Ive bought my glasses from Price Optical and Mike is the Best Ive had for adjusting frames. Many times I pick frames that either arent sturdy enough for me or not large enough for my lenses. Mike always remembers what I need, how hard I am on the frames and my preference for thin lenses. His prices are great and hes terrific at tinting my sunglasses from dark at the top to clear at the bottom.Wont buy glasses anywhere else!

My son lost a screw in his glasses and then dad took the other one out and left us in a bigger mess. Came to Price Optical and they had them fixed in under 10 minutes after we spend almost 2 hours trying to fix them ourselves. Great business and so incredibly helpful! 10/10 would recommend

I needed glasses after chemo. I spent an hour picking out my frames here. When I went to pick them up...they were not even close to the frames I had picked out. I told the man. He made me cry in front of the whole store. He said he could reimburse my insurance or I could take the frames. I had no choice. The paint was already chipped in several places.

I just stopped by because had a few questions. The open sign was on and the door was unlocked upon walking in Im getting looked at crazy by other people. The the man helping them said rudely were closed. Wow bad customer serive . I bet I want go back during working hours because of this treatment. Just FYI if your closed turn your sign off and lock the door. Common sense.

Mike and his staff are wonderful. They worked with my oldest daughter, who is out of town at college, and made sure she was taken care of. They contacted a trusted glasses company close to her, so that she didnt have to make the trip back to Wichita, or wait to address her glasses issue. Mike is the BEST!

Mike and the girls treat you like family here. I have been getting my glasses here for 10+ years. They have discount deal packages that can really save a lot of $$$. Anytime something didnt feel just right all I had to do was stop by for an adjustment at no charge and back to normal. I would recommend them to everyone!

I had a terrible experience here because the guy that owns it is a complete jerk. He was constantly treating me like a child, and assumed I didnt know what I was doing. When I went in to get new frames they offered me a clear pair for $30, and that was amazing, so I took up the offer. They were quick taking the lenses out of my old pair and putting them in the clear pair which was great, and I was very happy when they did that, but then not even a day later they were falling out because they didnt fit in the frame correctly which was the whole point of me paying for the lenses to get switched. Then I called them and the man who owns this store quickly started blaming me, and said there was no way to get it fixed, and I had to buy a whole new pair with new lenses. I found this absurd, so I called a different place and they put my lenses in correctly and they fit in my new pair. I am never going to come back here and I suggest no one goes here because I am not the only person that has had a problem here. There are much better places in Wichita that can do the same job, but cheaper and better. 0/10 recommend.

This is the only place I go for glasses! For almost 10 years they have taken their time, assisted me in finding each perfect pair! They have amazing quality and the best customer service I have ever experienced!!

Spent $500.00 on glasses told him they needed to be scratch resistant said that he would get the best ones wouldnt scratch very easily bs two months old look worse than the ones I had for four years waste of money probably wouldnt recommend this place now have to spend more money to buy new lenses

Never received my glasses. This company claims they submitted my claim to insurance but according to my insurance company it was never sent to them. I was told it would take no longer than 2 weeks for my glasses. After 2 weeks they didnt even bother to call and tell me theyd heard nothing from insurance company. They offered to mail my glasses to me since I moved out of state. Well guess what they never even came.

They are awesome. Having a bad day, dog chewed up ear piece of my expensive prescription glasses and my vehicle would not start. Dude fixed my mangled ear piece like new at no charge! Thank you from a very happy repeat customer.

My husband thought the sales person was a little pushy about getting the more expensive lenses, but I thought they were pretty awesome. I just wish I can get my glasses a little faster is all, but I would have to wait regardless of where I went. :) I liked the selection as well.. :)
