My nephrologist is always very kind and caring as well as his nurse. Lets face it, visiting a kidney specialist isnt the kind of thing to get excited about. He is very detailed about my care and ordering the necessary tests. Quest Diagnostics is the company they use for labs and the process is quick and painless.

Dr. Jany Moussa and his staff are highly recommended. He is a top notch doctor who cares about his patients. He explains things thoroughly and makes adjustments in the plan of care to help you feel your best!

So warm and inviting place when you walk in everybodys smiling and happy the receptionist is very courteous and friendly. Theres hardly any long wait usually. Doc doc Mussa is a great doctor.and I can tell by other patients before me that he really cares for everyone because he treats me just as well as he treats everyone else hes kind patient courteous and very studious at his skilled craft I implore anybody who has any of those problems to visit him first. The staff is always nice to me, but Im not happy with Dr. Sandid. He is only interested in circling the bad things on my lab work. He doesnt give me time to ask questions nor does he offer solutions. When hes done making entries on the computer he gets up and leaves. He never allows time for questions. One time he kept me waiting for nearly an hour, reviewed my lab work then left. I need a new Dr.

I am only giving this group 1 star because zero stars is not an option. My father has been a patient of Dr Saliba for approximately 9 months but has only seen him face to face 1 time. Twice now my father has begun feeling ill and has tried to reach the dr or someone in the office for an appointment or advice and they have never received a return phone call. Both times he has had to be hospitalized in a rural area where care for renal failure is not available and on the most recent occasion, had to be airlifted to a Colorado Springs hospital. Had someone returned their call he could have been airlifted to Wichita earlier in the day but the complete disregard for patient care and communication landed us in Colorado. It then took several days for anyone from the office to respond to his hospitalist in Colorado Springs. This type of neglect and complete disregard for patient care is unconscionable.

Terrific doctor and staff. My blood was taken for testing and the nurse did the best job ever (I have hard veins to get blood). We had a little hiccup with our televisit but the receiptionist was great to get us connected and I even learned a new video app I didnt know I had!

Dr. Moussa and his staff are extremely nice and their follow up is excellent. Dr. Moussa takes a common sense approach and explains things in a way that are easy to understand. He answers all your questions and treats you like an old friend. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes great of me. He works well with my other doctors, and they all respect him as well. I wouldnt see anyone else. Hes a great guy!

Have been a patient of Dr Jany Moussa for years. His attention to detail, respect for your thoughts and concerns are always at the forefront of his care. He takes an active approach in dealing with issues that affect your health. He is a definitely a lets get this resolved as quickly as possible kind of doctor. Having worked with KU Med and Research Medical in Kansas City they are aware of him and his reputation for excellent care and he is well respected at both facilities. A couple of years ago my family physician referred me to Dr Jany Moussa because my renal function labs were abnormal. He explained to me what was happening to my kidneys in great detail. I was shocked to hear that I had Stage 3b chronic kidney disease. Dr Moussa reassured me that we could manage my kidney disease and told me he thought a couple of my meds could be causing part of my ckd. Dr Moussa has the ability to explain things to those of us who arent doctors, so we can understand. Dr Moussa genuinely cares about his patients wellbeing, not just about our kidneys. Dr Moussa actually reviews your chart before your appointment! I really could go on & on about my Doctor. In short, this guy will take very good care of you & teach you how to care for yourself as well. Very smart, calm, kind & he does have a good sense of humor!

They are trying to charge me for a visit I never had. The billing department were about as rude as a professional can get. Now, theyve refused to speak to me about the billing issue, even though I have proof I was never at this appointment. I would not recommend these hacks to my worst enemy. They dont care about the person, only about the money.

I have been under the care of Dr. Jany Moussa for three years. I appreciate the interest and care he shows and love his sense of humor. I trust him to provide the best of medical care for me and my kidneys and always look forward to my visits with him. Communications with his office staff concerning lab tests and questions always go smoothly. He is very good at coordinating my care with my primary care physician and other specialists.

I give Wichita Nephrology Group a five star rating. The front office is always friendly and helpful. Communication is great and comes by email, text messages and phone contact. Dr. Moussa is always very thorough and goes through all medications and test results in detail. My last two visits have been made using Telemed video meetings. It works very well, and is just as thorough as an in office visit. I have several other medical issues (diabetes, heart and a blood disorder) that I see other specialists for, and Dr. Moussa is always great with communication and coordination among all of them. Im very happy with the excellent care I receive at Wichita Nephrology Group.

Been sitting in the room for almost 1 1/2 hours while the staff and doctor has decided to take lunch. I feel bad for my mother who has to see a kidney specialist and then wait forever to see someone. If you have an appointment here you better take the day off work and plan to sit in the exam room all day. Good thing I took a vacation day to bring my mother to the doctor so I dont lose a day of pay. Very displeased with this group.

Been a trasplant recipient for more then 26 years and this is the only Nephrology group in Wichita. It saddens me that this is it too. My doctor is fanstastic but the staff, and service is horrendous at best. They dont get proper lab work called in on time before the appt. When i call for refills on medication they are late, and when calling for questions regarding scheduling they never call back or dont answer. They are also rude when at the office, like Im taking up their time. There wait times are also terrible, Ive waited more then an 30 to 40 mins in the waiting room then even more in the patient room. Would not recommend, you have a better chance else where
