Dr. Moore is an excellent Doctor.I worked for him in the 90s and he has been my Orthopedic Dr for many years. His knowledge, skills, and compassion are second to none. I must say his staff is awesome as well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Moore was very pleasant and professional. I had a very good experience and I’m glad he was referred to me.

Dr. Moore and his staff are truly amazing! I have been seen multiple times and I get the same courteous treatment time after time. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to be handling my medical treatment! I never have to wait more than 5 minuets to be seen! If you want professional and caring service then this is the place!

Dr. Robert Moore of Moore Orthopedics was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Scheduling an appointment was easy and we got in the same day that I called,. Another larger orthopedics office was going to have me wait a couple of weeks for a broken arm! The wait time to see him was quick. His staff was courteous and helpful as well. I would recommend him for children and adults,.

Dr. Moore and his staff have taken care of mine and my husbands problems since the early 90s. They have ranged from pinched nerves, carpal tunnel, trigger thumb to broken bones. We have always received the best of care whether we need treatment or surgery. The ladies in the office are excellent and so is Dr. Moore.

Had surgery done in 2015 by Dr Moore who did a great job but his office staff are people who cannot file paperwork correctly then want to blame the customer. They will tell you they call you to follow up but they dont nor do they return calls.They had to recall a collection notice and filing because as they were told many times by me, BCBSNC should of paid and if they would of file correctly this would of been done in 2015 the first time.Just beware to check your bills, their dates of service, and what you have paid to them. Do not count on there billing to be correct and take it for granted as you may with other offices.This office does not understand you come to them for help and until the paperwork is completed and filed correctly there job is not done. This bill was paid by BCBS in 2017 for a surgery in 2015 and with the help of Medicare, and BCBS got resolved. No help from them or even a statement from them saying they have been paid, by direct deposit in Dec 2017. From BCBS 01/10/18 just wanted to let you know I spoke with both the collections agency as well as Dr. Moores office and you have a zero balance and the account was recalled from the collection agency...Just be careful when talking to there office people!If you have any questions about billing call Medicare or your insurance company and talk to them!Update 2018-01-24 / As of this date NO receipt sent to me from the Drs office. Also They were saying $55.83 was the outstanding balance from 2015 and they were paid by BCBS on 01/10/18 $69.91 and there has been NO mention from the Drs office of why I have not received the difference or $14.08 back to me!maybe I should look into a collection company against them!2018-08-28 / NEW UPDATE: Received EOB from BCBS showing the Drs office was paid and have received paperwork from the insurance company but still have not heard a word from them. If this is how they follow-up with clients you may want to be careful.Still have not called, sent any receipt, explanation or an updated statement explaining what they did with my payment from BCBS. So you have to ask if they do not check this site or intend to follow-up can the care and follow-up procedure after surgery be much better!

Was not helpful at all could not give me an answer to why my hand was hurting said it was because of my pain meds in taking that was crazy if my pain meds help my leg why wouldnt they help my hand its because dr murshack ruined my hands and dr moore seen to me like he wanted another dr to answer my questions because he couldnt Ive heard a lot of stupid answers to why I hurt but never this stupid that it was my pain meds making me hurt I would not recommend this dr ever

Both receptionists are lacking good customer skills, extremely rude and demeaning, for that reason I am taking my mom elsewhere.
