First time here, everyone I met was very nice, if your a driver delivering here, go to the 1st door on your right when you get the gate, bring phone because you have to call them, but they need to put an area code on their phone number, it can be tricky backing up to the dock on your blindside, because they have 4 wheelers parking in front of docks and that shortens up your wiggle room

I love helping pack backpack bags full of food for the weekend for the kiddos who otherwise wouldnt have much to eat. It makes me teary eyed every time I read one of their thank you letters.The new volunteer space is pretty great!

It is important to be grateful for what you have and to take care of the less fortunate. The Kansas food bank feeds a great number of people who may not have eaten otherwise. Some people just need a helping hand, a meal to keep their kids healthy. Our creator knows our hearts and cares how we treat those who have not. Dont give to lift others opinion of you, but quietly to make sure no American child goes hungry.. One of the most patriotic things you can do is to take care of your neighbor, your fellow American.

Great place to volunteer if you want to see your time directly help the most needy in our state. Our group bagged weekend meal packs for children. Lots of fun and a would do it again.

25 people from my workplace volunteered 2 hours there as part of Staff Training Day.We were warmly greeted, given our tasks. We proceeded to create such an efficient assembly line, were thinking factory work a viable alternative if our current gig ever falls through.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the food bank today! Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and it was an overall great experience! My school came to help out and it was such a great opportunity!

Me and my company did a volunteer team builder here to give back to thw community we got to really get a chance to get hands on give back.Kids are welcomeThis was really a nice exp because we got to get tour as well and they explained all of the different things they do for the community and how they help and it was just so moving to learn that it was all volunteer ran.Our state depends on this place to give food to those who need it.It was a very reward experience.

Took a friend for some food assistance. Was amazed at the number of high end cars in the parking lot with occupants being serviced for low income situations. Did take some time. His family will eat because of Services like this. That will be 5 people!

Fast unloading, nice helpful people. No overnight parking, need to go by appointment time its a small lot.

Such a great service that they provide here. Its really sad to see that someone had already taken the time to break ALL of the chairs that are chained together out front. Was gonna take some of them home and fix them, and bring them back. Couldnt cause of the cable but I probably would have got arrested bring them back anyways. No good deed goes unpunished right!
