We walked in and got right in. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Even though they were busy they got it right in. We did our manicures in pedicure chairs but no big deal because we got the benefit of the massage chair as well. The downside was that our nails were not dried and we were not given a dryer or anything to dry our nails (some places spray them to speed up the process). Proceeded to ruin one nail immediately by putting on my seat belt. I will be back but hopefully there will be a better drying process in the future.

Usually pleased with this place, but the last two times I came and requested a design on my nails I did not get it. The first time the guys stated he did not know I wanted a design on my nail, I thought it was okay maybe he just didnt hear me he told me, maybe next time. The next time a got a pedicure and stated I wanted a simple flower on both big toes at my appointment and he said he didnt have time to do a design, again... maybe next time. I this place is the most convenient for me since I work next door, but I probably wont be back. I also got a $49 pedicure and they charged me $64.

I absolutely love this place. I walked in without an appointment and they got me in right away. I had a bad experience at another nail salon and Blūm took care of me. They fixed my nails and performed a dip service. Cant wait to show these nails off! They also got me a drink!

I came in almost two weeks ago for a full set because I’ve previously had pedicures from here.. my thumb nail broke just a few days after so I came back to have it filled and paid for it. Next day my middle finger pops off and then comes my pinky. Come in today to have a soak off and 4 different employees asked why and even looked at my nails to see they were cracking. Normally my sets from other salons last 2-3 weeks with no breaks or cracks. Employees Proceeded to say it was because they were too long, which I’ve done the same length multiple times. Will be going back to my old place.

I am not the person who leaves a review !! But I was so blown away with the service there that I had to talk about it ! I was a walk in and they got me in quickly !! It was my first time in there. Joe did my nails and he was fantastic! He took the time to get to know me and asked what my name was. Asked what I wanted and did an amazing job ! Everyone there was so nice and asked to look at my nails after Joe was done. Its hard to find a good nail place that makes you feel like they care! I will definitely be coming back! 💜

Had a pedicure/manicure and was seated at 11:30 shortly after arriving. Pedicure tub was filled with warm water right away and I sat and waited. Over 45 minutes later, staff sat down in front of me to start the pedicure. I had already taken my feet out of the water 39 minutes earlier because it was already getting cold.She re-ran some hot water to bring the temp back up. Same staff member completed my pedicure and manicure. I didn’t end up leaving until 1:45. More than two hours is way too long for a pedi/mani. I didn’t plan on spending a chunk of my afternoon on nails but it is what it is. I wouldn’t be writing such a poor review if the quality was decent. I had pink gel polish on both my fingers and toes and it looks awful. Like a pink and purple tie dye. The top coat that was applied dried in a light purple color and is super spotty and streaky. Not impressed with the $92 service. Won’t be going back.

Absolute terrible customer service. The lady charged my card twice and told me it did not go through and had me pay cash then when I checked my account I had been charged twice! Went back to the store and the lady was completely rude to me and was no help and could not care less about charging me. Was a loyal customer, but not ever again.

The establishment was absolutely beautiful, the service itself was fantastic and my tech (John or Jon) was so nice and attentiveI had a great time and I definitely will be back!

I will NEVER go back here. My daughter was shamed by her nail stylist for biting her nails. She went to get them done so she can grow them out but after this experience, she has vowed to never go back. The lady also cut them so short and didnt even ask her how long she wanted them and so the design on them looked like a tooth instead of a flame. I was highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

My friend and I had an appointment set. When we went in, she sat through an entire dip set and finished before someone even started on mine. We were there for almost 2 hours. A girl even came by and said they would be with me soon. I guess 45 mins later is soon..They didn’t bring over the colors I asked for. There was no communication about charging extra and once I was finished she said they charged extra for more than one color. She also nicked my finger and said nothing about that. Not to mention that she also didn’t massage or put lotion on my hands. I get being tired and having a long day.. but I expect to get $60 worth of service. Literally the SAME day... three of my nails began to bubble (ACRYLIC nails) and the paint was and I’d peeling off.... I only went to this salon be because my friend took me. I live in the East side of town so I can’t just drive back for them to do a poor job, again. I paid $60 for nails that didn’t even last ONE day...

I have been going to this place since it opened and never really had any issues. Last week, the paint on three of my nail began to bubble underneath and I was told that if I come in, then I can get those fixed. I asked if it would cost if I wanted to change the paint on all of my nails to which the girl said “no because it was our mistake.”Today I went in to get my nails fixed and waited 20 minutes even though I made an appointment at 9. The communication must’ve not been there between the employees because the man doing my nails kept shaking his head when I told him I wanted the same color on all of my nails. He was turning around and talking to the man sitting next to him about me. The girls at the front desk were also talking about me and I’m pretty sure I heard them assume that I messed up my nails myself (and just wanted to get them done for free). The man doing my nails rushed, hurt my cuticles, and a few of my nails are uneven (which has never happened before last week).I am not mad, just upset. I was punished for the lack of communication between the employees???? That doesn’t add up in my opinion.I did get them fixed for free but because of the lack of professionalism, I won’t be coming back.

