I have been seeing a therapist here for a few months and love her! She is super friendly and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable and has been really helping me work through so much during this difficult time. I have seen multiple therapists in the past and this one is my favorite, by far. She asks the right questions and digs deeper to get to the core of the issue. Definitely recommend!

I see Lauren here and she is amazing! Shes helped me overcome a lot to become a healthy and happy person.. something I never thought I would be able to say about myself. She is truly an awesome counselor!

Elizabeth was one of the best therapist I’ve ever seen. She always assured me that my feelings were valid. Even though Lauren wasn’t my therapist I know I had both of their full support. I have made such great progress working with Elizabeth...and I hope to continue to do so even though I am not working with her. She helped me be able to trust again, and she got me out of some really dark places. The most important thing Elizabeth has taught me is how to find my voice and I’ll never lose it! I am so thankful for everything Elizabeth and Lauren have done for me!

I have been seeing Elizabeth for going on five months now.. wow! Five months, already! She (and therapy) is one of the best things to ever happen to me. Shes my best friend in the absolute most professional sense. She understands, she listens, she considers things you have not. As a member of the black community, people always recommend having a therapist the same race as you are. But with Elizabeth, thats not an issue. Several times we have discussed issues I have with my racial identity & I believe she handled it just as well as a black female therapist would have. I was in an extremely dark place in September when I first started seeing her, and I dont think Id be where I am right now without her.Thank you!

Rhoades to Wellbeing is such an amazing place. I feel so safe and Lauren is amazing. She is kind, trustworthy, friendly, down to earth. Rhoades to Wellbeing is such a safe place, I can be myself and I have to say has changed my life for the better. Lauren has saved my life and she is try remarkable! I refer her to all of my friends and family. There is not better place for growth, happiness, kindness, and positivity. Rhoades to Wellbeing is a no judgement zone and the staff is utterly amazing.
