Girls spa day, absolutely amazing! Aida gave possibly the best massage Ive ever had. Great service by all, would definitely recommend.

I explained All our issues an unfortunately the draft was lost but after multiple come backs the assistant manager couldnt even do a simple color. They refused to help in any way. Terrible service, unwilling to take mistakes right. We could get a better cut at super cuts. Take this review to heart of you would like to be looked dowon upon go there.

Manicure was lovely, but no drying machine.Invited to sit in a chair for 15 minutes, but told polish wouldnt dry hard for 2 hours. I tried hard to protect my manicure, but one finger smudged.I wish Oasis had the Dazzled Dry polishes!

Great place to feel pampered. I took each of my girls here to get manis, pedis and facials before their weddings this year during a pandemic and it was great!! Very clean and they kept people distanced and followed mandates in VT.

Just had my hair done by April. And I have to admit that Im very particular with how I want my hair permed and styled.Ive been to several hair stylists in the past as weve lived in 4 different states. April ALWAYS has listened to what Im looking for and ALWAYS has done a fantastic job with styling my hair. Her fantastic personality has given me a positive experience at Oasis.

Wonderful experience today, when you walk in the environment is welcoming, clean and relaxing. They immediately greet you, take your coat, and offer you a hot or cold beverage. Jeff was amazing, I got a hair cut and color. I couldn’t be happier with the style and color!! It is a Full Service Spa, I look forward to booking more services in the future!

I did get a relaxing afternoon, however I paid for a deep tissue massage ( something Ive had before ) and the clinician could not do the deep tissue part. When she asked if the pressure was OK and I asked for it to be harder she said she couldnt do that. I would have preferred to be with someone who had experience with deep tissue massage and could follow through with what I had paid for. I dont think Ill be back and will go back to where I was going before. Tried something new but in the end was disappointed.

I went to Brandie for a collagen facial and she was awesome!! She even gave a shoulder and arm massage that was wonderful. I will definitely be going to her again, and highly recommend her if your looking to get an awesome facial !!

I felt the need to write a review after the excellent experience I had at Oasis. I got a gel manicure (a beautiful bright lilac color) and I am very impressed with both the service and the results. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and despite my young age, I was treated with the utmost respect which usually does not happen in salons and spas. The women at the desk were nice and inviting and the manicurist who did my nails was sweet did a fantastic job! The price was reasonable and fair for the gel polish ($37 plus tip). I will definitely refer the salon and spa and will be back again soon!

I am 34 weeks pregnant and Oasis did an all around amazing/professional job with the full prenatal body massage and facial. I wanted some sort of Spa package, which I noticed that they did not have one for an expecting mother. However, I called to see if I could make the Recharger package prenatal massage; a hand massage to start, then an hour prenatal massage, and a facial to end. I highly suggest Oasis for a prenatal massage. I laid on my right side to start then turned to my left. I had a pillow between my knees so I could stay propped up; I never felt uncomfortable. The pressure during the massage was perfect.The facial was out of this world I had never had one and it was very relaxing.Customer Service was excellent... They made sure I was comfortable, asked if I needed water or tea. Made sure my robe fit over the baby bump.Not to mention they were flexible with my needs and being pregnant.

My sister, mom, three nieces and myself all had 2 services done this past Saturday. Stephenie, the owner, was great to work with in getting all the appointments set. When we arrived we were greeted and shown the changing room to change into soft fluffy ropes. We then sat in the waiting room to complete the paper work. Once that was done, each of us were called, by name, to our services. We all had spa pedicures and everyone loved it. The seats are comfortable and the water was warm. They do charge you extra if you want sparkly nail polish. The other services we received were 4 massages and 2 facials. Two of my nieces had never had a massage, but they were made to feel comfortable and enjoyed them. My facial was about the best I had ever had. The only real complaint is that there are no discounts, even when 6 people get 12 services. Though we were given a coupon for a hair service on our next visit (we live 8 hours away). Would have been nicer to give a discount or toss in the two bottles of sparkly nail polish. I would recommend but remember to bring cash for tips.

This is the only place I let touch my eyebrows. The first time I had a wax I was super nervous (I am not a girly girl). They were very reassuring, helpful, and had a quick efficiency about the whole thing. Do not mistake their efficiency for trying to rush me. They were conversational and chatty in a good way. I go with a friend whos mother is a friend of the specialist I saw. Shes always asking how people are and overall the few times Ive been were good experiences. The environment is relaxing, Id be interested to try a spa visit sometime.

I got a Vitamin C Facial and my skin feels wonderful. Everyone is so nice and professional.

