I would love to give less then one star. This was a horrible, inconsiderate cold experience coming here. It’s sad that I felt high blood pressure before even having the needed surgery. I definitely walked away feeling like a place of business and not dealing with individuals who were in it for the well being and care of patients… this excludes the nurses and the wonderful ladies that got me prepared for the surgery.

I have never been more impressed with a medical facility! From the front desk to every single doctor and nurse. Everyone was very welcoming and introduced themselves. This was my first minor surgery and I was very nervous, within the first 30 minutes they explained everything and made me as comfortable as possible with my anxiety. Could not recommend enough for a procedure!

I was so impressed with the entire process from check in to recovery. Everyone was amazingly polite, professional, and helped calm my fears of having surgery. The one-on-one care, light banter and small talk was just what my nerves needed. I wish I could remember my pre-op nurses name because she did such an amazing job calming me down.After surgery, Hallie was absolutely fantastic! I felt like I was being such a needy pain, and she assured me I wasnt (I hope that was true!) and she was right there any time I needed anything with a smile on her face. She made sure I stayed completely comfortable for my 6 hours recovery stay.I can not say enough about how much I appreciated all of them! I hope to never have surgery again, but if I do, I know where I hope to go.

I came in for my first D&C on New Year’s Eve, it was the worst possible day of my life. Everyone I came in contact with that day was so compassionate and unbelievably nice, I couldn’t have asked for better people to be around that day. I hope all the ladies know how much that meant to me, I will never forget it. Thank you!

Everyone was so professional and friendly there. They made my first surgery experience a great one and made me feel at ease. From the office to the nurses and Dr Bunting- thank you so much! Highly recommend.

One of the worst experiences Ive had in 40 years. They are rude to patients. Really feels like they do not care about their customers.

I had a very good experience. A little nervous even though Ive had major surgeries and this was an outpatient porta cath for chemo.All the staff from registration, nurses, anesthesia and Dr Waswick were very nice and didnt make me feel rushed with any questions I had. I was there only three hours. They made sure I was feeling well before I left.

VERY impressed with Cypress - even with the covid protocols the check in process was very smooth. They had communicated a few days before on what to expect so there were no surprises when I arrived.Once checked in the wait time was just a couple of minutes. Every staff person I had contact with was very friendly, competent, gave time for questions. No one seemed rushed.Dr. Meschke was great as always, checked in with me after the procedure - he had called my daughter ( my ride home) with the results as well. They gave printed post op instructions and sent me on my way.Ive been told I have high standards - and they were met!

The staff here is amazing! Very courteous, kind, detail oriented. Everything was clean and very professional.

We had such a great experience at Cypress Surgery Center yesterday! Our 4 year old had to report at 7:15 for a Saturday surgery. Yes, a SATURDAY! What an amazing option for working parents! Thank you Dr. Bunting and staff! The woman at check in was so bright and positive! Our daughters bracelet was already pre-decorated in stickers! Our pre-op nurse Kendall went out of her way to make our daughter warm, comfy, and feel safe! They even had Santa there to visit the kids before surgery! What a great experience on a not so fun day!

I had a very positive experience at Cypress Surgery Center! Each person that helped me this morning was very friendly and explained each step of my procedure. I felt like my doctor and nurses really did care about me as a person and I didnt get the impression that I was rushing anyone if I had a question. The center was very easy to find and had a lot of room for people who might be waiting for a loved one to finish surgery. I highly recommend Cypress Surgery Center!

Highly recommend Cypress Surgery Center and Dr. Hentzen. We were treated with the upmost respect from check in to discharge. I was kept up to date on how my husband was doing the entire time. No surgery is great to have but they really made it better and less stressful for both of us.

I was fairly nervous, but the amazing staff were all super friendly and helpful. They did everything right, and never let me feel uncomfortable or scared. Although my procedure was fairly basic, I could also overhear them with other patients in the pre-op and post-op and I did not hear one negative word towards anyone (even the husband of a patient that was quite rude to his wife).Overall a very professional and well staffed place to have anything done.

