Dr. Nassif literally saved my life when I was suffering from my first Crohns flare. He is also deeply kind and knowledgeable. He takes the time to actually listen to you and explain things. I recommend him to anyone who needs a GI specialist.

Was the most rude doctor I have ever been associated with. My wife went with me and was in the examining room when he came in to talk to us. He was so rude And condescending. I was embarrassed by HIS behavior.

Had my colonoscopy there in March of 2017 and Im still angry about the way I was treated. I would wait up to two hours to get in to see him because they scheduled multiple people to show up at the same time . When I went in for the colonoscopy, Nurse Ratchet jammed the needle so hard into my hand for the IV that she rammed into a ligament. They refused to use any effective numbing The topical anesthetic was worthless and my hand was bruised and stiff for two weeks. Their before and after care was no less than brutal. The anesthesiologist even asked why they were being so hard on me as they were putting me under. I suffered stomach cramps from the biopsies and was doubled over as I tried to leave. Nurse Ratchet thought it was amusing. My daughter called her the C word and I completely agree. Like I said, IM STILL ANGRY! I wouldnt send anyone there for this kind of torture.

Dr. Nassif is a phenomenal doctor. My OB/GYN referred me to him. He took the time to listen to my issues and details without rushing or making me feel uncomfortable. He is the only doctor, after having tried many, who found proper treatment for my condition, making me feel healthy again. His staff are amazing. I absolutely love his nurse Kimberly who is exceptional! She goes well above and beyond the call of duty to care for her patients! I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Nassif is a wonderful doctor. He is patient, understanding, highly competent, intelligent, thorough, and he takes all the time necessary to hear your issues, explain to you in detail the diagnosis and his treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Nassif to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.

I saw Dr yesterday to get a second opinion on my Crohns disease. He was amazing! I didnt mind that I had to wait over an hour after he took the time to go through my history with me and answer my questions. He explained to me why I feel the way I feel and made me feel like I wasnt crazy. I am crossing my fingers the he will take me on as one of his patients. I felt more comfortable with him and that he knew me better than the doctor I have had for almost 7 years.

Saw my brother once and since my brother had some other medical issues and couldnt see him for an appointment. He decided no to see my brother any more. Need I mention my brother is a Medicaid. The State insurance because he is mentally challenged and lives in a group home. In group homes sometimes they are no as organized as they should be and they may miss an appointment. See how doctors can deny patients just because they are on Medicaid. Thanks a lot Dr. Nassif.

I have never known of a doctor office to have such lack of compassion. It is so incredibly sad that people are dying of diseases that can be controlled with proper medication but doctors choose not to help because the patient was too sick to make it to an appointment. Firing a patient that you acknowledged needing tremendous help and then charging them $50 for a missed appt is wrong. Its even more wrong to skip the payment process and send it directly to collections. I really hope this was caused by the uneducated office employees and not Dr. Nassif himself, but who knows in this world. I would absolutely recommend going with your next choice instead of choosing this office to help with any gastro disease!

VERY disrespectful. Made a brain injured man wait 4 1/2 hours for him to show up for a simple procedure that a first year medical student could and probably did do. The people at the hospital said he does this all of the time. Has his patients come in 3 hours early. Tough on the hospital personnel that are left having to cover for him. Will find a new doctor that cares and respects his patients .

Dr. Nassif is a very good, thorough gastroenterologist. He has his own practice/office and sees many patients so be warned you will wait to see him (for an office visit and in house for your appointment). He takes his time and care with each patient he sees, though which is a plus. He can do colonoscopies/endoscopies in his office. He can also administer injections such as Remicade in house. This is very helpful and easy for his patients. He has a great, hard working, helpful staff which is great!

Doctor Nasif does ok with Colonoscopy. However, he has issues when it comes to pseudocyst becoming infected. I had a pseudocyst from a Pancreatitis attack causing gallbladder removal. He sent me to a doctor up at KU medical Center which was also incompetent on the matter. Basic told me there were no other doctors in Kansas that could do the procedure to drain the pseudocyst and I found out that was a flat out lie. This cost me unnecessary travel and finances spent for it. 3 days after the procedure I had a major infection in my pancreas and when I contacted Basic he told me my blood work was good and showed no infections. The problem with this he did not draw any blood to check this at that time. I contacted my personal PCP and she ran blood work and said I had some sort of infection present. By the time I got back up to the El Dorado clinics office they had closed for the day after telling me to come back up there after getting the blood draw I feel that was not professional in anyway. I was running a 104 temp at that time and just locking me out like that was dangerous to my health. I went to the ER after calling the doctor at KU which had referred me to follow up with Nasif. Sad huh? The ER ran more test and found that I did in fact have an infection and contacted the doctor at KU. He told them to get me on a specific powerful antibiotic and they would send an ambulance from KU to pick me up from the hospital in El Dorado. This all together took 2 days to get done. Once at KU I had to go through 3 surgeries to get all the dead tissue which was my pancreas that died during all this. The doctor figured I lost 60 plus percent of my pancreas from this all because Nasif did not follow through and recheck my blood for an infection that about killed me. Nasif is supposed to be a specialists in Gastroenterology but was actually incompetent as my wife and I are witnesses to this.
