not a fan). My daughter hates vegetables & their foods, so all she would eat was meat & cheese. Within that 1st week, she was in malnutrition. Benchmarks nutritionist that we saw after that 1st week told us that she would have never put my daughter or I on this diet due to our dislike of vegetables. I could have forced myself to eat them, but not my daughter. I also found out that same week that my company was moving me to Boulder, so I wasnt going to be able to get to my weekly meeting/weigh in. They did give me a partial refund, but it was less than half of what I had paid for a 6 month program.

There has been no BS-ing... My disc issue? Here it is today... heres where we can get you to! YAY!
