The attorneys never answer neither does the paralegal awful . They don’t keep you updated on your case you gotta keep pressing the issue for them to get things done that should of been done . They are more on the other people side than yours. Very time consuming for the most easiest cases that other attorneys could have settled in no time

Please refrain from this firm and hiring Gary Nitsche. The people who work for this firm are very nice and polite when you have a consultation with them, BUT as soon as you sign their contract and hire an attorney their attitudes towards their clients change. They accept peoples cases and NEVER return calls or give their clients updates on their lawsuits; but they expect 33% from their settlement.

I went to see Mr. Nitsche after suffering a slip and fall accident. At the time I had no health insurance and was only able to see a doctor by paying cash. As if that was not bad enough, the landlord refused to accept responsibility for their negligence. Fast to take your case but slow or completely unresponsive on updates or returning calls and emails my case isnt done and they dont seem to be doing to much to help me or my case if you want a lawyer to work for you hire another firm with better ethics that will earn there 33 percent not just wait for a free check do your research your worth it

Took two years to settle lawsuit. Communications between atty and client are poor. Not certain I would use this firm again, even though my settlement was a good one. The client shouldnt be the one making constant contact for information about a case, especially when there have been life changing injuries. I didnt get the feel they cared as much as they shouldve, about keeping me abreast of their actions to a resolution. Actually, I only spoke to Gary Nitsche, who I hired once and his paralegal twice. Each time was when I called and left messages to return my call....

It wasnt the place but I was given another attorney to call when again cause this was a manner of winning it was in order talk to her for an hour and a 1/2 is what they said they wanted $350 in this case we choose to bring A $100000 so what you cant talk to me for one hour but I guess coming back from the long vacation they felt they had to make up Theyre not going to make up Vacation money on me
