Great team, Great Staff, Great patients. This facility has been amazing and is really trying to focus on the patients safety and care.

Amazing staff cant say enough about how wonderful and helpful they are but pandemic safety precautions needs improvement

I have come to this treatment multiple times Lauren and Sarah are the best nurses, the councilors are out of this world too! Matt the program director has met me one on one multiple times to figure out someTough situations, love you guys and can’t forget about Ms.Kelly at the front, who seems to know everything about very patient and cares what’s going on in their lives. Hands down best place to dose in Wilmington.

I have been a patient in and out of treatment for a few years now. I came to Wilmington from Marksville LA. This place is awesome the staff are very nice and friendly. The only things were that I dont like the fact that they are open on federal holiday. Also the methadone here is red or flavored witch makes u have heartburn I much rather the clear done but only in LA can you get it. Every other state I have dosed has the red. Beside that I have no problem telling anyone to make the call and see how much this place is willing to help you they helped me. I have been to a few different clinics and had a lot of counselors and the two I have had here are the best I have ever had! Thanks again new Hanover metro.

The doctor here screamed at me and literally made fun of me by mocking me and what I was saying while I was sick, pouring with sweat in front of him. I was in tears asking for his help. It was my first few weeks here. There are a few ppl here who will help you and honestly do care like Damian. Its the highest methadone clinic in Wilmington. I transferred here from a place in Savannah Georgia that they truly care about you and listen to you. I ran script doctors for 16 years, so Ive met some really horrible doctors this one is the most immature and unprofessional and cruelest by far that Ive ever come across. Be prepared and Ive warned you. There really are some other great people here that feel so sorry for that they have to work with this Dr.

Love it because I have to. It sure beats the alternative, its made a major positive difference in my life. It may not be perfect but remember everything is only as good as you make it!

I transferred from a Georgia clinic and have been sick for over a week, I have been requesting to be moved up but the Doctor here is the most unprofessional and rude doctor I have ever met and from running pain clinics for 15 years Ive met some horrible ones, this one takes the cake!! Hes rude and actually yelled at me, he acts like a child. This place is highest dose in town and the medicine is very weak. If I wasnt in a new town, I would have relapsed by now!! Looking for a new clinic today. Please dont bother yourself coming here!! I chose to edit this because there are some people here that try to make up for the unprofessional Dr, like Brittany and Damien, these ppl are super nice and helpful. The nurse was awesome too, and a few more who I dont know their names, so its not all bad but beware. I wish Id originally went somewhere else.

Rebeca and the staff are very caring people to chose this line of work. Or extremely desperate for employment to deal with us ( customers ) as we are a hard group of people to deal with. As I stand in line each morning and I cant help but notice that some of us are very child like in our complaints about this facility. God bless the company that set this place up, even if their number one motive maybe a profit, the by product is helping a group of people the majority of people shun. And if the studies are true, dramatically lowers crime in the community. Because lets face it, we gotta have it meaning, we have a SERIOUS habit. God bless us all

This clinic has potential ,but it is inundated with staffing issues, a poor location and a substandard facility, the potenial has withered away with my patience as well.I normally do not like to write poor reviews but Metro ILM and more importantly Colonial Management need to hear that they have done a tragic job at refining this clinic. And unfortunately there is not another private methadone clinic in New Hanover County so were stuck.

Brought a friend and watched how ppl continually cut in front of others like a bunch of cock roaches. Surprised someone hasnt been in a fight.
