The customer service representative seems very nice. I was able to complete my assessment and required hours right away. However, a serious mistake was made concerning my paperwork. The agency is now working to correct the error. I will update this review at a later date concerning the level of customer satisfaction and service I recieved.

The only place to go in Wilmington or the surrounding area for these kinds of services as far as Im concerned. They are competent, very friendly, sincere, and truly caring. They worked with me for over 5 months trying to get an issue solved that was neither my or their fault...and then they gave me a discount!!! I cant say enough how awesome and helpful they are when you need these services. Thanks so much Harvest!

This place is a scam, they basically stole $100 dollars from me for a assessment that took 20 minutes and it was performed by an intern and when i asked for a refund the receptionist (who isnt qualified for her job) got an attitude with me and gave me awful reasons as to why I couldn’t get my refund. Also they tried to charge $300 for 5 sessions when I could pay a max of $150 elsewhere. If you’re thinkig about using their services think again.

DISHONEST, ALL FOR THE MONEY,DOWN CROOKEDWent there with a mentally disabled acquaintaince, when they found out the grand-parent was paying , they entrapped him, put words in his mouth to give the MAXIMUM COST PLANUTTERLY DISGUSTINGTHEY WOULD HAVE TO BE FLAGGED TO AUTHORITIES!!!!!
