Katie is amazing. She is very professional and friendly. Makes you feel extremely comfortable. I usually just get Brazilian waxes. But i was curious to know bow it felt on my leg. So, she tested a good spot. Not as bad as i thought. I ended up getting the full leg done.

I have experienced pampering on the next level. This salon is liking walking into old Hollywood, chic and elegant. When you are asked at your salon coffee, tea or water then served in stemmed glass you know you have arrived. This was the best. I thought I had left Wilmington, until I walked back out the front door. The owners and staff are just wonderful people. I got a pedicure and Sara was so professional and easy to talk to it was like sitting with an old friend. You must experience it for yourself and take a friend because they wont believe you. I went to Joseph twice. The first time he did a decent job highlighting hair, but the second time his staff made a mistake with my booking. I was not booked for nearly a long enough appointment and I was given an attitude as if it was my fault. Joseph hurried through my highlights and did a terrible job. He loves to discuss his lengthy career and his loyal customers, but perhaps if you are a new customer you dont receive the same effort. I will not be returning.

Kenleigh did an amazing job on my hair for a military ball last year. My curls were perfect, not prom-y but very elegant. I havent purchased chemical services from her but she seems to really know what shes doing and I would definitely go in the future to do so. I also used to see Dawn for eyelash extensions, she is a sweet and wonderful person and always did a fantastic job on my eyelashes! She worked quickly, and is the type of person to go out of her way to make sure youre happy with the results. Shes also easy to talk to, which is great because the extensions take 1-2 hours. By far the best esthetician Ive been to. Everyone else I met briefly at the salon seemed to be very friendly and I will certainly be coming back to get my hair done and try a facial in the near future.

When I walk into Joseph Zell and Company’s beautiful Salon I am immediately greeted by an exquisite and delightful woman named Eve. Eve along with all the staff has the ability to make you feel like you are the only person in the world that matters right then. Greeted like a dear friend and offered a beverage while you wait just minutes, if you arrive early, as your appointment time is when you are seen. No long waits or excuses ever at this salon! Then greeted equally warmly by Joseph I am now in the chair and become the center of attention. Joseph always makes sure that he understands what my expectations are for this particular visit. Eve has already acquired this information when I call to schedule my appointment because she wants to ensure the amount of time essential to cover my needs is scheduled at that time. Eve is an expert at making everything seem effortless. Still, Joseph authenticates my wishes and then begins to go to work. Joseph is a professional that has the expertise which is to take someone like me, with very dark hair peppered with gray, and then turn my hair into a striking blonde color. My hair looks completely natural, my cut stunning and my experience relaxing. As I have been going for many years to Joseph Zell and Company, making the trip in anticipation of having a marvelous time, being spoiled and leaving thrilled with my new do, as you can imagine, I consider them my friends. On days off when I have left a message to make an appointment, Eve, has actually driven back to the Salon to check the appointment book in order to respond to my call. Yes, this is exceeding anyone’s normal expectation of even the most superior Salon but it is the norm at Joseph Zell and Company. If your tired of excuses for long waits, blonde color that turns red or looks artificial, bad hair cuts or any of the horrible things most women have experienced even once, I highly recommend you schedule your next appointment with Joseph Zell and Company.
