Dr. Ryan Davis is the best. And his nurse. And the receptionist. I have been going there since I moved here, almost 5 years ago. They are fast, they are so nice and I love them all!!!!

This was my first visit and going to the dentist isnt always fun. The atmosphere and staff made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. They treated me as if I had been a patient for years. I would recommend this dental center hands down. I have found my new dentist for sure.

Got me in same day for a painful tooth, the little gal at the front desk, the lady that did my x-rays, and the dentist were all awesome. One of the few times I actually enjoyed my trip to the dentist. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed by the staff at Pheasant Run. I called looking for a future appointment & they got me in same day with a cancellation. The person who cleaned my teeth did a fantastic job & they were able to fix 4 cavities that same day. 7 years of worry gone in one day. I highly recommend them !

This is a long detailed review, in short they are excellent and Ill not go to another dentist as long as I live in driving distance. Ive had much worse experiences, with very upscale offices.This office is located in a small strip mall, I would call it. Theres a restaurant on one side a vape store on the other, and I believe 1 or 2 other businesses in the building, but I could be mistaken. Before, I would have assumed it was kinda janky, and not necessarily the best dentist to choose, if you have choices. I understand some people dont, whether its because of insurance or cash, you take what you have to take. Ive been there.But WOW!!! This office is immaculate. I went in feeling anxious, and afraid as usual,, but just the waiting room had me feeling less stressed while filling out my papers. It is so CLEAN. Neatly set up. Smelled pleasant. You didnt walk in and have your sinuses attacked with whatever glade plug in or super heavy spray they had in the air. It smelled like home. It was not cluttered with tons of tacky art on the walls, there werent bunches of scattered tattered old magazines strewn about tables and chairs. It is so lovely. Orderly, recent magazines avaliable. Clever clean/used pen system. The walls/doorframe were clean. You may not even notice that, but I have seen so many offices with hand prints and dirt around the knows, door edges and lights witches, this was a huge thing for me to see. With so many in oil field work, I wouldve expected some, but Im telling you this place was CLEAN!The paperwork was not overwhelming. I loved this. I have dental anxiety as it is and yes, even the paperwork has been difficult for me to get through in other offices. But it was 4 papers I believe, front and back, a few pages only needed to be read and signed. I dont feel like they asked unnecessary information. It was so easy to understand and I felt confident I didnt make mistakes or miss anything.So now Ill tell you about the people. Keep in mind, if you call any business and you have a bad attitude youre very likely to get that reflected back to you. I was in pain, but did not have a sour attitude.First, the lady answering the phone. She was helpful, friendly and courteous. All perfect points for doing her job. Plus points for getting me in within 2 hours.My pain was excruciating, and had kept me in bed for 2 days until I realized the lump on the roof of my mouth. I couldnt chew to eat, and was living on popsicles and ice water. I was thrilled with the 2 hour window for an appointment. Although terrified of having to go to the dentist.Second, the intake person. She was less friendly but still pleasant and did her job, hey not everyone is a super outgoing type, and it was after 2, not her fault. She absolutely did her job, and was not in any way unpleasant.Third, the first hygienist, very nice. Again not super outgoing or talky, but very pleasant, and was very understanding about my pain and very gentle with the necessary x-rays that caused even more pain.Not her fault at all, just unlucky location for my issue. Everyone knows bite wings hurt on an ordinary day as they dig into the roof of your mouth AND you need to BITE down on them...2 actions I was in no condition to be doing, with a large abcess along my pallette and the extreme pain in all teeth, 1-4, with which I needed to bite down with. She even offered tissue for the tears streaming down my cheeks from pain. Very kind and understanding.The dentist. I apologize for not getting his name, youngerish bald guy, but he is amazeballs!!! Im almost at the Google character limit, but let me assure you hes awesome, the office is awesome, the staff is awesome! Id say so many more things if I could. THANK YOU PHESANT RUN DENTAL!!❤

I had a very bad tooth the was very decomposed.... my bad, but I called and made a appointment and was in within 2 days of calling, the staff is very nice and very helpful with everything. I told the dentist I wanted it pulled and he did just that. Numbed me up and pulled the tooth, instant relief. I will go there in the future! I recommend it. Dustin

Absolutely hands down the best dentist office I ever been too. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I called complaining of tooth pain at 1015 on a Friday. Got an appointment at 1100. By 110 I had my root canal and was at the pharmacy picking up my antibiotics. The office runs like a well oiled machine without making you feel like just a number. I was very impressed by the efficiency and how I was treated. Highly reccommend.

I had a dental emergency and this is not my normal dentist. I was sqeezed in last min and the prostadontist I saw was more than pleaasent and helpful. Front office was wonderful and was very posiitve!

My experience was very pleasant. The assistants, dentist and hygienists were very kind, thorough, and gentle. I dont enjoy going to the dentist, but they made the experience painless. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really nice staff, but disappointed the current mask mandates weren’t being followed. No one in the front/reception wore masks. The dental hygienist wore a mask, but then took it off near patients. Pandemic isn’t over yet, and especially medical facilities should be compliant.

