Love this mlm place we go several times a month to the Trampoline park and my grandson has a great time its always clean and friendly staff and the prices are great. Good place for family fun.

DO NOT HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. Woman who goes by “peaches” is the manager/ birthday coordinator. On the phone the party was $300. Then when I emailed to confirm the price, the “total” was $330. So somehow it went up $30. I paid a $100 deposit so was expecting to pay $230 day of. Day of they told me the total was $430. And I owed $330. After 10 minutes of pleading peaches did only charge me the $230. It was not easy however. I paid extra for a party room, which was so far away. It was so far away that you had to go past the sign that says “do not enter”. Wth…. The room was so small. It was a party for 15, and they only set places for 10. They were late bringing all the things, and peaches was rude after I insisted on the price we agreed on. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The facility is very nice and clean and worth going to if it’s not an “organized” party.

A few years back I remember having a bday here and boy oh boy was I tired and exhausted, but I especially had fun. Even til this day, Ill go in, jump for an hour or two, and feel fulfilled with my day. They have daily deals, and its just a great time to spend at and be. Although it is a little pricey, its safe to say that this place is a perfect spot for all ages!

This place was way cool. The boys loved every minute. At the end of the night they were tired and crashed out.

Its an excellent place to bring the family for a fun activity and recreation area. They offer multiple sports leagues including basketball, soccer, beach volleyball and more. Definitely check it out.

My experience was okay. I went here for my 13th birthday but it wasn’t the best birthday party ever. Now I have a broken leg because I fell on the floor because me and my friend tried to race. But I won’t blame her or the company for this. It was my fault.

Huge place with lots to do! Because it is very big it didnt feel as crowded as the other trampoline park I went to in Wichita. The jumping areas looked like they needed to be cleaned. Prices were a few dollars above what I expected to jump. The sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, batting cages, turf practice field all looked very nice but I didnt use any of them.

Brought a bunch of kiddos to jump for my kiddos birthday. Paid for 2 hours no biggie. Young man working at front desk did not inform us that teen jump would be starting an hour after our arrival. Alao not a big but with smaller kids would love some communication.Vs the awesome young lady working this evening was very informative with my aunt and kiddos who also tagged along to jump. So they only paid for an hour. Went to go ask about being refunded for the hour we werent going to be using. Young guy working was slightly rude about it. I am super easy going. But being young is also learning how to have customer service skills when one works in customer service. That means being knowledgeable and informative and letting your guests know all the details. Its a generational tottaly get it but its also completely unacceptable. And he definitely has room for improvement. Fast forward a solution was provided cool. But what also irked me was I asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue after already being irritated and the manager just did not come up front. Just not the greatest experience. Great place just not a super inviting atmosphere. Could definitely use improvement. Could also be a wichita thing who knows..

Was lots of fun and action

We had fun however, when I left the bleacher to uue the ladies room there was an elderly woman with cane standing there looking as if she might fall out at any time. She graciously accepted my seat. I think there should be a place where people like her to sit. Thank you

Just had a birthday party there and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the kids had a blast.

Amazing facility super clean and efficient for the amount of people that are in it. My kid had an amazing time in the jump place. There was a basketball tourni going on as well but the sound didnt overlap one another. Bathrooms are well kept and have baby stations for both men and women. Cant be any happier of the outcome of this place. Staff was super nice and attentive to all the crazyiness going on around them. GREAT JOB TO STAFF.

Went today with the kids. We all had so much fun! And it was great to see all the other kids and families having so much fun again - they’ve missed out on so many things like this over the past year. You should support this business and bring your kids! Thanks Aviate!

Wonderful place to spend time with family. I brought my son out here to spend time in the batting cages and was caught off guard by number of different activities. This place is a SO MUCH FUN! Definitely recommended!

The Grandkids love it! The teens who work there are delightful and the staff always courteous.

Zero enforcement of mask-wearing, including unmasked employees. Yet, I was asked to leave when my toddler would not keep the jump socks on. There were many, MANY kids and adults not wearing the proper socks. I fully support the policies in place, but they need to be made more clear and applied consistently to everyone.

