I had good experiences giving birth to both my children with Dr. Scrafford as my OBGYN. Ive always had good experiences with the other staff here as well. It is difficult to get appointments though especially now a days.

Dr Scrafford is very nice and calm. Having 5 pregnant women standing in the hallway behind locked doors at 1:05 for their 1:00 appointments is not niceReception rarely have their masks on. Even at the height of the pandemic. Today I watched one receptionist check in 3 patients while wearing her mask as a necklace. She was still maskless as I left. Having seen reception maskless at every appointment I have had over the last year and a half has sent very mixed messages about Via Christis stance on masking and preventing the spread of covid. On one hand all patients are asked to mask, but on the other hand an anti-masker is the first face that you see at a very busy obstetric clinicThe nurses are hit and miss. Some are very nice and some are angry that youre there. Didnt appreciate a nurse yelling down the entire length of the northern hallway about my medical history. HIPAA doesnt appreciate that kind of behavior much either. The basket of 8 urine samples with patient names and DOBs in a public restroom does not seem very HIPAA compliant either. And the accuracy of urine cultures that have sat at room temp in public seems questionable at best2/4 of the sonographers I have seen here were unnecessarily rough and callous. The sonography rooms are set up such that the patient has to have their head more than halfway down the bed with 3/4 of their legs dangling toward the floor. The patient cannot see the monitors through the body of the tech. The sonographers seem to take their frustrations with the poorly placed equipment, windows, and ceiling vents out on the patients

Dr. Scrafford is absolutely amazing he delivered my little boy 11-27 and I have never had better care from any doctor. I wish I had him for my first baby. Highly recommend he is very considerate and is extremely kind. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had an appointment for a service that was suppose to be covered at 100% but received a bill for $200. The reason being was that I mentioned that I was in pain and thats why I needed the procedure. I assumed it was so they could better understand what issues I was having but it was a loophole so they could bill me incorrectly. They are a bunch of crooks.

My kids and I go here and we have Dr. Pray. She is wonderful and is always willing to help

They messed up my first appointment that I waited a month to get. So I come back today for my rescheduled appointment, and theyre forcing me to reschedule YET AGAIN. Ive now lost 2 work days on this wild goose chase, and its clear to see that they do not care about us as patients.
