This was my 1st time here. I was here to receive a cpap machine. So needless to say I was alittle nervous. Barbara was my service technician. She was so kind and patient. She helped me to find a mask that works best for me. She explained everything very well to help me feel comfortable with my new machine. Thank you again Barbara!

After reading all the reviews about the Henderson location and about the personel that works there, I was about to cancel because of the negative comments. However, Im glad I DID NOT. From the front desk and to my CPAP fitting with Christine, my wife and I had an outstanding experience. Christine explained the equipment options and she showed me the advantages/disadvantages and she put me and my wife at ease throughout the process. This was a first time for me. Have to admit I was nervous and didnt know what to expect.I went there, referred for a CPAP machine . I got an appointment quickly.The entire experience went so well. They are professional, courteous and easy to understand instructors. I highly recommend Cooks Medical.

All contact I have had with Cooks medical have been Pleasant and satisfactory. Whenever I have called Cooks with an issue they have been very pleasant responsive and quick to correct the situation. The technicians all have been very professional and pleasant and have corrected any problem I may have had with my oxygen machine. Ive been dealing with the company 4.5 years. I never had a problem with the company. I did have some difficult time obtaining oxygen in North Carolina. I just came back a week ago from Georgia añd was set up before I arrived..they were great in GA to me and Wilkes Barre are the best. I will let you know as I keep traveling. Great company. Delivery of 02 and 02 concentrator. Technician set everything up and explained everything thing thoroughly. The Technician had patience with my dad who is hard of hearing.

He was very sweet explained everything went over everything to help us know how to take it apart and clean it what we should do if we run out who to call and also gave us the patient information booklet which was really helpful to help you understand more about the machine and he gave me the number to make sure I call if I need extra pieces

Stopped today at the now AEROCARE store1445 hrs for a medical product, after my wifes surgery, guy at the door seemed to be short with the UPS driver and then the same with me, although he said they had what we needed according to him, he wasnt going to be able to get it to me today, maybe this normal, but his demeanor sucked and I wouldnt recommend, as customers shouldnt feel like a bother. I would not even consider coming back.

Picked up my cpap machine and I was a little unsure of how I was going to do . Diane put me at ease, went over the operation of the United. She showed me the options for a mask. When we were done, I felt good about the experience. I came home and got 5.8 hours my first night. Thank you Diane!!!

I was very impressed with the company in general. They told me what to expect and that a technician would be out today. I then received a phone call from my technician, Ben, who told me he could be at my home soon. We settled on a time and he was punctual. He isolated the problem and resolved it quickly.
