They are a bandaid clinic when it comes to mental health. Takes forever to get them to refill your medication. You have to ride them like a pony to get anything. Youre better off looking elsewhere. Front desk staff are angels though.

My experience with this place has been pretty great! My son has ADHD and he has always gotten good counseling and theyve even listened to my issues to a certain extent also as a way to help my son. Also, the doctor that my son sees is very good with him and very careful not to over-medicate. Occasional trouble getting in touch with someone there would be my only issue.

This place is awful. I took my son there(because of threats from the school) to find out why he wasnt able to handle being at school. I got his diagnosis only to be told time and time again I couldnt get anything official from them, that I had to either go to Lebanon or pit in a records release. Ive signed 6 releases and the school and his primary doctor still dont have it. The counselors are awful too. He was getting in home services and they would just show up. No scheduling appointments or calling to see if I was home. They would just randomly pick a day and time and show up. The office staff...oh lord there arent enough awful things to say about them. Very rude and unprofessional. Im so glad I pulled my son from this place. Im in the process of getting him seen elsewhere.

Has bugs. Definitely has fleas. Some of the offices smell like cat pee. They are hardly ever in and a lot of the staff have left or are in the process of leaving. I would not suggest to anyone!

Was told come there at noon still waiting at 130 and had to leave they are no help could careless how you feel

I feel this place is a medical JOKE. The case managers,Psychitrists,nurses,and Drs do not know reality from finction. I feel they neglect my mother and stereo type. I would NOT refer anyone. Thx fir reading anf have a blessed day.

Understaffed. Unfriendly. The place looks like its closing its doors. Talked to a doctor via video and she immediately started weaning me off my Ativan. She said it was their policy to not give opiods and I would be weaned off over the next 4 weeks. I take these for panic disorder and reminded her how dangerous it was remove someone from this medication too fast , and she ignored me. She basically followed a policy before caring about my well-being.

Beyond disgusted with my initial experience. Called 2 days ago left a message desperate to get help and got no response. Called today and the rude woman that answered wouldnt even make an effort to tell me where i could call or go for detox. Told me she couldnt help n straight up hung up on me and I was bawling and going through opioid withdrawal for the first time ever and just hangs up on me and even worse yet wouldnt answer the rest of the day??? ARE YOU SERIOUS PEOPLE ? This is how you treat someone seeking help? I just moved here from Minnesota so excuse me for not knowing how to assist myself. Pathetic is my only response.....

Went here only because it was closest. Worst decision I’ve ever made. If you really need help try ANY other facility.

Waited for 5 hours to be seen and being promised that I would be seen at 4pm I get told that I will have to come back tomorrow I needed help I waited for help and I got screwed again.
