I couldnt say enough about Dr. Burcher and the staff! She delivered our first child(domestic partners). She is Absolutely amazing!!!!! I havent met a doctor as efficient, personable, knowledgeable, intelligent, understanding, and patient as she is. She explains every step in detail during office visits. Dr.s like her are hard to find. I love that she really cares about the patients. I would recommend her and have recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Burcher & staff are amazing!! Staff immediately attended to me as I entered the office and Dr. Burcherattended to my needs, conducted a full exam, and answered questions in a timely manner. I should also mention that I was a little faint from having blood drawn today and the office staff watched over and attened to my needs until I felt comfortable enough to leave. Thank-you for such a pleasant experience!😊💓

Absolutely terrible. They will perform tests you don’t ask for without being clear about it, claiming you not be charged only to see a large bill in the mail a few months later. When you call about it, they say there is nothing they can do and it is all patient responsibility, they did nothing wrong and tell you to call the lab/insurance who will then send you back to the doctor in circles.Better be careful to not get scammed if you dare to visit this place.

I was in and out very quickly. Dr. Burcher is very efficient, polite, and took the time to make me feel comfortable and informed, ordering the correct tests and explaining everything she does. Prior to visiting her practice I did not have a go-to gynocologist but I will definitely be returning here.

Dr.Burcher is really excellent, most Senior and experienced doctor, recently I birth a baby boy at her hospital. She is really wow but her staff is little wired apart from that my experience with her was really great thing.

My husband and I went to visitTheresa A. Butcher, MD today for my first pregnancy ( 7 weeks) . Everyone there are really nice . First I was a little bit nervous but Theresa MD shes Amazing Professional and Friendly .after we spoke for a few minutes I already feel so comfortable with her. I definitely recommend her.

Generally awful experiences all around. Went to this office for 6 years, with doctors rotating in and out. I thought maybe eventually I would land with a good doctor who would stick round, but consistency doesnt seem to be a common theme there.I have had my annual appointment scheduled wrong due to the laziness of the staff, costing me a fortune out of pocket. I most recently tried to cancel an appointment, they seemed understanding told me to still come in, that wed figure it out and even sent me a confirmation call. After taking the day off of work I come in to someone who has no idea who I am or what Im talking about my appointment was canceled. I regret not changing doctors soonerNEVER GOING BACK AND DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This office is fantastic. I had my first child through doctors at the Crozer Keystone network, but wasnt100% pleased as they kept bouncing me from doctor to doctor. With my second child I came here and the experience was excellent. The staff was always nice and Dr. Burcher really listened and addressed a lot of my concerns. Even after my child was born, I had to return about 3 times week for a few months due to a complication of my C-section and I had to bring the baby. The staff was always wonderful and insisted on holding the baby for me while I met with the doctor.

I had the worst experience with this clinic. I took an appointment at this clinic when I was pregnant for the first time. I was given the first appointment with the nurse who ordered all the tests and said she will set-up the next appointment with a doctor at the clinic. That appointment was given for a much later time almost close to 3rd month of pregnancy. I had a miscarriage before this appointment on a weekend (Saturday). I called the clinic when I started bleeding and they transferred me to their doctor on call. The doctor said there is nothing they can do if the bleeding is due to miscarriage and I should lie down at home and come to the clinic on Monday. I lay at home for 2 days bleeding, totally lost and confused, and went to the clinic on Mon when I was told that it was a miscarriage and everything had washed out so I do not need any procedure. No follow-up, nothing. Is this normal process of care? As it was my first and only pregnancy I do not know what to expect. I have full health insurance coverage through my employer so that was definitely not an issue.

I had very good experience with Dr.Vanguri and Dr.Burcher. Both are very much experienced and patient centric. They answer patient queries with utmost patience at any time of the day and night and treats with respect. Even the staff at CK womens health and Crozer Chester are very much helpful.Overall we had pleasant experience with our first baby boy and we are thankful to Dr.Vanguri and Dr.Burcher

Tried to become a new patient at this doctor. They called and rescheduled three different times on me. Inconsiderate, they act like people don’t have have lives. Will not be going to this dr and will find someone else.

The staff gossips about patients, if they dont like you they will humiliate you.