Great place for kids to play. Huge space and different areas to play. Trampolines, foam pits, and more. Weekend nights have special pricing and blacklights.

I wont bring my grandkids back. Too many adults and children are not wearing masks. We need wipes to clean off computer screens and tables and chairs. Where is the respect and responsibilities at? I understand how people want to get out and have fun, but we have to be careful. We cant take chances with life.

Kids loved it... had the birthday party there ...was very nice...worth the money.. and they went right to sleep that night..

We only utilized the trampoline park portion of the forum, but walked around to see the rest of it! This place is HUGE! Can’t wait to go back and spend more time with the family!

Probably our worst experience at Aviate was a Sunday night family jump. Pretty cheap for a family of 6, but there were no rules being enforced. Teenagers playing tag (while holding drinks), double jumping, only one “supervisor” for 30+ kids and never saw him correct anything. They took out the benches by the cubbies so the teenagers were sitting on top of the cubbies so I had to ask them to move so I could get my stuff. Only one role of toilet paper in the men’s room. I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a safe, fun experience go during junior jump during the weekday.

It is a well equipped facility but it can get pretty busy. Sand volleyball here is awesome though!

Playing sand volleyball and for the money we spend on our team registration I would except better from them. All of the nets are different heights, the lines in the court are lose and aren’t even from one side to the other. Are you playing on 30x30. Some weeks we might be playing on 25x35 you never know. They used to have their stuff together but it’s a mystery what surprise we are going to walk into on Tuesday nights.

Tons of equipment for the kids to play on (which includes a special area for kids who are 6 and younger); trampoline, 2 jungle gym foam pits; etc. Concession stand that has food (their berry smoothie is delicious)

Rude customer service, ran out of snacks for the children. A whole lot of disorganization!! Not ever coming back.

Someone tried breaking into my car while I was inside at a birthday party. the staff was nice they went to get the manager but the manager never came out to talk to me. Thats the only reason why I give this place 3 stars, other than that the place was cool and has super friendly employees. It just bothers me that I feel like the manager didnt care to come talk to me about it and try to be of help.

Party tables are too high for a comfortable setting with small children to climb up and down a high flight of stairs. The cost of food is too high for the QUALITY of food. I purchased a hotdog pretzel and bag of chips and a drink. The hot dog and the pretzel was not fully cooked. The drink was full of ice. Improvement needed.CLEAN FACILITY

My family and I had a blast today! I planned our event last minute with a bit of help from a man named Broc with only one day in advance- talk about quick! The employee named Kalin was super sweet and helped out with concessions and TRULY went above and beyond for us, he deserves some recognition! Thank you to everyone at the Forum who made our experience worth while, we will definitely be back!

Great place for kids

A one of a kind place in Wichita. There are sports courts. They offer lessons and camps for basketball and volleyball but also where a lot of tournaments occur. In the back is an indoor field used for baseball practices and I door soccer. There are also several indoor sand volleyball courts. There are two subsections one is a private company ICT Cheer Legacy one of the best competitive cheer schools around and the only one on the east side, and Aviate Extreme Air which is a very cool trampoline park. Ive found the trampoline park to be well maintained and monitored. The bathroom facilities to be clean and well-maintained and the snack bar offers traditional foods.

Clean and busy but not to crowded.we went for bball tourney.

Looks very nice online if I could. I would sure visit them.

We checked 7 boys in this evening to jump. While the young lady helping us was not very polite or helpful. It was almost as if we were an inconvenience. Too bad she had to get off her phone to take our $100. The other lady on duty (perhaps a manager or just a much better employee) took us aside and apologized for the ladies behavior and offered us some free passes for next time. I truly appreciate that good customer service can still be found. I give this place 5 stars because there IS staff that cares enough to make sure kids have fun and customers are taken care of. The place was clean and the kids had a great time!! I just wish Id have gotten the kind ladys name!

Great time!! Our party of 5 had a blast!! Our youngest is 3, and my older two are 8 and 10. Along with my husband and I-every single one of us had a blast! Great fun, awesome exercise. Decent price and they dont make you purchase socks. You can go barefoot or use your own socks which I liked. They have open cubbies or lockers that cost a dollar to store your shoes and things. We chose to store our shoes and lock up our valuables with our jackets.nice staff, pretty clean. Will definitely be returning!

