First time going to immediate care I was nervous, checking in was okay, could be better. Wait time was about 2hrs which I get. I didn’t mind it. Its obviously a walk-in place so I didn’t expect it to be any faster. The person who brought me to the back was super great. She made me feel super comfortable while I was nervous. She never dismissed anything I said and showed her concerns. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen by Dr.Cox. Her attitude and the way she talked to me made me forget that it was my first time there and that I don’t even know this doctor but I am completely comfortable with her! I wish she had her own clinic. My whole visit after I got taken to the back was just great!

The people were nice and down to earth. The ladies that helped me were great. Handled my situation smooth like butter baby!

I was greeted when I entered the facility. Teresa was very courteous and is doing a great job taking care of everyone that came in. The west office is near my home. Brandi and Dr. Cox were very helpful. Both gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my questions. Until I find a PCP I will return to IMC West for medical care.

Fast, friendly, affordable, painless... figuratively. These folks are great. All of my interactions from reception to the doctor who saw me were incredibly pleasant, professional and caring. Hope I dont need them again but wont hesitate to drop by if I do.

I had a WONDERFUL experience last night at IMC west. I don’t know if I’ll ever use anyone else again for minor “emergencies” during normal business hours. There was no wait, the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. I felt like I was taken seriously and all my concerns were immediately and professionally addressed! Last time I had MRSA it took five different trips to five different doctors. Here I got everything resolved in one 30 minute visit! Thank you IMC!

I came in about 30 mins before closing they told me it would be about an hour wait and I asked if that was OK and they said yes it wasn’t even that long and even though it was the end of their day everybody was incredibly pleasant

I went in this morning for a simple physical I needed to have done for school. Under the medical history section, I had marked that I have a heart murmur/irregular heartbeat. Its congenital and structural but gives me no real issues or inhibits me from doing anything. I have been seeing a cardiologist every three years since I was born for it. The Dr came in and immediately started questioning why I had marked that and kept telling me over and over again that she didnt think I had one. She then went out into the hallway where I could hear her talking to other staff about how she basically thought I was lying and making the whole thing up. After paying the $125 and her doing only part of the stuff I needed for the physical, she then refused to sign anything on the physical form because she isnt my primary care Dr. I explained to her that I had okayed that with my school because I currently dont have one. She still refused and snidely tried to explain to me what a primary care doctor was as if that wasnt common sense. She then told me that if I really go see this cardiologist every three years like I said I do then to go ahead and have him sign off on it .... who is also not my primary care Dr so? I hate to be accused of lying. I pride myself on being a very honest person so to have a doctor look at me and talk to me like I was stupid and accuse me of lying about something that would honestly be the weirdest and dumbest thing possible to lie about, I was enraged. Left crying because I was so angry and just paid $125 to be blatantly disrespected and mocked. The whole thing was extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. No matter how urgent the need, I will NEVER go back to another immediate care, especially not this one. I called my old pediatrician and asked him if he could just please do it. When I explained the situation he laughed so hard and confirmed that yes, I do and always will have that structural issue with my heart and that hes the one that sent me to the cardiologist as a baby. Almost makes me question the immediate care doctors capabilities. Im not one to ever leave a bad review, but if I could give this place negative stars I would in a heartbeat.

Broke my toe, was able to get straight in , no waiting.Had a few images made, grabbed a boot and was out the door. Didnt take an hour total. Staff was Wonderful! We had fun! Would definitely recommend!

Very good establishment for urgent care. Staff is courteous, friendly, and build good rapport with patients without coming across as disingenuous. Only criticism would be wait time (approaching 45 minutes for me from check-in to being called back) but patients were being called back at a consistent rate.

Everyone was so kind from the receptionists to the dr. The receptionist offered me a wheel chair upon walking in, came to me repeatedly so I did not have to go to her. Offered to open door as I left . The lady who did my X-rays was so polite and patient and the dr as well no complaints. Everyone was amazing and I was in a lot of pain .

