Very lucky to have found Dr Moore. Excellent surgeon and very personable. Had 2 operations with him (elbow surgery and carpal tunnel on my hand) in less than 6 months. His staff is considerate and caring as well. Its impressive when the surgical staff that works with many doctors have high praise for a particular doctor, and they couldnt say enough good things about him. As I said, I feel very fortunate to have made his acquaintance and had him as my surgeon.

Doctor Moore is hands down one of the nicest guys and wonderful Doctor. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my hand in and out no numbness in my hand at all two weeks after surgery stitches out no pain he is the best!

Well these are certainly early days in the procedure, Ill be happy to post more later regarding the outcome.So far so good.One thing that needs to be mentioned:I got a text from EmergeOrtho asking for my personal information, no problem , happy to provide it. Also asked for insurance prepayment. Also not a problem.But,I get another text, asking for the same information. Okay, Ill be a good patient, and fill it out, but it ends by asking for the copay again. I wanted my 15 minutes back.Later I get another text, the same thing again. And another text.And another text.And then an email asking for the same thing.Whoever designed this system needs to be flogged. Bloody waste of time.Hoping this sorry excuse for paper pushing is no indication of medical proficiency. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. Wish me luck.

The check-in procedure was very well organized resulting in quick and friendly arrival At the facility on Ashley lane.I was escorted to the office of Dr. Moore and vital Medical statistics were quickly recorded By the doctor’s nurse. The nurse left the office And Dr. Moore appeared At the door in less than 60 seconds. Following a brief review of my last experience with dr. Moore, he asked me to provide the background for my visit. I listed five factors that led to my Desire to Consider orthopedic surgery.On my left hand.Dr. Morrow, was very direct and frank with his response to each of the five factors I mentioned. He then concluded with his opinion that surgery was not going to solve the problem I was having. He asked me if I agreed based on his comments about the five factors I told him that I was disappointed but his conclusion appeared to be exactly right. Dr. Moore told me that I should communicate with him if I had any questions after I thought about the decision.In summary I learned some things I didn’t know about my hand and I was very pleased that Dr. Moore was very direct in did not waste any time in his diagnosis of my situation.Dr. Moore is extremely personable, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and a very competent physician.

Dr Moore is superb at his job. In 2011 he did a carpal tunnel repair on both of my wrists. In 2018 he did a bilateral thumb base reconstruction. So when I was in a car accident in 2020, and tore my thumb ligaments, & had a lot of impact damage to my wrists — he was who I chose to care for my hands & wrists. Both he & Emerge Ortho did not disappoint.Dr Moore has only gotten better with time; & the same is true for Emerge Ortho. Dr Moore demonstrates attentiveness & sensitivity to patient’s emotional needs. He is able to describe complex medical information in clear & easy to understand ways. He NEVER rushes when he is with you.Although Emerge Ortho is a big medical delivery system — they manage to make you feel like you are known, & that they value both you & your decision to seek your care with them. They are so efficient & on time in how the office is run — you forget how big they are. Staff is competent, friendly & well trained. Emerge Ortho is a solid & safe choice when you are in need.

This is my second time visiting Dr. Moore and his excellent staff. My visits were for two different hand problems. Dr Moore is an amazing orthopedic hand surgeon. He is knowledgeable, compassion, and has a great bedside manner. He was able to diagnose and treat my hand issues in a minimal amount of visits, with great results. Dr. Moore is an excellent physician. He took time to listen carefully as I explained my problems. He showed me my x-ray and thoroughly explained my situation, what the problem is and the possible treatments involved, both surgical and non-surgical. At his recommendation I chose the non-surgical treatment, one that while not eliminating the problem would somewhat ameliorate the pain.It has!!

While examining his patients he listens to their concerns and questions them with care and compassion as he seeks to determine the cause of their problem. He is careful to not recommend treatments that may cause additional harm to the patient. He is not quick to offer surgery as a treatment.

Dr Moore was professional. My appointment was not rushed or hurried. He had familiarized himself with my x-rays and history before my appointment so we were able to immediately discuss my options. He explained the procedure in easy to understand terms. What he does not know is that I have worked in PT for over 30 years, with a certified hand therapist, so I know when I am being bs’d. I have worked with other hand surgeons that were arrogant, rude and dismissive, Dr Moore is none of those. He made a great first impression and I am confidant in my choice of physicians to perform the delicate hand surgery I require.

Ive met with Doctor Moore and he seems quite knowledgeable, as does his staff, the problem is getting in to see him. I need to see him again but cant get an appointment for three months. Thats a long time when you have a medical condition.