The facility itself was nice and clean, they do need to work better on their concession stand, the pretzel we bought was over cooked and the bottom was so tough my kid couldnt tear it in pieces. The pizza they had was cold as well not worth the money.

This place was lots of fun, we came from out of state to visit family and we needed something for our two year old to do. I didn’t know if this place would be age appropriate for him, but he loved it and they had a kid area too so we were set! We were very impressed with this place, will for sure come back when we’re in town again!

Great place!!

Most of the place you can’t do, jumping fun but half the place and fun stuff was closed in the back because the staff didn’t want to go back there and watch. Lazy staff sat down the whole time we were there and the sand was closed and basketball court.

Watched my nephews basketball tournaments there. Wish it was more centrally located in town, but I absolutely love how much handicap parking there is. Specifically spots with unloading zones. Thats why I put 4 stars instead of 3.

Such a fun place for some family day fun. It was free for parents to jump with kid. I think its only valid on weekdays from 10 to 2 pm. 1 hr jump and kid pays $5.

Be sure when you come to have socks with grippers or you have to go barefoot! 🤢

The place is a good place for kids to play, but functions, such as birthday parties, there can be improvement. If you make it a birthday function, make sure to follow up with the personnel with the details of the party. Make sure you confirm the day and the time slot of the party. Follow up with the theme of the party (princess or sports theme), and confirm the food that will be served.

Me and my kids loves this place

Our 6&4 year old great grandchildren share a birthday and we went to their party.It was a good place for the kids to use the trampolines, however the meeting area for the adults was up a long flight of stairs and the large number of basketball games was very loud.

Great space for all sorts of sports. Only complaint is on the volleyball court. The place to wash your feet is too close to the courts. After, you wash your feet you get just as much sand back on them again.

Manager was very rude and had an attitude, could have had a bad day but you dont speak to customers that way.

Good family fun. Birthdays and get togethers are welcomed. It is indoors and climate controlled. Football, soccer, trampolines, it even has sand volleyball!! Come out and have some fun!!!

Big place. Lots of things to do here. I really enjoy the indoor beach volleyball courts and look forward to trying out the trampoline area.

Great place. The staff made it easy and convienient to check in a party of six and get them jumping immediately. I cant think of a better after school activity for wild second graders.

My kids LOVE going to the Wichita Sports Forum. Its bigger and has more things to do for kids of all ages, and it usually feels less crowded than the others. They also have better restrooms and a better concession stand, AND its right near a couple ice cream places for a fun stop afterward. I would highly recommend taking your kids here to wear them out and make some fun memories!

Aviate is a great place to do single, double, triple, even quad flips!! with your friends, Plus they dont yell at you like other trampoline parks do when you do flips. it is the BEST place to do flips I totally recommend it!!!

This is a fun place to take the kids jumping. There is a ninja course to play on also. There are great deals for junior jumpers. I think Id definitely rather go to this place. My only knock was that it fills up quick and we had to wait close to an hour to jump and with kids that is an eternity.

Wichita Sport Forum is a quite enjoyable place. The sand play days are some of the boys favorites. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Great fun and place to let the kids burn some energy.

Its like no other. Indoor and out, sand volley ball. Clean. The young staff is not super attentive but functioning. My son likes the trampoline park.

The best person I spoke too, was Adriana. I got her name, and she had very good customer service!! This five stars is because of her. 🥰

Great place to let the kids play. It is worth the time and money. Not to expensive depending on how many people your paying for. Great staff and great food. I would recommend you going here for a fun family day

It is a nice facility, but is very very busy on the weekends. I wish you could bring in your own water. Since they only have one water fountain (which is almost hidden especially if you are on the trampoline side) otherwise you have to buy their bottled water$$.

Exciting place 1st time going here for birthday party my children really enjoyed it. I didnt like that they enforce the kids to take off their socks and either go barefoot it or purchase their socks. I opted to purchase their socks but it just seems Unsanitary having a bunch of beer feet running Around. It smelt badd