Caring Dental Staff!They dont make you feel like youre just a number, or do unnecessary work like some. They have always treated me like a valued patient. Their GLO whitening works fantastically and was gentle on my sensitive teeth. Dr. Steve Blackhurst transformed my smile into one I love to show off!! Couldnt Rave more!

Ive been dealing with some pretty serious dental issues for years now. They had gotten so bad that I could no longer ignore it and HAD to do something and finally see a dentist. My husband and I have both heard such amazing things about Pheasant Run Dental, that we decided that this would be the dentist we wanted to see, and gave them a call immediately. They were able to get me in within the hour! After a couple of extractions and having an infection dealt with... Dr Ryan Davis went over a plan as to what would be the best option for me, and gave me such an emotional sense of hope that I cried. I am so excited to soon be able to smile again and to be able to leave there today pain free.For anyone who is reading this...5 Stars is not enough to rate everyone at Pheasant Run DentalDr Davis was amazing and compassionate beyond measures! And was so careful, and gentle, and nothing like any other dentist i have EVER been to! I have never NOT been afraid of the dentist, but from now on, I will be walking into his office knowing not fear, but relief.I honestly can not say thank you enough for what you had done for me today... nor for what this all will do for me once it is all said and done.So thank you, again, so very much...I highly HIGHLY recommend this dental office. I know they have personally become our primary dental care provider as of now. I wish I could have had him for a dentist many years ago.

Terrible job! Make sure you check reviews first. They did fillings on two of my molars and on one, some filling fell off that same day and some more 3 weeks later and then it started hurting, the molar became very sensitive to hot and cold. Made an appointment and when I went there the dentist (not the one that did the job) said that it was fine, he didn’t know why it was hurting and the filling had nothing to fo with it. They weren’t hurting before getting them filled, it was bothering me because i had to deal with food getting trapped in there every time i would eat. Then the dentist checking me wants to say i need a root canal and a crown for a little over $2600.For that money, get a good vacation and go get that done in Mexico and still have extra money

When I first moved here I went to another dental office and was treated like a number. I decided not to judge Pheasant Run Dental by its location and give them a try. I am so happy I gave them a chance. They are very friendly and caring. The Dental hygienist is amazing and pays close attention to detail. She even checks your thyroid! The dentist are very sharp and attentive to your needs and do everything in the power to save your teeth. The dental assistance are very caring and treat you like they have known you for years. My husband has anxiety about the dentist (from childhood dental experience ) so they hook him up to N2O so he can relax and ease his anxiety. I highly recommend this office to every person I met.Give them a call you wont be disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had something wrong with my tooth they did and I moved all the way back across the states. They called me asking for more money that the insurance didnt cover. I told them that I was not happy with the job. Didnt try to help at all sent me straight to collections. Then when I called to ask about that they kept avoiding my calls. Terrible customer service. If I were you I would go elsewhere. - Chad

My wife took our daughter to have a check up. As far as the work done, she was very satisfied, but when it came time to check out she was told that our insurance company required we pay up front and that we would be reimbursed. I called our insurance company and they told me that wasnt their policy at all, that they would reimburse us but that decision was made by the dental office not wanting to wait on payment.

This place is great with nice people! I was able to get the initial exam, X-rays, cleaning and a filling all in the same day! Only took a week to get in also!

So patient an actually listen when you tell them what hurts and what is uncomfortable.

My 2 year old daughter and I go to Phesant Run Dental. Weve been treated very friendly and the staff is very professional and have accommodated me bringing my daughter in when Ive had to get dental work done. Great with kids as well. Even though my insurance is out of network, they still work with my insurance to get the best possible payment for the customer. I will continue bringing my family there.

I did not like this dentistry. The only reason why I went there is that it was the closest one to my apartment. However, I pass it by every time I go to the dentist. I was not treated like a customer over there. I spent my hard-working money in this place. You would think they can just act like they are nice, but no. When I first came to this dentistry, one of the dental assistants was very nice to me, and she was the only one that was nice to me. Davis treated me like another number. He did not show me like he cared for my dental health. My third visit was very awful. Blackhurst yelled at me right in front of his dental assistant. He, too, did not show that he cared for my dental health. I made sure my third visit in this crappy dentistry was my last. I smile when I pass this crappy dentistry every time I go to the dentist.

I went in to have my two front teeth crowned and I am super unhappy about the results. One of the crown has gone super dark and the other tooth has such an extreme sensitivity, that is unbearable. I was not impressed with the temporary crowns either, one chipped the same day I got it and I had to hide my teeth for two weeks. Now I have to go through this whole process somewhere else and Im not looking forward to it at all. If I would have known coming here would just set me back even more I wouldnt have bothered. The only thing I can really say was impressive was the fact that they did give me money back and thats a pretty noble thing to do because most people wont do that

The dentist that I saw at Pheasant Run was professional and personal and helped me with all of my concerns. The staff was also helpful and very friendly. I will continue to go their for my care.

I walked in this morning with a horrible tooth ache the dentist informed me that i would need to get a root canal or an Extraction I was a walk in with no appointment and they where able to get me taken care of at that moment the staff I worked with was great and very helpful Ive had horrible experiences with previous dentist but after this visit I will have no problem returning and taking my family there as well two thumbs up.