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, The young lady at the desk led me through all of the paperwork and getting signed in and ready quickly and efficiently. Even though the lobby was packed, I actually only had to wait about five minutes before they came out to get me! Everyone I came in contact with were very professional and trained well enough that the whole process was smooth and easy. And friendly enough that I kind of felt like they were all cousins I hadn’t met yet. LolI am 52 years old and because of my employment experience and training, I have a fifth-degree black belt in customer service, lolSo trust me when I tell you, your experience will be A++

VERY nice people !!!...sympathetic and have a lot of knowledge which is great when you are ill however they should call it not so immediate care...I have a feeling they are a little understaffed or I must have come on a busy day(and all the computers were down) because they were super slow...so if u need to be treated immediately probably just go to the ER (I waited about 45-50 mins before they finally took me back about 3 people in front of me )....overall they were GREAT!!!!! I’m feeling much better now and it has a lot to do with them ...thank you!!!!!

Visited due to a bad toe! Yes! I know! It was seriously infected! Reception! Polite walked my paperwork to me so I didn’t have to get up, walking was painful and she could tell! Soon to be mommy nurse... polite, sweet, caring efficient! Cool lady doctor with “I wish I had her pretty grey long hair”! Oh my she says! Glad you came in! Fast friendly efficient and I feel 99% better today! WOMEN kill it! Wichita! West Kellogg! Best ever! In 2002 I went to see my mom in the hospital. I felt worse and worse during the flight home. Got off the airplane went straight there as I knew my mom was probably not going to make it (she didn’t) I was emotional, they knew it. Got me in and out. I had walking pneumonia. Dr Hershberger I think. He was amazing too. Place is awesome will not ever go anywhere else!

We were very impressed with this Immediate Care. We did not wait long. The Dr. We had was very good. He took all the time we needed. Was down to earth and very knowledgeable. Since they took our insurance, I plan to go here when possible. We picked it from the ratings we saw. The ratings are spot on.

I have used the IMC on Maize Rd several times since it opened last year. I have had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and always ready to be of help. I especially want to thank Lindsay for her caring way. She takes the time to listen to her patients and really makes a person who’s not feeling well feel cared for. I was so impressed when I walked into this clinic. The Nurses were ALL very professional and sweet. The clinic is nice and roomy and has a very homelike feel. I will go back. The Dr. was very attentive and informative. All in all I was happily impressed.

Went here for a COVID-19 testing/swab only, was told thered be no charge when asked at front. Surprise, we received a bill! Talked to Patient Services the first time and they noted Id need to call this location. So, we call this location back and the person answering the phone didnt really seem to care that someone LIED at their location. We followed back up, again, with Patient Services. However, thankfully, this 2nd time someone is looking into this discrepancy and will get back with me after review. Ill update my review as it comes -- and, hopefully, for the better.If you go here, Id strongly encourage you to keep track of who you talk to.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Wait time was minimal. Nice and clean facility.Cons: Urine samples being given in the waiting room? Gross. Website says they work with high deductible insurance plans & sign in lobby states max amount to be billed for each service. You get billed doubled plus all the LabCorp fees. Makes it most expensive place I have ever been to. I was prescribed a medication that was contraindicated with breastfeeding and was told it was fine, go ahead and take it. Had to call my pharmacist, verified it wasnt ok, called IMC, they tried reassuring me to take it, but agreed to call the pharmacist also. They called me back and said they were calling in a new script. More money paid for a second medication I could actually take, frustrating to have wasted money on the first one. They were nice and pleasant working through it. Just wish I was prescribed the appropriate medication and they honored their billing.

