Dr. Lancaster may be good at his job-in that he is able to perform a surgery effectively. But his bedside manner is extremely lacking in warmth and my scar, after more than a year post-thyroidectomy-is extremely disappointing in appearance. I wish I had consulted more doctors or even a plastic surgeon to close the incision. I have had a lot of trouble with my scar. It is disheartening to try to recover from the disease while simultaneously dealing with the scar which many people locally have told me they had better experiences with and their scars look far better.

Very impressed with him, before and after the surgery and the 7 months of follow ups so far. Highly recommend him.

My entire journey to where I am now is due to Dr. Lancaster and Via Christi. His continual follow up and concern speaks volumes. Couldnt have asked for a better doctor/surgeon.
