All the staff at Myles Family Dentistry are wonderful and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and inviting as well. However, I feel like one person in particular really deserves a shout-out. Lisa, the hygienist we saw today, has always been so patient and kind towards my son during each appointment. She explains everything to him, while showing and allowing him touch certain instruments, so he can understand they won’t hurt him. She even remembered his favorite toy and the flavor of toothpaste that he preferred! Her demeanor has always been very calm, and I would even go as far to say loving towards him, especially during the challenging times, when he’s anxious and nervous. During his prior appointment, he was on edge and cried almost the whole time. However, during his recent appointment, he was much more laid back and didn’t shed a single tear! I know this is all because of Lisa’s mellow composer, and the care she has shown my son. I really appreciate her, and the entire staff at Myles Family Dentistry.

If I could rate 100 stars I would. The staff here is AMAZINGGGGGG. This was our first visit, and I had two small children in tow as I got my teeth cleaned. The staff made us feel genuinely Warm and welcomed! They explained everything to me Before and AS they were doing it so I felt comfortable and informed about the health of my teeth. The establishment was CLEAN and had a area with coloring books and entertainment to keep my 4 year old occupied while I filled out paperwork on the tablets. Would DEF recommend for families with children !!!

Brought my 3 year old for a checkup. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable and not scared. She’s amazing and I greatly appreciate her making this such a pleasant experience. My daughter can’t stop talking about how cool it was and she loves the dentist. I have also been a patient at Myles and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They recently hired a Ped’s dentist who was also amazing. We look forward to returning.

The workers in the dentist are very nice! Lisa was so kindly to my son. He love to talk with her during his cleaning 😄😄

THEY LIE ABOUT THE PROCEDURES NEEDED.ES NO BUENO!!!I talked my friend who is Mexican go to this dentist. She completely took advantage of this woman. They overcharged her and told her that she had issues she did not have. She went to another dentist for a second opinion, it was a lie! They are cheating the community! It’s wrong. This is not the first review I’ve read about this office. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!

Extremely professional and genuinely nice people at Myles Family Dentistry. It is usually stressful going back to the dentist after it has been a while since your last visit, but here I was so welcomed I did not feel that way at all. They all were very kind and informative, I would definitely recommend!

Everyone was so friendly. They had stuff for my kids play with in the waiting area and a TV with kids shows on. They play nice music while getting worked on. It was absolute positive experience and Im so pleased that I transferred to this office

One of the friendliest offices that Ive ever encountered. Truly compassionate dentist with the staff to match! Also, the only dental office that I know of that accepts almost every dental insurance. I recommend this office to anyone who wants great dentistry at a great price. This really office cares!!

This place is an absolute joke. A bunch of incompetent clowns. They said I needed a crown and that I had two cavities that needed filled. About $1,200 worth of restorative work. This all seemed a bit unlikely because at my check up with my childhood dentist (back in Ohio) just 6 months prior, there were no problems. So I went to another dentist in Wilmington for a second opinion. He said that not only did I have ZERO cavities, but there was also no need for a crown. He said the tooth in question looked just fine and needed no work. Myles...a bunch of lying, money grubbing slimeballs. If I were in a more litigious mood, I would consult with a medical malpractice attorney.

I had a wonderful dental experience here! Everyone, from the office staff to the hygienists to Dr. Myles, was exceptionally friendly, gentle, and kind. The office was clean and organized. I felt cared for and I left with my teeth feeling sparklingly clean. Thanks!

Completely blown away! Exceptional class of people here. Had an emergency problem. They got me right in when no one else could. Got me all taken care of. Normally I dont like going to dentist because they make me feel like theyre only after my money not truly there to help me but that wasnt the case here. Truly felt taken care of. Great job all of you today.

Myles Family Dentistry... Where do I begin? Is it with the exceptional care and their unbelievably flexible schedule? No, I dont think so. Is it the wonderful staff who always treat me with their smiling faces upon entering their establishment? No, not that either. I think the absolute best thing that Myles Family Dentistry offers is its wonderful book full of smiles and stories and its extremely high tech digital forms - I tell you what, Dr. Myles fixes yo teeth and she saves the trees.Now I know what youre thinking, Matt, this isnt a big deal. Matt, tablets are dumb. Matt, no one cares what you think. Well in the past year I have had tuberculosis, I have had kidney stones, I have had my teeth worked on, and I have been to my fair share of mental health clinics - surprised? - but NONE OF THEM have had digital forms. I think this is exceptional in a world full of garbage and leads people in the right direction. Sure, grandma may not be able to type her name in and sure little Joey may have dropped it and cost the place a couple dollars, but we saved the trees - and from a mailmans POV let me tell you we kill A LOT of them. #savethetreesinitiativeThe experience I had blew all my expectations into the stratosphere and at this point my expectations for everything else is so high up that 2 Chainz hasnt even reached that level. After plowing through the forms I spoke to the two wonderful women who make up the front line at Myles Family Dentistry: Ikeshia and Jenna. These two women are a delight and really put the Family in Myles Family Dentistry. I must say it is a good thing that it has such charming young ladies at the front because they were contrasted heavily with the abrasiveness of its hygienist Laurel.Hah, I kid. Laurel is meticulous, delightful, and exceptional at her job. However she may talk just a bit too much to a person who cannot respond with x-ray knives or fingers in their mouth. Hmm, maybe thats the only way people will listen? Either way she was very open, emphasis on VERY. In the time it took to x-ray my teeth I quickly learned about her past relationships, dinner last night, and numerous other things like the fact I share my birthday with her father. In that time I found myself spilling my guts as well: my TB epidemic, disastrous relationships, the misuse of an expensive degree, and my WONDERFUL JOB at the post office *wink wink*. We laughed, we cried, we argued, and most importantly we cleaned my dirty underwear colored teeth. Yes, the bad kind of dirty underwear. Id post a picture showing the comparison but I have no such thing so I included a picture I drew of Chip Skylark from his hit single Shiny Teeth and Me, OUT NOW!Yes I understand this is more of a story than a review, but how would you know how great it is without the story? Remember Every smile has a story. Whats yours?After Laurel finished in my mouth, the mythical and mystical Dr. Myles took her turn. When it comes to Dr. Myles she is the epitome of love, compassion, and dedication. Its the kind of compassion one ponders at night after a long drawn out argument with the girl you met on Tinder. Its the kind of love one only reads about in fairy tales. Its the kind of dedication that gets you up at 4 AM to do that workout before work... Dr. Myles is a gift to the dental community to say the very least. Despite being in the presence of Dental Deity, Laurel continued to brag about how great of a job she did and informed me that I would have to return for fillings..I left for a light lunch and quickly returned for more violent delights. Dr. Myles and Sol - which means sun and always makes my day brighter - did an absolute blast of a job on my mouth. In all my years on this Earth I have never had such a pleasant time in a Dentist office and have never enjoyed getting fillings as much as I did on that day. The experience was so stupendous that I almost feel like destroying my teeth so the women of Myles Family Dentistry can do even more work on me!Almost.

Everybody there are very nice but they seem to overcharge. You have to make sure you know enough about your dental insurance.

They were really nice and they were calm doing my teeth. I will always trust them as my dentistry.
