I am extremely disappointed in this organization. My husband went for his 2nd annual test 6 months late. When it came time for discussion of his test, we were offered a five minute phone call. My husband does not hear well on the phone I told them his physical with his dr. that ordered this test was 10 days away and could they make sure it was there by then. We got there but there was never any report sent. Very poor follow up for a dr.s request. What is the point of having a place like this if they cant get back to you in a timely manner. I also asked the receptionist to call me at the time my husband left....she DID NOT. They have moved to a very difficult place to find in Monkey Junction and did not provide adequate maps....Find someplace else to get your Memory testing done!

Have had several screenings to establish a baseline and found the staff professional and the results informative
