Everytime I visit either the er, the family practice or the lab, everyone is extremely professional and pleasant. I can not speak highly enough of them. I have never had a problem calling in and getting someone on the phone to schedule appointments.

I like this office! My doctor is great! If I have a problem and he’s not available they find someone who can help me immediately.

This has to be the worst practice I have ever bent. They told me I had a heart attack but waited over 6 months to get the referral to me. Lets talk specialist referrals over all. They are incompetent as a team and DO NOT SUGGEST GOING HERE

Every visit is a different person. Had a doctor tell me multiple times to just have my mother take care of my daughter. Also had another doctor talk directly to my mother about my child while I was sitting right next to her . Plus they never answer the phone

If you need a pediatric practice, just go to Nemours. Dont even waste your time with this office. They have been calling me about my newborns test results every day - which I already got handled by AI Dupont a month a half ago because they actually CARE about newborns and their mothers - and every time I try to call them I am on hold for AT LEAST twenty minutes. Last time I dealt with them I had to physically drive up and walk into the waiting room, and by the time I got inside I was still on hold on their phone. Insane. Just dont waste your time.

I have been a patient here for 22 years. I do not like that every 4 years I am seeing a new doctor because they use interns. There is no intimate doctor /patient relationship. I recently called complaining of symptoms related to Covid 19. Since they werent taking patients I went to the emergency room. I let the doctor know when she called to do the telehealth call that I was in the emergency room being tested. She told me she would follow up in 3 days to check my results and to see how I was doing . That was June 5th, today is June 22nd and I have not heard from anyone associated with this office. I am in disbelief that no one called to check my results, to check on me nor to give me advice on how to deal with a positive result.

Horrible experiences. Every annual visit my doctor is a different person. Even calling in simple rxs arent taken seriously, and I am getting a run around. I feel like my medication needs arent being taken seriously because I take a paych med. Would I have to wait days if it were insulin or heart medication?
