Save your money and time! After my exam (which cost way more than normal because he is a subcontractor and now actually LensCrafters so my insurance charged me more), my sample contacts got delivered to his other office in town. I didn’t even know he had another office. No one seemed to know where my contacts were when I called. I couldn’t go to LensCrafters because he’s only there one day a week! Finally got the contacts and didn’t like the brand. He didn’t schedule a fit exam follow up. Then when I called and said I liked my old brand better, he just sent a new prescription without ordering another trial pair first. Just got my order that I had to buy myself online and I can’t see out of my left eye. Now what am I supposed to do? I’m out like $120+ for contacts I can’t even wear! Made an appointment with America’s Best for today and I’m gonna have to do the whole process over again! This practice is a joke!
Dr. Brosman is wonderful! He is calm, the most gentle, and is fabulous at what he does! I am extremely anxious about people going near my eyes, EXCEPT for Dr. Brosman! If you need a kind, extremely caring, most sensitive to how he performs his exams, this is the Dr to go to for any eye problems!
I over paid Dr Brosman Last December by a mere $22 and I still have gotten no response or payment despite sending him 8 emails requesting my refund. I waited forever to see him too. I will not go back I saw him at Lenscrafters on Kirkwood Highway. He got my payment promptly and I expect the same courtesy.
