Friendly, fast, and attentive. My last minute appointment was on time, and then entire visit went smoothly and quickly. The doctor and her husband took the time to ask me lots of questions and answer all of mine.

Dr toon takes her time to get to know you and what’s going on with you, she listens to your concerns and happily answers any and all questions you have. She really is the best. Plus she is amazing with the kids.

If I could give more stars I would!!I had to bring my 3 year old with me to my eye exam and they were so accommodating and understanding! I called my husband after the appointment almost in tears about how nice she is!

Best experience! I have really bad anxiety/panic and agoraphobia and was feeling nervous about going out but as soon as a met dr toon I felt instantly better as she was so nice and calm and answered all my questions and concerns.

I had scheduled an appointment with this office, and it being a very busy week it had slipped my mind. I was called about the appointment after I had already made it home. I was very apologetic, and I asked if I could reschedule. He said that it was a $20.00 reschedule fee. So, I said that I would have to think about rescheduling, you know, so I can make sure that I would have the extra money, and the guy said, Ill think about writing it down, I again apologized, and even thanked him, he says yea right, and hung up. This kind of behavior is not okay, people forget, and Im human. This place seriously needs to have a better approach to people, and be kind. You dont know what others are going through, and they need to be understanding of that. If I could give zero stars I would.
