They do not teach neuromuscular therapy in Kansas, but holy cow! That is the degree Krystal has, and she will put you back together as best she can. She is great at it! However, you will not go wrong with any of their therapists.

I have been to Balance & Harmony for 4-5 massages now with Kendra, and each time is just as good as the last! She is friendly, punctual, professional and overall a great masseuse. The environment is always very clean, and it is clear that the staff takes all sanitary precautions, especially since the COVID pandemic. I have been to several different masseuses since I moved to Wichita 2 years ago, and Kendra is by far the best! I wont be hopping around trying to find a good masseuse anymore. As a bonus, her prices are extremely reasonable.

Being a spontaneous person and deciding late at night that I would like a massage, I browsed for massage places that have online booking. I found Balance and Harmony and booked a massage with Kendra. Before my massage, she listened to what my needs were and asked plenty of questions. Her technique was fabulous and I walked out feeling very refreshed. I will most certainly be back and will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, including my friends and family.

A few years ago I was having a lot of back pain. I was on the verge of going to a chiropractor, but thought Id give a massage a try. Edie worked everything out. Now I go back every couple of months. Edie always asks if there is any area that needs extra work and she does a fabulous job of working out the kinks. I always leave there absolutely refreshed. I would give the place 6 stars if I could. Not only is it a great value for what you get, but it also has very friendly, enjoyable, relaxed staff. Thanks for being awesome!

I was referred here by a FB friend and had a wonderful experience. My massage therapist was very professional and made my first visit with her great. She did a good job of working on the problem spots I knew I had as well as hitting on a couple I hadnt been aware of. I will definitely be back to visit soon.

Awesome massage, Jenny has years of experience and really knows what she is doing. Plus she will educate you about what may be causing your pain and tell you things to do at home so you can help yourself. Best massage therapist ever!