I was not happy with the initial service that I received at Oasis. To their credit, Marie called me and asked to give them another try, on them.I am very pleased with their willingness to make sure I have a good experience.Looking forward to my next appointment!

I received a gift certificate for a spa package from my husband for Mothers Day this year. I usually go to a different spa, but he forgot which one and bought the certificate to Oasis. No big deal, Ill try a new place. On a positive note, I was able to get in for the Recharger package within about a week, which I thought was a very reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, thats where the positives of this experience ended. I entered the spa and was given a robe that was too small. I suppose they only have one size. I am above average size, but not enormous, and I have been to several places and robe size was never an issue. I was instructed to change and put my belongings in a locker, which I did. The waiting room was very chilly, but I didnt think anything of it. First up was the paraffin hand dip. The wax was scalding. It hurt to hold my hand down in it. I have had paraffin dips before and they were never this hot. The woman who did it seemed to want me in and out. Whatever, there was still a massage and body scrub to go, so I didnt let it bother me. A man came to get me for the massage. The table wasnt heated, and the spa was cold to begin with, so we werent off to a great start. Suffice it to say it was the worst massage I have ever had. He kneaded with his knuckles into my ribs, which was painful, and he only massaged my back. No flip over, nothing. When he announced the time was up, I couldnt even believe it. All he had done was bruise my ribs. On to the body scrub part. I will say that the only good part of the experience was the woman who gave the scrub. She was friendly and pleasant, and seemed to acknowledge the shortcomings of the service, which werent her fault, e.g. the scrub was freezing and the table was cold. She told me since there was a shower in the room, she wasnt allowed to plug anything in to warm anything up, and apologized. I went into Oasis with an open mind because someone I know loves it, but my entire experience was awful. I didnt have the heart to tell my husband how awful it was since he was so excited for me to have a relaxing spa day, but I wont be returning.

**Pro: Front desk staff were very friendly and courteous, facility is clean and professional, I like the complementary tea, and the Keyano Aromatics product line they use and sell is really very nice.**Con: My masseuse had all the soothing and relaxing demeanor of a grocery store clerk. She was courteous and efficient, but not what I was expecting, and not very relaxing. And many of their services seem overpriced to me. $25-$50 for a haircut?

How many times does a service company have to hear they need to accept tips on credit card before they figure it out? These poor workers, regardless of their backgrounds, make most of their money from tips, and if owners are unwilling to pay the necessary fees to let their workers earn their moneys worth, theyre really just using the people making their money for them. It sucks to be frustrated receiving a service and not being able to properly display my gratitude, but when I find reviews from long ago saying its been this way for years? I find it shameful and would like to see this service business provide their workers the capacity to earn their proper living. To willing customers Id say youll probably get your moneys worth but please bring cash so it doesnt all go to feeding the owners wallets instead of the practitioners.

My son begged and begged me to get his hair cut and finally I made an appointment at oasis - with April. I should have turned away when I saw her attitude but I didn’t . April was unfriendly and needlessly aggressive during the hair cut with my quiet 11 year old son. He left with tears in his eyes and no side burns and strange hairs that she said needed to be straight razored if I wanted them gone. My son picked a picture of what he wanted which we showed her and ended up with a complete uneven buzz cut that I could have done (if he wanted a buzz). I had my other two kids with me and had no patience to deal, so I left leaving no tip and fully wanting to dispute the charge. I would suggest finding another place to go. However, they did say they would try to fix it when I called to speak to the ‘boss’ but I am unsure how without buzzing it completely off ...... terribly unsatisfied and feeling foolish

I find the consistency between massage therapists to be all over the place. I tend to get hot stone massages and they are very different each time. Clearly, some of the therapists have not been trained in this type of massage. The last two times, Ive left feeling worse than when I came in. I wont be going back here.

I discovered the joy of getting facials 7 years ago and go routinely ever since! Any of the girls are fabulous...this is the best treat to yourself you could ever ask for! Who knew arm massage was part of a facial!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Walked in for a hair cut and not only is it one of if not the best haircut Ive ever gotten, it was done quickly and professionally. Chelsea was fantastic and I have recommended her to multiple people since.

Didnt actually get to experience this Spa! I wanted to book my entire bridal party here as part of my bachelorette weekend but was advised that I would have to pay everyones deposit, which is 50% of what they want, because it would be too hard to have girls call in themselves and give their own cards. Oh well, found a different place for a better price!