I have been coming to BLŪM since they first opened and I will never go anywhere else. It is always clean. The staff is always friendly and super accommodating and I always feel well taken care of. Love getting my nails and toes done at the same time- super convenient. And they always have monthly specials. I also love that you can book online and see what is available. Today was my first time at this nail salon and I would highly recommended this place! I have had many Pedicures but today I left with new feet. My feet have never been so soft. They were very personable and told you what they were going to do before they did it. They made sure that you were comfortable the entire appointment. This salon was very clean and very professional. I will be calling this my nail salon from here on out!

Lexi has done my lashes for years and never disappoints! The nail techs here are friendly and make you feel like you are right at home. The ambiance of the salon is clean and classy - makes you feel pampered as you are getting your nails/lashes right.

Best place to get lash extensions in town! I have been to a few other places prior to being referred here to Lexi at Blum Nail Bar and she has definitely exceeded my expectations! I have been a client of hers since 2018 and always enjoyed seeing her every month. Lexi is very thorough and detailed oriented in her work. She’s amazing at what she does! I love my lashes and I get compliments almost on the daily. It is so fluffy, full, and beautiful. Also have a high retention rate!Highly recommended!

Worst place ever! They have a card with prices clearly stated but then refused to give me price on card because I only purchased it separately with combined. Just the eyelash tint. Not a a la carts item. Then she said there was no additional room back where they dye eyelashes for me only my minor daughter then they had men back in the room with her, the ladys daughter came in the room, her grandmother and they were touching and bumping her while she was getting her lashes dyed and couldnt see who or why they kept touching her. The grandmother screamed in Vietnamese, and then they all had a conversation about where to eat lunch! I am appalled. My daughter is 15 and should not have been taken to a room with refusing parents in! It was her leg, but she couldn’t open her eyes. Also then price gouging!!!!

Great service, took my daughter to have nails done correctly after using another nail salon, these people treated us great and the nails are a million times better. 3 weeks and zero chipping, zero defects, and have earned my future business. Great job!!!!

I got shellac manicure and it peeled within days of it being done, I called back and the lady I spoke with told me that since it had almost been a week there was nothing they could do as they only have a 5 day guarantee, I spent $140 on my toes, nails, and my husbands toes and you’re telling me you can’t fix my polish that peeled within DAYS? I will not be returning here if that’s how they want to treat paying customers. I’ve had my nails done for years and have never had this problem. Absolutely will never recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place. I started coming here in May 2019- after having lashes done at multiple places in Wichita for the last couple years I finally found a place to give me just what I wanted. I get volume lashes done by Lexi and love every single fill. They understand that life happens and we dont necessarily have time to come every 2 weeks, so they expect fills to be 3-4 weeks (in some cases 7 for me lol) and they never treat you bad for going so long. Lexi always takes her time and Im always getting compliments on my lashes. You truly get what you pay for = quality. Ive gotten my nails done once before here and the experience was great as well. This place stays busy so you know they are doing something right. AND its definitely the nicest nail salon Ive ever been to. Their decor is modern, and the chairs are comfy which is very important to clients. I also like how the staff will talk to you during your service. & I LOVE the online booking. It makes it totally convenient for busy people! I definitely recommend this place!

The salon itself is gorgeous, very clean, and very well kept. As for the full set manicure I am dissatisfied with the outcome. The shape I asked for is not what I was given and most of the nails are crooked and not filed correctly. I had showed a picture of a colorful French manicure and got something that is similar but the colored tips are very thin and some don’t even connect right. I am not one to post reviews and I didn’t say anything at the time because the nail tech was not very nice at all. I paid $70 for nails that turned out subpar and I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Blum nail bar is by far the nicest salon on the west side. Yes their prices ARE a tad bit higher, however the quality of their work and cleanliness of their facility more than make up for it. This is a high end salon, not your average nail shop that squeezes in as many clients as possible, cutting corners with quality of work and cleanliness. The only time I was ever displeased was when I had someone new do my nails. She was fresh out of school and still learning, which is totally understandable! The owner, Lexi immediately addressed my concerns. Ive also been getting my lashes done here for a year and am constantly getting compliments on them. I even have a friend that comes from out of town to get her lashes done here because their work is hands down the best around!

I had my lash extensions done by Lexi and she exceeded my expectations! They’re full, fluffy and the perfect amount of dramatic. They use a chair instead of a bed and it was so much more comfortable. I was actually able to relax. My extensions are worth every penny and I can’t wait to keep going back!

I enjoyed my time and the conversations I had here. I am very I’m pressed with the claims marble and plan on coming back!

Thought this place was good ... I assume they use the cheap stuff because our nails break and chip like never before ... last lady was so rushed and hurt my fingers. I had a brow lamination and tint with Lexi and am so pleased with the results! Booking online was easy and I was able to add the tint service the day before my appointment with no issues. I will definitely return to Lexi in the future for my brow needs!

