I called this office this morning an DID NOT appreciate the way I was talked to by the receptionist,my brother who is very ill couldnt tell me what time his appointment was,I called to see what time it was an this lady had the nastiest tone an told me that she couldnt tell me because of the Hippa laws,I totally understand the Hippa laws but I was not calling to get information on his health records I simply needed to know what time his appointment was, afterwards I put my husband on the phone whos name is on my brothers paperwork an she gave him the time of the appointment, thats all she had to do to start off with.
