Had a colonoscopy and was very pleased with Dr. Kilgore and his staff at the Ascension Via Christi Surgery Center on Founders Circle. Everyone was so pleasant from the time I walked in until we left.

I had an EGD done by Dr Kilgore, I had some questions about my portal regarding the results of my test and he called me directly! In my 53 yrs I have NEVER had a physician call me directly. His bedside manner is top notch. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.

I really dont know where to begin. I have a very irrational fear of medical procedures. I have a long history of GERD and have needed an endoscopy for quite some time just to make sure everything was in working order. After meeting with Dr. Kilgore, within minutes I was relaxed and felt reassured by him. Many doctors have tried to get me to have this procedure (and a colonoscopy) and I couldnt commit to either out of fear. He explained the benefits, as well as the risks involved in such a way that it didnt freak me out. The next week I had the procedures done. I was made to feel extremely comfortable. The genuinely friendly and comforting staff of professionals took care of me every step of the way. Dr. Kilgore checked in on me prior tothe procedure, and was there when I woke up to tell me how everything went. I cant recommend him any higher than 5 stars on here or I would. He is wonderful. I am very grateful for Dr. Kilgore. He his team took wonderful care of me.

Friendly doctor who truly shows compassion. He was one of very few doctors to sit down and listen to me, and willing to get my condition taken care of. My only complaint is return phone calls. I put in a call last week, and the nurse called me back, but just to let me know no feedback was offered yet from physician. I do understand though that they do run a busy practice.

Is the best doctor Ive ever come across. He speaks so the patient can understand whats going on. He really makes one at ease and makes sure you have all the info you need and more. Ive been going to him for nearly 14 years now and actually look forward to my appointments. I cant imagine a better doc. Started seeing him as a 16 year old and he put me at ease and explained everything and has maintained that ability to communicate and level of caring all these years.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kilgore for years. Easy to talk with and explains everything very well. When Ive had flare ups, hes quickly worked me in for procedures that were needed and he truly cares about his patients. Would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone looking for an excellent gastro doc.

After over 20 years of going to Dr. Kilgore. I must say I am kind of disappointed. In the past could count on him to help me. Now all you manage to see is the PA. And the PA doesn’t even talk to Dr. Kilgore. I have been fighting something for a couple of months. I’m beginning to think he doesn’t care anymore. Haven’t seen him in almost 2 years.

My experience with this office was horrifying, he was mean and nasty to me and treated me like trash, because I wouldnt take powerful medication that I did not need. I have scar tissue closing off my colon, but the medication he tried to give me had nothing to do with this problem. Would not listen to what was happening to me.
