You will wait a while to get a new patient appointment but there are no primary care docs anymore and Im grateful to be a part of this practice. So many doctors are closed.My new doc is great, I went to the Newark office. Highly recommend.

The lady that makes the appointments was very rude and snappy. She visibly was annoyed by when every date she gave me I had another appointment. It is unfornate because I really like my doctor.

Theres always some kind of mistake they make that apparently justifies sending multiple bills. We have double-paid bills multiple times, and they are so incompetent with billing that instead of taking a payment, theyve sent it to collections. This has been going on for a year.Additionally, Dr. Sheehan offers gynecological care there (at least when I went). I would never recommend it. Her idea of performing a pelvic exam is apparently to try shoving the speculum immediately without lubrication. It was so painful I couldnt follow through with it.

I had blood works done, they have yet to give me a call back it’s been 5 days; I left voicemail. No one have yet to return my call! My results is important to me, but it seem as if they do not care and I will be having my lawyer get involved! They are very unprofessional!! Do not go there!Also they do not pick the phone up! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I do not recommend!

Please save yourself the headache. I wish that I took the time to read these reviews before hand. Melanie Moning is absolutely awful, very condescending and dismissive. Ive been waiting for weeks now for blood results, a referral, a prescription and results from a MRI, Ive called and emailed some many times and Ive received no help.

I have been a patient of total care for over ten years and over the years I have seen their quality of service go completely down hill . They should be called Totally Dont Care Physicians , because they treat you as if they could care less about anyones medical condition . They are very rude when I disagree with the secretary and they make me feel very uncomfortable . Definitely changing My doctors office , I wouldnt recommend anyone to this Total Care Physicians , they suck BIG TIME !!!!

Dr palandjian is very thorough and caring

I have been coming here for a couple of years for minimal things. They are typically fairly friendly and they dont rush you out of the door. They can do certain tests on site, which helps with costs. Wait times can vary depending on when you show up.

If you go here, avoid Dr. Palandjian. He will use illogical, seemingly specious reasoning to avoid treating you, especially when the alleged reason has never been an issue during previous visits, even ones for the same reason I was there to be treated for when this happened, and is even so unprofessional that we will choose to try and chastise you in the hearing of other patients and employees at the near the checkout desk (i.e. NOT in the examination room with a closed door because he walked out), despite it involving health information that one thinks would be covered under HIPAA - said chastising initiated by him. Truly disheartening to experience after thinking he was such a good doctor for years...

Visited this office yesterday with Dr. P. He was apathetic and wasnt able to answer my questions thoroughly. He didnt follow through with the woman who chwckednme out and she tried to cover for him asking me did I hear correctly multiple times. IqqIt was an awful experience

I love my doctor and the staff is great and friendly. The only downside is that they are busy and it’s hard to get hold of them over the phone. But in person, I experienced the best treatment and got full attention. Dr. Robert P. Is awesome.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. They are pleasant, professional and thorough. Though a busy practice (and sometimes hard to get a person on the phone immediatley), you have the option to go to another site. Have always recieved a call back to a message within 24 hours for an appointment; and, was taken either that day or within a day or two (depending on my schedule) even if it was not my normal doctor. When my blood work or tests come in, I get a call for a follow-up appointment. Really appreciate their team of people and would recommend them.

Beware, their on-site lab (for blood-work, etc) is not really on-site. They send your stuff to be tested by some lab in NJ which might not be considered in-network by your insurance and you would end up footing the bill. Make sure the lab that they use to get your tests done is in-network (a detail they might conveniently skip to mention while suggesting to use the on-premises lab).Other than that, good facility. They take new patients and appointments are fairly easy to get at convenient times.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OFFICE. Especially STAY AWAY FROM MELANIE MONING!! Nurse Practitioner. I went to the office in pain and unable to eat. And my stomach was swelling. Melanie told me to give it a couple days and I’ll be fine. I went back 2days later feeling worst. Melanie schedule me for stool samples and blood work. When the results came back I was given a clean bill of health needless to say I was so happy. Two days later I was in the hospital. At the hospital I was told THAT I HAVE CANCER IN MY STOMACH. Now do you see why you shouldn’t waste your time with MELANIE MONING or the Lab. Don’t Go here Melanie needs more schooling or her license revoked ps I wish I could give NO STAR!!!

I made an appointment to this place before looking at the reviews and then i called to cancel my appointment. I was already skeptical about how the receptionist was talking on the phone. But then when i call to cancel i asked if there are any fees associated with the cancellation she says idk. If you have power to cancel an appointment you should know what comes with that!... just that alone im glad I cancelled. Thxs google reviews and yelp!!

Its been more than 3 years, i am with doc Anthony J. Curci as my primary physician . i found him a good doctoor in diagnosis and making easy in understanding the health nicely. The staff is also friendly here. However the waiting time is little higher sometime .

My main problem is that no one seems to answer the phone. Im always having to go up there! Just answer the phones or hire someone else.UPDATE:: I went back there and my experience was even worse. I will no longer go back there because of MELANIE MONING!! She is the WORSE nurse practitioner ever! Im going somewhere else..

After 27 years with the same doctor, we moved here to Wilmington, De. We found Dr. Palandjian thru a friend. I felt so comfortable right from the start. Hes very thorough, and willing to listen and work with me! Oh, and his staff is amazing!

It’s a nice clean office with friendly staff. I take my whole family to this team.

I have been going to this office for a few years now and love it. Ive never had long wait times, the receptionist is super nice and multi tasks like a Pro! Shes very helpful. My doctor is Dr. Melissa Sheehan and I could not be more happy with a Physician. She is able to be both my Doctor and OBGYN. Makes it very convenient. This is also where I found out I was pregnant :) Anyways, even though I have slight phobias, she works with me and takes all my complaints serious. Shes also the nicest doctor Ive ever met.

Great experience... they go far and beyond... to ensure all measures of precautions are taken... excellent job you guys....i love when doctors.. go deep with it... to make sure they dont miss anything... if they wouldnt ppl complain about that... and when they do they complain about that too... great job guys/girls

My doctor is great but the reception and appointment system is terrible.

Doctor wont write a script for a cat scan for my husband despite the xray showing a blown disk. If he could get the cat scan ASAP maybe he could get in with the specialist before the 7th. He might be able to get right in with the surgeon. But of course no one wants to work here. Oh and the doctor doesnt call patients back.

The Dr. Was understanding and Willing to listen to the patient my mother needs.

This practice no matter what location is always running about a hour behind. The staff at silverside road were unprofessional and were in no hurry. I can tell there is no organization.

Please avoid them. I went to them and they did unnecessary tests at their office which were not covered by my insurance. When they were doing tests i asked them not to do tests that are not covered and they said they wont but that was not true when i got a bill. I called and left messages to their billing dept which never returns call. I am stuck with the bills and dont know how to resolve the issue.

Do not go here! They have repeatedly billed us more than they should and are rude and unhelpful on the phone. They claim that we have to talk to the insurance company, but the insurance company says that Total Care is not doing what they are supposed to. They are just out to make money and dont treat patients with respect.

Do not go here! Doctor was supposed to call my precription in and did not. Called their answering service and the RUDE woman refused to give them a message saying the doctor on the weekend wont call in prescriptions.

Called 3 times left a message no one is calling back !!! Dont know what is going on with this office, unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Looking for different family doctor !!!