Unfortunately I am terrible at writing reviews when a place is great or if I have a fantastic experience, I need to work on that. However, I have been coming to this facility since it opened years ago. I have always had great care and no issues.Tonight I took my daughter in like many times before over the years and was told that my primary insurance had a co pay but in the past my secondary insurance has always covered any costs not covered in the primary. Funds are low with COVID and the way this last year has played out. They said that I would have to pay the $20 co pay that was required by my primary. I assured than that as it has many times before my secondary pays everything including co pays. They said sorry we need the $20, I said I don’t have it to pay, so they said well sorry your daughter can’t be seen!!!!! Never in my 39 years of life have I ever been denied to be seen. I have been seen there without insurance and a sliding scale in the past and they said nope. $20 or you can’t be seen here???? What has this world come on to? Over $20 dollars and two insurances to cover this one visit. Disgusting. I won’t be back. After many years of thinking so highly of this place. They did mention new management. Well, okay then, this new company clearly doesn’t allow people who struggle to be seen.

Had a ua for a job, 2 people in front of me when I arrived and I was in and out withing 20 25 mins. Always a quick and easy experience!!

Customer service is great.. But, the timeline is not very impressed because it has wasted the half of the day to get in. I’m pleased with them to take a time to communicate with me with a paper and pen to write. They understood that they are to be kind and helpful to communicate with me because the discrimination with the other people doesn’t understand that deaf people who use sign language to communicate.

I have never given a review until now. Let me just say I was very satisfied with my recent cost. First, I was able to get checked in right away. The staff there addressed my problems, immediately. Engaging with physicians in the past, has been a real challenge for me. However, I did not have any challenges during this visit. They were all very kind and attentive to all my concerns. I got an X-Ray and EKG and was sent home and some sense of relief. I definitely recommend coming here

I am not from this area of town, but ended up needing to go to a urgent Care center. I think it was a little bit difficult to find, but once I found the building it was so obvious where it was.The inside of the building is lovely. The reception I received was warm and personable. They were very courteous, professional, and did not make me feel like my problem was trivial in the least.I would highly recommend them if you are in need of any kind of urgent care.

Despite being very busy they were never rude. They were to the point, but never rude and never spoke harshly. When I was in the back all the nurses were very kind and when they could see I was nervous/a bit scared they became chatty and spoke casually with me about family and just whatever.This place is full of kind people putting their lives on the line during a pandemic. It’s one of those, I wouldn’t mind meeting them again, but I don’t want to have to go back situations.Thanks for the excellent service.

From front desk to back of house nursing an doctor staff, my experience was great! Ive been to other immediate care facilities in the past, and the staff is far superior and friendly!

They were pretty busy but my daughter and I were seen promptly and the nurses and staff were super nice. Definitely will be back there for my urgent needs when my primary care physician cant see me. We were there for a covid-19 test and possible sinus infection.

Dont come here for covid testing if you have a past due balance. They will not test you unless you pay

Had a severe laceration on my thumb that required stitches. They were able work me in quickly. Did a fantastic job! Even sent me hime with antibiotic for 2weeks. Highly recommend their services and reasonably priced.

We had left an urgent care facility across town due to the way we were treated before we came to IMC. We were treated with kindness, care, and dignity. I thank my PA Jon for making us feel welcome and at ease as I had a nasty spider bite and was anxious to get help.

Injured hand at 6:10 am, had ice on hand for 3 hours before being seen, nurse took ex rays, came back in the room said she didnt see anything, took vitals made remarks about blood pressure being so low for a person in pain, then Doctor came in the room and never physically checked my hand, really made me feel like i was faking the injury, not very professional, Im not that person that would do that, Thank you.

IMC West front desk staff is very nice. The nurses and doctors as well. Also didn’t have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be seen!

Walked in - no appt needed. Tested for Covid. We were the only ones waiting...they were very fast and friendly and efficient. The swab was simple...just q-tip in both nostrils...nothing crazy. In 3 days I can check the labcorp website for results and they will also call if positive. They do not offer rapid tests.

I had to visit the West Kellogg location on 6/21/20. They got me in very quick! I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Everyone from the admissions clerk to nurse to the providers were so kind. Will definitely use again if I have to!