The lady at the front desk was super professional and friendly! I only left 3 stars however because my nail tech left nail polish smudges around my toes and used his personal cell phone (with his oily fingers) and returned to moisturizering my legs, which was unsanitary. I didnt catch his name as to he was not super friendly.

Had a noon appointment. When I got there, things were very chaotic. The receptionist asked me twice if i was with a group and i told her no. She said go wash your hands then ill take car of you. I washed hands then went back up front and she frowned at me and again asked if i was with a group. I again told her no. A lady finally came and put me in a mani chair. A few minutes later, a lady came and told me they were running behind because they were doing a wedding party and i could just go run around and come back later Um, no thank you! I drove from Haysville. Whats the point of an appointment if you dont honor it? This was the first time in my life i have gone to a nail salon that treated me like i didnt matter! Plus, they wore their masks pulled down around their necks with their faces exposed (if they were wearing one at all). Dont bother to go here unless you are in a group.

Love the salon, the employees, Travis, Lexi, Diane and especially Tanner!!! My nails have never looked better and enjoy their fun positive vibe!!! They actually like their jobs here and it shows! Way to go Lexi!

Super Fast Service

We didnt get what we requested. One of us wanted only a fill for their acrylic set they already had and I wanted a manicure. We explained this to them when setting up the appointment and 3 times at the salon because apparently thats confusing. Because they couldnt get it straight, they decided on their own to give us both full priced dip manicures.My nail technician filed off the dip from the sides of my nails showing the natural nail underneath. The top coat got all over my skin when applied. The dip is gritty like sandpaper on my nails. The acrylic tips are lifted off of the natural nail by an insane amount.My technician would stop in the middle of dipping my nails to get on his phone or randomly walk away. He also abruptly left before finishing my manicure and I did not get the same treatment that my friend got for the same priced service.

The decor is fabulous! 5 star customer service. Wide assortment of wonderful colors. Nice menu of pedicure options and full nail services.

Ive had the pleasure of getting my nails and lashes done by Lexi before she opened up BLUM. She has created a new age modern chic nail salon in Wichita with a great team of workers. I recently got my volume lash refill, dip manicure, and plush pedicure. Im beyond pleased with everything I got. This is definitely not your basic Wichita salon ladies!!! You come here and you will get great service and pampered. If you havent been here yet, you need to!

Rushed service. There was little attention to detail and did not perform what was requested, and even argued with what they wanted instead of what I wanted.During the pedicure, they made my sister bleed from the skin exfoliator.. so rushed and unprofessional, and didn’t even offer a discount or anything for her injury that THEY caused.10/10 would NOT recommend

Such a fun and amazing experience

Went to Blum this past weekend and absolutely LOVED everything about it. With the time we had, I was only able to get a pedicure but the experience I had was more then I expected. Had an awesome conversation with the techs and my tech was very attentive to my wants and needs. Living in Hutch.. we dont have an option like this where it is an upbeat, relaxing, and modern environment. Blum just gained a regular client from Hutchinson :)

I was so please with my experience here! The got me in quickly, had tons of colors to choose from and it was so nice to have them offer to do a full set and a pedi at the same time to get out of there at a good time. Everyone was so sweet! I’ll go here from now on!

The last couple of times I’ve visited, it seems employees are more worried about everything else going on than who’s nails they are doing. My shellac peeled off today. I had my nails done yesterday!! After I got home yesterday, I realized there was more nail polish on my toes, than nails. I did actually go back to have them fixed, only to come home to a floppy mess that wouldn’t dry properly. Super bummed as they are close to me, but won’t be going back.

Place is great! I have been looking for the past 3 years to find a nail salon I like, and this place never fails to satisfy!

I didnt get moneys worth on my nails. Hurt a little and the massage was only one rub. I had shellac on and they didnt take it off before they painted them.

My daughters and I went there today expecting a five star service, I paid over 120.00 for three pedicures for a 9 year old and two adults. Nothing in this experience was like the reviews I read, so disappointed. We will not be back.

SEPT. 2018: L-O-V-E Blūm Nail Bar!! Regular client for Dip manicures, as well as pedicures. Generally, Thomas takes care of my manis, and John takes care of my pedis (gel) ~ they are both SUPERB, and FUN to talk with. From the moment I walked into this beautiful nail bar (nearly 2.5 months ago) I was greeted with warm smiles, and a professional and friendly atmosphere.The first time I stopped in my husband came with me, and we both had pedicures (& I also had a Dip manicure), while we sipped on wine that we purchased at the liquor store next door. We had recently celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary, so it was nice to top off such a momentous milestone by doing something different to cap off what had already been an amazing date day/night, and they certainly helped facilitate that! I highly recommend Blūm!UPDATE / NOV. 1ST, 2019: Over a year later, and still a regular customer... Morgan is AWESOME, and keeps my nails (Dip) & toes (gel) looking BEAUTIFUL.