Went in to get an updo for a wedding with all the girls from the wedding party. Told her I wanted curls and a crown braid. She informed me that she doesnt do braids but another stylist could do it. She curled my hair in MASSIVE chunks ensuring they wouldnt hold and then proceeded to braid my hair (poorly) one on each side making it look like I was getting my hair done for my kindergarten school picture. Incidentally, the two flower girls had the same style. I told her I had wanted a crown braid from one side to the other and she just took one side out and left the hair messy instead of recurling it. At that point I knew there was no way she would be able to save the style in enough time so I decided to leave. By the time I got home to Essex Center, the elastics had slipped (not broke) out of the remaining braid and caused that braid to fall out. My curls had fallen and my hair looked like it may have been professionally done a week ago and then I had slept in a tent and not showered or looked in a mirror. The WHOLE wedding party had the same complaints. We all ended up redoing our hair ourselves and wishing we hadnt wasted the exorbitant amount of money we were charged. I would NEVER go back here again! It was a huge waste of time, money and stress the day of the wedding. And what hair stylist doesnt do braids?

IF I COULD RATE LOWER I WOULD!!!! My experience with this spa was horrible and I didnt even get the chance to walk through the door which is very sad...I called to gather information on a couple packages for me and my girlfriends for a nice spa day,the first girl I spoke with was unsure either how to book it or if it was possible to book but had no idea what to do,so she said she would put her manager on with me.So then a woman whos name is MARIE (whos name I remembered and asked specificly for after to write this review)on the line,and let me tell you I have never dealt with someone so rude right from the start of the conversation before in my entire life.She was very Judgemental and frankly just sounded like I was a bother to her for asking questions or even calling the spa at all.She put me on hold about 3times and talked to others while I was even on the line and when I asked where u talking to me just then?.. she would YELL at me and say no I was talking to someone else!!! I could not even believe my ears...And she is the manager!Makes me wonder if all the staff would act like this if the manager does! I can tell you just from that experience alone Oasis day spa will not get my business or anyone else that asks what I think about them!

VERY dissappointed. I have been to Oasis previously for a massage, mani & pedi and it was great. I had recieved a gift card as a present and decided to get my hair done i realize you cannot go into a salon, show them a picture, and itll be perfect on the first visit but my hair looks horrible. I asked for a balayage and i basically got a couple brassy orange highlightsIt killed me to use 147$ for hair i absolutley hate and now i have to pay someone else to fix it. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!!!!!! Im so upset about it. The stylisy bleached the tips then basically cut off everything they lightened. I never complain, its killing me to do so but i do not wish anyone else to get their hair ruined!!!!

Went in for highlights, left very concerned about how sanitary the salon is. I did not have my hair cut during my visit, and when I was getting ready to leave I realized I had been sitting on a chair that was covered in a previous clients hair (which was also still on the floor).

Spacious. Clean. Wonderful staff!

The spa itself is quite nice, clean and has a relaxing and posh aire about it. My services were even good, however, the front desk girl failed to let me know that i could not put a tip onto my credit card at the time i made my reservation so when i was paying via CC i had no cash with which to tip the staff. When i asked where the ATM was she stated that there wasnt one in the immediate area but i could go over to Rite Aid and get cash back.....um....what?!? Why am I doing all this extra work to tip their staff? I asked her about the policy and she stated that it is just the owners policy. I mentioned that it would have been nice to know that in advance and got no response from either girl sitting there. I did end up walking to Rite Aid and getting cash back because i believe in tipping for good service but i definitely will not be recommending this spa to anyone nor will i be back. I should not have to run around after a spa service to find cash to tip the staff.

This is my experience from roughly two years ago - but from what Ive heard, they havent changed much or at all. A few years ago I had terrible acne. I am a highschool student and have struggled with horrible skin since 7th grade (now my skin is perfect, thank you Accutane!!!). I went in for a massage and a facial with my mom and sister for an all girls spa day. After consulting with my facialist, we decided on the chocolate milk facial, which smelled absolutely amazing and was soothing and perfect. The facial was cooling which was nice, but my facialist kept talking to me about my skin and what she was doing and it was very far from relaxing. Whatever - overall a good facial, THIS ISNT EVEN THE BAD PART. My mom was thanking the woman (I found out about this after we left and my mother told me about this), and the woman, in a waiting room with four other people waiting for their facials and massages to begin, began to inquire with my mother if I was constipated and if that could be the reason for my skin problems. My mom after assuring her that wasnt the problem (my mom is a nurse practitioner) the facialist kept insisting to get laxatives and make sure she asks me if Im regular. This conversation carried on for maybe five minutes still in front of everyone in the waiting room. Terrible and unprofessional service, but a great facial and massage.

All I can say is, amazing!!! Best pedicure of my life!
