Very nice place great for kids. Nice juice bar and kind staff. Great kickboxing training class. Not real kickboxing class you won’t learn how to fight it’s more of a fitness class bunch of cardio. It’s very easy if you’re in shape and only an hour long. Great way to ease into your fitness goals though.

I signed my kids up for the 6 week Karate trial. Finished that and didnt come back or sign up for more sessions. Three weeks later they took nearly $200 out of my bank account. I asked for a refund and they refused to give back MY money. Apparently, there was a contract that I signed at the beginning saying that if we did not want to continue then we need to give them a 4 week notice. Meaning TWO weeks into it, you need to know if your kid wants to continue after the 6 weeks. I do not remember this part of the contract or I would have cancelled a long time ago. This is a lot of money to some people so it seems very unfair that we are being charged for a service that we are not getting.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! The family atmosphere is amazing! Everyone helps everyone! No one lets you fail! Everyone will push you to do you best! I have more energy! I have more stamina! As a night shift nurse that has never been able to keep up an exercise routine this place is the best! I can go before or after work and it works with my life perfectly! I couldn’t be this fit or feel this good without this place!!!

Just completed the 6 week challenge (actually, my final weigh in is tomorrow—and I got this!). The meal plan they provide is amazing. It’s so easy to follow and even though I know that I’m not going to be so strict with my diet once I’m not in the challenge, I can see following the meal plan most of the time moving forward. Seriously, I think the meal plan alone is worth doing the challenge. However, I can’t say that I enjoyed or found much value in the actual kickboxing classes—but this is really just a personal preference as many people really like them! As someone with a fitness background, I like working toward specific goals (other than just generally losing weight) and have my workouts structured to meet those goals. This is obviously difficult to do in a group fitness setting, so again, just my preference. Finally, I wish the sinks in the bathroom were not motion activated and that they had working paper towel dispensers.ETA: I increased my rating to four stars. If I could rate just the meal plan I would give it five in a heartbeat. After having completed the challenge, I’m now coming to realize how absolutely revolutionary this challenge has been for me and my relationship with food—I know that sounds dramatic, but it’s true 😂 Anyhow, if you have issues with food, I would encourage you to look into this!

20 lbs down!!! Just finished my 6 week challenge and I feel fantastic. Airstrike is just what I needed. The instructors are so incredibly motivating. I just love going to the 515 OA class. Airstrike hands you everything you need to succeed, its just whether you use it to your advantage.

This place is awesome, just finished my first 6 weeks challenge they provide you the tools to succeed and the moral support to get you through it and the hand to pull you up when you have fallen, but it’s your mindset that keep you going so change that and you can do it successfully. I lost 25 pounds from their 6 week challenge & accomplished my goal! They gave me great meal plans & changed my unhealthy habits. I met amazing people who I will forever call my friends , they pushed me physically & mentally. Not only did I lose 25 pounds but I felt better about myself which improved the little things in my life, I started doing better in school, work, and other environments because I felt more confidence in myself.

6 weeks challenge rocks! I tough it will be impossible for me to loose 10% of my body weight... but I DID it! And I feel great. Im doing the six week challenge and I have lost my 25 lbs already. I weighed in at 279.2 and 4 weeks later when I finished my class today I weighed in at 254.2. The place is awesome, staff is nice and easy to work with. But when I finish I want to see myself at 250 are lower. Im want to get my six pack and this is a big stepping stone. I will keep yall updated on how much I actually lose when I finish the program. I lost 32 lbs here.

Best school in Wichita by far. Im so excited as a parent to have found Airstrike. My son has gone leaps and bounds since joining in so many different areas. Its been an amazing investment. Well worth the $.

