Dr. Kim and her entire staff are wonderful, caring caregivers. Dr. Kim answers questions promptly and thoroughly and is very patient. I never feel rushed when I see her. My husband and I are extremely happy with our decision to become part of Dr. Kims practice! HIGHLY recommend!

Have been a patient for a few years now, best investment you can make in your health. Dr. Kim is so smart, kind, funny, and thoughtful, its like having a friend who knows medical stuff and when you feel yucky she can fix you up and get you back to 100 percent! Lab work, shots, checkups, she does it all and works to save you money if insurance covers something she tells you where to go to pay the least amount possible. I was going to Christiana Care for years, but good luck seeing your doctor, or even a nurse, so I hunted for a better solution and found Dr. Kim. Now its just a call, text, or portal message and she answers all my questions! I tell everyone to go to her, if youre tired of chasing your doctor then Dr. Kim is right for you!

Dr. Nalda and her staff have been exceptional!  I am so pleased to have this option and I believe it is the future of primary care medicine.  Dr. Nalda has been so helpful, responsive, and caring.  She provides excellent advice and she listens and respects me.  She helped me through a health issue that popped up suddenly.  In addition, Diane and Debbie in her office provide support in the most professional and caring manner.  I highly recommend this practice.

Only had one appointment with Dr. Kim so far but it was the best choice to transfer my care from Christiana Family Medicine to Rekindle! Dr. Kim answered my phone call and got me scheduled for a next day appointment while I am still waiting on a call back from CFM 5 days later. The difference in care is obvious. I am looking forward to years of health and wellness with Dr. Kim.Update: six months in and I’m constantly blown away by the level of service and wellness this office provides. I thank God to have found such a kind, caring, and intelligent doctor.

Dr. Kim and the team at Rekindle (specifically Debbie! Scheduling, billing, blood tests, and follow-ups have never been such an enjoyable experience for me) are amazing. The level of care you recieved is reminiscent of an old-timey TV doctor on a house call. Dr. Nalda is thorough and personable, with admirable core values and absolutely great with children. Dr. Nalda is compassionate, caring and extremely competent! She allows her patients to actively participate in all decisions related to their health and health care and assess each situation carefully. I love the patient portal she utilizes for ease of reviewing your records from any office visit as well as test results. She takes her time to listen and explain. Dr. Kim is a wonderful doctor who not only cares about her patients, but she listens and works together with her patients to get the proper care they need. Shes been my Dr. for a little over a year and shes been such a blessing. She takes the extra steps that a normal 9-5 doctor wouldnt.

Love, love, love this doctor! Its so wonderful to have a doctor who really takes the time to listen. Here is an example of Dr. Kims level of dedication: We recently were on trip-of-a-lifetime cruise to Alaska when a minor medical problem nearly derailed our vacation. Dr. Kim answered my phone call on a Sunday morning. She addressed my concerns, researched pharmacies near our location, called in a prescription and even provided directions to get to the location. Twice she followed up to find out how I was responding to treatment. Im beyond grateful to Dr. Kim.

I love Dr. Kim. She makes me feel as if I was her most important patient of the day, every time I see her. I highly recommend her!

My wife and I have been members at Rekindle Family Medicine since March and its been a great experience. Dr. Nalda and the staff are extremely thorough and truly take the time to get to know their patients. The secure communication portal makes quick questions easy to answer with zero red tape. We have great insurance through my employer and the nominal membership fee is more than worth the care and attentiveness youll receive at Rekindle.

Cant say enough about Dr. Kim Nalda. I was one who rarely went to doctors and only if something was wrong. But neglecting my health was not a good choice. Dr. Kim stays on top of me to make sure I follow up and it is soooo great to be able to get blood work done right there at the office. I never feel rushed, she takes as much time is needed for a thorough exam, answers all my questions and really cares. I am so thankful for her and i know I am in very capable hands.

Dr Nalda is the best physician I have ever had. She is the exact opposite of our local hospital which is not only more expensive, it is as sterile as the doctors. Dr. Nalda treats her patients with tremendous care, knowledge and kindness. I am so grateful to have such a high calibre doctor in Wilmington.

Now I’m picky about drs and I thought before her I had a good one.I was 110% wrong..If you need a doctor who’s available who listens and makes time for you and your health.Dr.Nalda is the lady for you.I thought having to wait weeks and weeks and not really getting a same day was normal.Also a doctor who rushes you and makes you feel like your taking to long.But with her she listens and asks a lot of questions and doesn’t just throw another pill at you.She wants to get to the root of it.I went from being told my thyroid was fine to finding out it wasn’t.Dr.Nalda and her nurse Debbie are very seeet patent and funny.Awesome place to go very clean and well managed.If I could I’d have the whole family in there.

This is one of the best medical practices I have been to. Dr. Nalda is amazing, caring, and professional. She takes the time to listen to her patients instead of being drive through doctor that you see in most offices now. Get you in and get you out, is not happening at this practice.

I discovered Dr. Nalda online in my search for a doctor who takes patients that do not have insurance. I found a few others that were more like clinics and didnt feel comfortable with that. Well I am SO happy that I decided to go with Dr. Nalda.The first best part of my experience so far is that when I first called to schedule an appointment I spoke directly with the doctor and she LISTENED. She asked a lot of questions and showed genuine concern. So after filling out paper work and signing up for the membership I scheduled my first visit. It was incredible. Dr. Nalda told me to have an hour of my time opened up for this appointment so she could get to know me. As I walked into the office it was beautiful, modern, and smelled brand new! I asked how long they had been there to find out it was a little over 2 years, which did not show at all. The medical assistant checked me in, offered coffee, tea, or water and made me feel like family. When it was time for me to be seen, she walked me back to the room, took my vitals and a few quick notes. (The medical assistant is SUPER nice too!) After waiting no more than 5 minutes the doctor came in. Right away I felt at ease. We talked for a good 30-40 minutes about all my questions and concerns. She then got me all of the medication that I needed, and everything is sold at a discount/wholesale price that they charge to your credit/debit card on file. I think it was maybe $4 for a 2 month supply of the blood pressure medicine I needed. After my appointment was over they sent me a link to sign up for the online portal system where you can message the doctor directly. I have used this messenger once and love it! She replied within a few hours (which was fine - non urgent issue) and answered all my questions. Dr. Nalda is amazing. She has a way of explaining things like no other doctor I have ever seen. She makes things make sense and I clearly understand a lot more now that Ive seen her. I will probably never leave this practice. Everything was great!
