Dr. Sweeney and his staff are amazing! He is very attentive to your concerns and has a tremendous level of patience while in his chair. I personally did not have good experiences with dentists growing up. I just had my first root canal initiated, and I thought it was going to be horrible. It was the exact opposite. When I explained that I wasnt fully numb he was patient and then reapplied a second dose. At that point he still waited patiently and was very informative. Also his primary hygienist is awesome, she spoke to me during the entire procedure keeping me in the loop. She routinely asked me how I was feeling. What else could you ask for from a dentist and staff lol. Also Dr. Sweeney is very good with kids, both of my children have been making routine visits since they were toddlers to his office; and theyre always happy to see him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in Wilmington.

First visit went great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr Sweeney was very thorough. He did not recommend unnecessary dental work.

I paid them, and my insurance paid them too. They were paid TWICE. I have waited three months for a reply about my reimbursement. All my phone calls end with a we will call you back and not only do I not hear from the staff, or the dentist, but I still dont have my money back. I have taken my teeth and my daughters teeth to a well managed dentist office.My Insurance is GUARDIAN.

Great Dentist, terrific staff, they treat you with dignity,no need to be embarrassed if you havnt been to a dentist for awhile. Dr. Sweeney is very skilled, he can do root canals too so no need to refer you to someone else,also they have a 3D printer and in many instances produce their own crowns so only one visit is required. I could not be more impressed.

NOT AN OPTION FOR 0 stars!!! This is the worst Dentist office EVER! The receptionist is rude the staff is ok. Dr. Sweeney has no Honor or Integrity. He even had to creat a new business name because his dental office site has such horrible reviews. Dr. Sweeney did so much damage to my mouth I had to have $7,000.00 in repair by the orthopedics. Please if you don’t want some real issues in your mouth STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!!!!

Great dentist, clean office and very professional staff. As someone who is terrified of dental procedures I can honestly say I am at ease coming here; because I believe this dentist and his assistants take pride in their work, they are very professional and friendly.