I did the 6 week challenge and was needing to lose 18.8lbs... I lost 21.2lbs. It was hard work and I got frustrated in the middle when I wasnt losing any weight. I ended up cutting out all Mios water flavors, coffee, salt, stopped eating the carbs allotted except the fruits, and then I started drinking smoothies with the protein powder in it. I work overnights and wasnt getting enough water in due to my job, so I chugged it before bed. And voila I lost it because of my determination.Likes: Classes, daycare area with window next to workout area, instructors, and diet overall wasnt bad.Dislikes: Times of classes (8a or 4p) would work better for me personally, but I get not everyone needs those hours.

I did the 6 week kickboxing challenge and lost 38 pounds. The effort you put in will determine the results you get. Nice equipment, great people, tough but fun. 4 instead of 5 stars, would be nice to have a few more classes earlier and later in the day.

This isnt just the type of place you take your kids to learn karate. This is an experience. A network of great friends, inspiration, and mind blowing martial arts. This group truly is among the best in the nation. Ive watched it build from its very early days to the machine it has become. In addition, I have watched my son explode out of his shell and gain a whole new level of confidence.

Airstrike provides a great atmosphere, a detailed yet easy to follow nutrition and exercise plan, and a tight-knit group of people for accountability. This is the most caring and talented group of people Ive met. They instill confidence and discipline at an age appropriate level. We have been at Airstrike for 3 months now and we LOVE it! Our girls are 4 and 7 and look forward to each class. The senseis are incredible with the kids. As a teacher - classroom management is a big deal to me - and these guys have it! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, ready to help and I dont know how but they really DO know your name. With all of the people coming in and out thats impressive. What led us to Airstrike was the flexible class schedule. As beginners, my daughters classes are offered at least 9 different times through the week and I get to choose 2. The flexibility is a MUST for us and NO one else has that. WOW! I recommend Airstrike to everyone. While the flexibility led us there, the people and community that it has created will keep us there!

Id give it a higher rating but no one is on top of returning calls. No one notified of posted when the krav instructor quit. Or mentioned it in any groups. Its not a bad place but they do need to work on communication with the members.

Wichita Airstrike has helped my son pull away from the video games he was addicted to and now he wants to constantly practice his ninja moves. He is shy and is starting to come out of his shell and we absolutely adore the staff. Everyone works so well with the kiddos and they all have the patience of a Saint. We love you guys!

I enjoyed my 6 week challenge. Made my goal of 10% weight loss. I really loved the morning OA class with Jenna. She was the best. Follow the meal guidelines and go to class it’s that simple.

Airstrike is AMAZING!!! My daughter went from a shy, not very coordinated, kid to outgoing and much more coordinated and as she tells me she is so much faster because she is a ninja now! The entire staff is friendly and wonderful with the kids - they treat them as if they are their own. My kiddo cant wait to grow up and be a Sensei just like her instructors!

A friend suggested Airstrike for our son, and we have been so pleased! In the few months hes been going we have already seen a change in his focus doing school work and a boost in self confidence. Our son Ben, decided to switched over to Airstrike from another martial arts school and we were hopeful that his martial arts flame would rekindle. We were completely overjoyed when our son said he loved his new school and still continues, to this day, to hone his skills with a smile on his face. And most of all, hes having fun doing it.

We started with airstrike 3 years ago. It starts out all warm and fuzzy. Then the Proprietors ego got too big. He started letting personal and extramarital Affairs bleed into the business. Most all of the original people have left along with all of the original instructors that he either fired or left because of the drama. This is not a family-oriented place where you would find the morals and ethics that you would hope for in a martial arts school. Luckily enough the people that have left their have started their own School hybrid martial arts. Thats where all the awesome people went.

The instructors and classes are amazing! The feeling of family and community made the challenge fly by, and I learned that Im stronger than I ever thought possible! Thank you!

