Katie Zogelman does an excellent job of listening to my comments and fine tuning my hearing aids. It is obvious she truly cares about her customers and wants to do the best she can for them.

Moving to a new state is difficult, and sadly my hearing doctor is in California. They have another office in the next state to me which is a 4 hour drive, and I needed my hearing aid cleaned and a new tub. Good customer service, very nice, they cleaned it and everything for about $25. Which is perfect since I really needed it badly.
