Excellent draw station, Ive only been here a couple times for Lab but they are quick and efficient (I understand sometimes there are busy times of the day).They do the best they can to help and keep up with the busy flow of patients. They also allow you to choose basic labs to be drawn and to pay out of pocket if needed for a cheaper price (than insurance sometimes).

Received a bill 90+ days after lab work for an annual test that every single insurance policy will cover. When I called to ask why I was receiving the bill, they stated they didnt have my insurance information. Wouldnt common sense (not to mention basic customer service) lead you to call the physicians office that sent the lab work in to gather the insurance information if it was missing? Not the end of the world, but its irritating as a consumer to have to do the leg work for these companies that know the process in and out and simply have no inclination to consider how to provide user focused service.

Visited the 1515 S Clifton Ave location. Yelling your name, DOB, test type, and testing reason across a room full of people isnt HIPAA compliant. Then, after loudly calling my dr for clarification of orders, the tech released additional phi to the waiting room.When I mentioned to the tech that announcing my personal and medical information to the room wasnt very HIPAA of her, she rolled her eyes and said that thats why nobodies supposed to have their phones in here.Thats not how the law works. Announcing phi, name, dob, etc to a small room containing 6 people is illegal. Doesnt matter whether those people have phones, computers, pen and paper, or ancient sumerian tablets at hand. The law was broken and the tech was snotty and entitled about itAdditionally, when I placed my sample in the collection box the sample from a previous patient was still present. Not only is this another breach of phi, but it had been sitting at room temp for 25-30 minutes at that point. It has been several years since I did any specimen collection, but I would have been in big trouble for leaving one at room temperature for so long. I wouldnt trust any culture results received from this lab

Went to get a covid test and they have everyone get out and join together while touching the same stuff. They won’t give you an update on test and it’s definitely not rapid for any of you first responders. Costumer service is by far the worst. Rudest people when you have any questions and their rules seem to change depending who you talk to. If it’s Becky just hang up the phone. That lady doesnt want to do any work.

Unfortunately, it seems that many have had a bad experience here but I cannot say the same. It may not be the nicest facility but it certainly is not the worst. I had blood drawn here for pre employment and the woman who drew my blood was named courtney. She was very nice and made things very painless for me.I have now been to this place twice. This time I had Bailey as my phlebotomist and she was very skillfully. Made it super quick and painless.

I took my COVID-19 test on Wednesday. It’s now Monday and I still don’t have test results back because they shipped them out to another lab to get tested. Avoid this lab, other labs give you results in a matter of a day or 2.

This place is a joke. They never asked for my insurance and when I asked them to check my insurance to make sure it would cover my labs, they said they would call. I waited 10 minutes, was called back in and they still had not checked. Upon further questioning, they said they couldnt check my insurance, I would just have to wait and see if I got a bill or it was paid. I said no thanks and waked out the door. Not to mention a possible positive Covid walked right in the door. Time wasted!

Billing department is a mess. These people had my information and didn’t send it to my insurance. Only found out when they tried to send me my “pay now or be sent to collections” bill in the mail. I had not gotten any other notices from them prior to that. They were rude and stated that I had to know that they had my insurance numbers switched and wrong, when I had no knowledge of anything through or with them. I would be happy if they let me know that insurance info was incorrect or incomplete to send before receiving a bill that hasn’t been sent to them. Glad I checked into things deeper and got my insurance company involved.

If I could I would give ZERO stars. I keep receiving a bill for over $500 from labs that were drawn in August 2019. I have spoken with several people who advised I have a ZERO balance yet they keep sending me a bill. At this point they are harassing me and I am strictly tired of it. The billing department needs an overhaul and it starts at the top.

Very friendly with customers, got checked in, gave me a cup of water and was seen in less than 5 minutes and was out in about 10 minutes all together. Very pleased with their services!

Terrible service. The nurses were nice but the lady at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. She rolled her eyes at me and acted like I was a complete inconvenience to her. My midwife had told me to ask about a certain discount and the receptionist responded with I dont know what the hell she is talking about. We dont do any discounts like that here. She could have found a much nicer way to reply without swearing. They also did not do the correct blood work that I asked for, so I will probably have to go back and get it redone. Im going to be pissed if they make me pay for their screw up. This place is an absolute joke.

If you have a small child that needs blood draw, Raye is the BEST!!! She has the perfect touch, and hits the vein EVERYTIME. She does not fish, and has a way to help keep the child calm.

Horrible customer service. And they will refuse to release your results to you, despite being legally obligated to do so (CLIA 1988). Avoid if possible.

I had to wait for 50 minutes just to get a urine drug screen. I ended up having to leave without getting it because the certified person thought it appropriate to take their lunch while I was waiting to be screened. The lady at the front desk was kind and understanding and even seemed just as frustrated as I was.

The worst! I’m a nurse and the lab tech or whatever they are couldn’t do their job. 1) They lost the electronic order for my lab work from my endocrinologist. His nurse was kind enough to bother him for another order due to AMS’s incompetence., 2) they tried to tell me my insurance wasn’t in their system even though I know for a fact it is because even my kids have gotten labs done there and we didn’t have our insurance card then. But the lab tech said she couldn’t do the lab because she didn’t physically have the insurance card. That doesn’t even make sense and generally if it doesn’t make sense then it’s a lie. 3) she asked me if I had fasted for the lab. I was getting my A1c done. No one has to fast for an A1c, which further proves she was incompetent and honestly shouldn’t be drawing labs or doing any labs for anyone. I’m a nurse and I was taught if you don’t know fully about a procedure or medication, you don’t do it or you don’t give it. I will never come back here and I will never take my children back here. Get someone who has a functional CNS because that lab tach makes me fear for patients lives. Glad I walked out!

Lady at front desk. Super rude!! And they dont have more than 1 person taking blood!?.. there are plenty of rooms open just nobody to do the job!?..waiting more than 30mins to take blood. Smh.

The staff there act like youre an inconvenience to them. They do not return phone calls when they know youre fasting for a test. They cant even find someones name on the computer even when the doctor has called in. Theyre incompetent, rude and when they do finally get around to taking your blood the person doing the test goes right through the vein..in and out. Wow what a terrible experience and place.

Poor service, the worst place to go to. Always get stuff wrong and they always up pass you literally like they don’t even care, they treat you like your stupid and they will tell you that they don’t have you in there system to get blood drawn um ok please what ever, even when you are in the system. They all like and love to play the stupid game and act dumb, lmfao!!! 🤦‍♂️🙄🤷‍♂️

This place is horrible!!!! My daughter got labs done here at the beginning of the year. She is covered with 2 insurance policies between myself and her father and they cant run it correctly. Incompetent and just downright stupid people work here!! I hope they dont make another dime!