My family loves Airstrike! My girls use to be very timid and didnt like participating in much because they thought they wouldnt be as great as the other kids. They have dealt with bullying at school for years now, but now they stand up for themselves, they gained confidence, focus, and their grades at school improved within a few months. I was stunned when they brought their report cards home! Sensei TJ runs a fun, disciplined, structural atmosphere and all employees go above & beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. It builds confidence and build self-esteem it builds relationships my son has autism and you would never know because TJ and everyone there showed how to be his own self they dont care if your disabled or have learning disabilities or anything they they help you with everything my son has learned more about values . When you attend Wichita airstrike you are be becoming some more something Great!!!

My 8 year-old son fell in love with Airstrike the first time he visited. Having been raised by a karate instructor, I was a little more skeptical and hesitant, but I decided we would give it a try. Sensei TJ and his family and staff quickly won me over with their enthusiasm for martial arts, their dedication to each childs progress, and their open, friendly environment. I appreciate the community that TJ fosters through social media and all of the extra help he offers by posting videos and answering questions in a timely manner.

We have both of our girls enrolled in different classes at Airstrike. Each class they leave energized and even more excited about what they have learned. Towards the end of each class Sensei Brian and Sensei Hayden talk with the students for a few minutes. Each time its filled with words of encouragement, how to be better as a student and person, or any other words of motivation. Sensei Hayden works with the lower aged students and is an amazing teacher, mentor and role model for them. While watching you can tell he truly enjoys his time with the younger students. Sensei Brian works with the older aged students. He demonstrates and teaches patience, respect, and working to maintain a positive attitude about class and life. All teachers and staff are highly involved with the students and parents; Airstrike is a wonderful environment for everyone involved.

One of the best if not the best karate schools for kids! They dont just do it for the money but for the love of it and to help kids become more confident!

Its a great blessing finding this school its helped my daughter build her confidence drastically and there kinda like a second family. Sensi TJ is very good on working with families and just being very understanding about different life events. Cassie is very good on communicating with the parents about different things that come up with Airstrike and she knows a lot about what she does and very passionate. Sensi Brian and Jake are great with the kids and help them better themselves by giving them the knowledge and courage that they can do it. Sensi Zach and Isa are my daughters favorite they are good remodels for the younger generations and very good teachers. Mason is very confident and works as a great teacher for the kids he is also a great romodel that showing the kids that working hard for his black belt. All of them help kids build there confidence and great team work skils and its ok to lose just do better next time and dont give up. We are Team Airstrike!!

My son is a high-functioning autistic and ADHD child. We have been having trouble with his respect of adults lately.When I saw Airstrikes 4th of July special I talked with Sensei TJ to see if this was a good fit for him or not.Last year in school my son didnt do so well. He has been behind educationally, he is basically a 1st grader, but he is in the 4th grade this year. This year just started and already he is made a vast improvement from last year. Hes wanting to do his homework, listening, and has brought home over 100% everyday for the past 4 days. He read his homework with little help (this is a huge accomplishment). Normally we spend hours trying to get him to read but now hes doing his work and its 4th grade work not 1st grade. I couldnt be more proud.When they say it helps with their school and their confidence theyre right. I knew I was going to see change, but I didnt expect it this soon. He is only been going to Wichita Airstrike for 5 - 6 weeks.My son is a whole different kid. I never would have imagined that he would fit in so well and for the 1st time in a long time he is a normal 9 year old. The other Airstrike kids are right there to help him out and encourage him to keep up the good work. There have been a few different occasions in which one of the other students has helped him and told him that he is doing great.Sensei TJ, Sensei Brian, and Sensei Jake are great with the kids and they encourage them on their level. They do push them to be better but they also know that there is going to be things that are harder for some kids and easier for them and they push each student to be the best that they, the student, can be. No one asks anymore of the kids.I will absolutely be telling every body I know with kids to come check it out for themselves. I am so glad I did look it this time and not shy away because of his disabilities. Just because he has autism and ADHD does NOT automatically mean that those diagnosis define who he is as an amazing little boy.Thank you Senseis for giving him a chance. He absolutely loved coming to class.
