Dr.Parker was very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to explain my options in terms I could understand. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would recommend him highly.

Dr Parker sat down and had a conversation with me like I was one of his friends. He made me feel like he really cared! Sarah at the front desk was super cheerful and made me smile. I would highly recommend this place!

Very detailed and professional doctor. Was seen for an ultrasound of my neck for a possible abnormality seen on a CT scan from a previous WH visit. Dr. Parker addressed all of my concerns and efficiently and professionally performed the ultrasound. He explained everything we were seeing as he went over different areas and the entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. The woman at the front door was very nice and welcoming, a clinical staff member or nurse came to inform me about a little bit of a wait due to another procedure taking longer than expected which was very much appreciated as opposed to sitting and waiting for an unknown reason. Great team!

Yesterday was my first visit to Wilmington Health ENT. My appointment was with Dr. Michael Parker. He was very easy to talk to. He was extremely informative with every question that I asked. He explained in detail the causes of my health issues. He took the time to answer all of my questions, I never once felt rushed. (I have had rushed experiences with other doctors) The whole staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. And will continue to see Dr. M. Parker in the future.

Solved my recurring ear infection

Competent and caring, answered all questions, performed routine exam and ear cleaning rapidly. Far superior than going to a clinic operated by inexperienced ENT people.

Dr. Parker and his nurse were very clear in their explanation of both what the procedure I was having entailed and in the results of the test. They were both very friendly and down to earth making my visit a very positive experience.
