Finally posting a rating. Incompetant staff. Would give 0 stars if I could.I went to your location before in the past. Im not suprised at your response. One of your managers insulted me and never apologized for what your staff did. She had the nerve call my parents about the issue when I am an adult who can deal with my own issues. Thankfully, no one I know no longer goes to your location.

This place needs new staff 100%. How can you argue with a person thats telling you the prescription is obviously wrong because its causing eye pain. Theres no reason you should experience eye pain if the script is right. You should never be told you need to let them adjust to the glasses. After a couple days of wearing them & Still having pain something is definitely wrong. Its not normal at all & my new Dr stated very clearly you never should wear glasses that hurt, because itll create more issues. I already knew that, which is why i left this company completely due to the asian or whatever she is, who debated with me about the script was only changed slightly. Foh, Im not dumb & dont play about my eyes. Practice professionalism skills & maybe people want leave your practice.