I had a wonderful experience at Cypress. Every employee was incredibly nice and welcoming, and made me feel like a person instead of a number. They apologized for my 30 minute wait in the lobby (which I thought was not bad at all), and said that their goal is for people to wait 10 minutes or less. Everything went very smoothly, and I couldnt have had a better surgical experience. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. I have never had a business make you feel so uncomfortable about paying for a service. Our son had an appointment on 3-6-19. They called on 3-4-19 (2 days prior) to let us know for the 1st time that if we didnt pay in full by the end of the day they would not see us. I was out of town at the time for work and did not have my HSA card on me so it took me having to explain how ridiculous that was and asking for a manager for them to agree to let me pay when I got back in town. THEN.... when we showed up for our appointment once again it was all about have you paid in full.... all about payment. When we finally proved we paid in full they told us to have a seat at 10:30am. At 10:50am a lady came out asking if we were the parents that canceled our appointment because of strep for our child. I said obviously not if we are here, no one in our family has had strep. After 30 minutes they took us back to a bed but was advised to wait longer. After 2 hours and someexcuses the Dr came in and told us they thought we were the family that canceled due to Strep so we got pushed back. They told us my son could not eat or drink after midnight the night before, they didnt take him back for his procedure until 2:30pm already over 14 hours without food or even water, by the time the surgery was over 4:30 my son was in such discomfort because he was hungry and still had to wait a couple hours later. The most upsetting thing was no one said sorry or what can we do to make things a little easier for you because we messed up but when it was about payment they had more than enough people all over it. They could care less about making sure you have a good visit they obviously care more about the payment and dont care if they see you again or not.

Doctor Bruner is awesome but the staff at this facility (minus a key few) are horrible. They act as if they don’t want to do their job. This place has been charging my account every month for a procedure that was cancelled and every time I call to fix it the person over the phone doesn’t seem to care and just rushes me off of the phone.

Had some trigger point injections. Dr and staff made me feel comfortable and results from injections were a much needed relief! Thanks Cypress Surgery Center!

I wasnt sure about coming here, it seemed small and kinda dark but they were all so nice and the surgery was so quick, I didnt have enough time to even worry.

I took my grandson to have a tooth removed and they treated him really good. Hes 6 yrs old. Very good experience. People was really nice.

Very nice intake office administration. The nurses are good and make you as comfortable as youd like.

Dr. Bruner is the greatest Doctor Ive ever had in my entire life, how it ended makes no sense to me. His Staff are mostly horrible and lied the entire time I saw Dr. Bruner and have proof. So much it would cost people there jobs and honestly Im wanting to because of it. But Dr. Bruner himself is 5🌠 s and he will help you no matter how long it takes. I know staff that have quit over the same ones Ive had problems with without even saying their names and that should tell you something. But here a woman named Tracy whos Dr. Bruners Nurse at the Surgery Center has literally yelled at me since the first time I talked to her and she should be fired for Lying, Treatment of Patients and others. She literally came back when I have to see Dr. Bruner for Emergencies and Yelled at me and my Mom for no reasons concerning her at all and said to my mom that she Cant be Fired because shes held to a higher standard or in her words (Better than, The one Ive had problems with Nikki, his Nurse who has lied for 2 years and proof on video and more, Better than her and is a higher rank than her and cant be fired) but the Ladies at the Front Desk do what they can to help. But after my Last Surgery the Stitches literally came out because they put Things I was (Allergic ) to even with a Red Allergic Band . They could literally pull them out and some of the stitches were in the wraps. So This place itself I would not recommend for these reasons, But the Doctors I cannot speak for besides Dr. Bruner, The 1 and Only Doctor That Ive Ever Trusted In My Entire Life And With My Life!, And thats saying something. So this place itself No I would Not recommen.... .😡

This place is terribly run. None of the staff acts like they want to do their jobs. They just pass issues back and forth till you get mad and go away. Severe lack of communication and lack of caring about patients. Was not even able to have my wifes procedure done since none of the staff knows how to read a medical chart or communicate with one another. Would give a zero star if possible.

Before was great, after was horrible. The post op nurses seemed to be in a rush to get us out. Was not happy when i left.
