FirstLight has been an absolute god send and miracle gift for my family. My parents were both hit by COVID and my dad required multiple weeks in the hospital. On incredibly short notice, Amal and her team were able to provide coverage and much needed care at home. I have been able to sleep better knowing that there is someone at home to help my parents throughout the day and throughout the night. The home aids have been so caring, hard working, and safety oriented. They are proactive and professional and you can really tell they want to help people. Amal and her office team are dedicated and amazing as well. In the early days of the most serious illness when it was touch and go, Amal would check in just to see how everyone is doing and every interaction is truly personal. Their rates are extremely competitive and the service they provide is incredible. Thank you, FirstLight!!

It has been an absolute disaster from the first phone call. Inexperienced help, no shows without notice multiple days, wanting to change providers multiple times (ever heard of covid?). Issues too numerous to mention.

I would award 10 stars if I could for the wonderful care provided to our elderly mother by Amal and FirstLight Home Care. We could not have kept her home without their help. Amal kept us fully staffed with professional care, and helped guide us through the medical maze that was so difficult. Her efforts for us were “above and beyond”, she truly cares, and we will always consider her and staff who helped us to be family.

I have used for almost a year. Never had a problem with them. Was never without someone if I needed them. All the staff was very accommodating. The staff they sent were kind and took care of my needs. Will use in a heartbeat if needed again.

My Mother had been in a car accident and one of the caregivers never did a thing... even calling her telling her she cant work because of one excuse or another..... then Mom needed to go to the grocery store and the girl literally sat in her car in parking lot...then had my children and some company carry in the groceries!!! All she did was sat around, talked and ate!!! I feel for anyone else that gets this girl shes going to end up getting someone killed because of her laziness!!!The two people that had to pick up her slack were amazing though!!!!
