I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but after waiting on hold several minutes, another staff member picked up the phone, and she was even more rude. Im 51 and have suffered with back hair my entire adult life. Ive shaved and used all kinds of products to get rid of it, temporarily at best. I found Milan Laser Hair Removal this year thru Google and decided to take a shot. The price was reasonable and about what I expected, but the results were absolutely amazing! I had been told Id lose about 10% of my hair with each session, but after the first session, and 6 weeks later I had lost 90%+. I attribute this to the hair follicles being very mature after so many years of temporary removal and I couldnt be happier with the results. For any of you guys out there that have unwanted body hair, I very strongly recommend Milan. This place is amazing. I had my first session done before the outbreak and had a great experience. My first time was scary. I found out that the legs and underarms hurt the worst, but would compare it to getting waxed. My second appointment was during the pandemic and we rescheduled to when they opened up again. All precautions were taking and I felt very safe coming in and having the procedures done. If you have no pain tolerance like me take ibuprofen and Tylenol an hour before you go. They give discounts throughout the year and also offer a generous military discount too.

As a woman of color I was scared to try laser hair removal due to the pigmented skin but I no longer having that fear. 3 treatments in and i’malready seeing progress. Absolutely love the experience!

I had previously signed up for services here. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind, easy to work with and talk to. Unfortunately, due to external events (a fender-bender) I needed to outlay cash that had previously been slated to the treatment. Since i had not yet started reception of service, they were incredibly helpful and almost instantaneous in their providing of a refund, as no services had been rendered yet. I highly recommend working with Jennifer at the Wichita location and the area manager Faye was an absolute pleasure to work with as well!

I have been extremely happy with the underarm laser hair removal treatments. The front office staff is super friendly. I was extremely nervous about having laser treatments, but they answered every question and even let me have a “test shot” for me to ascertain the level of pain and if I would have an adverse reaction. The pain is very tolerable especially since the treatment is quick. And, I have not had an adverse reaction. After the first session, I had immediate hair free results. After 4 sessions, I am about 90% hair free. I wish I would have tried laser treatments years ago. If you’re thinking about it, go for it! You will be happy you did.

I was getting wax and waxing did nothing for me, and now my hair is way thinner (I have think coarse hair) and takes a lot longer to grown back and I’ve only done two sessions! Avoid this place at all cost!You will receive a ridiculous amount of calls and/or texts to set up a consultation. At the consultation you will discover you have to set up a loan with a different company to pay for the services. Even at what the sales rep claims to be 70% off you will pay roughly 50% more than you would at other places. Once the paperwork is signed you will have a very difficult time receiving a call back on any of your concerns. After you sign up at the consultation you are not able to cancel whether or not you schedule an appointment with the company or not.The last thing they tell you at the consultation is all sales are final (of course this is said after your signature is secured). What the sales rep really means is you have already paid the company all the money they will get out of you and they have no obligation to provide you with quality service.
