Not sure why they couldn’t do my walk in appointment when I walked in. Maybe one car outside if that. The actual appointment takes 2 minutes maximum. But wasn’t available to see me for an hour after I walked in. Just overall a confusing experience and always wonder what they are doing. Needs more staff. This is not the workers fault but the owners. Past experiences were never as bad as this. SCHEDULE ONLINE TO PREVENT THIS!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible. Cant reschedule appointment without code. Dont have code. Cant speak to an actual person. Went through 3 different options with no results after listening to 30 minutes of $@&# that isnt relevant to me.

Waiting long after our appointment time. Computer check-ins will be the downfall of this place. No greeting, no nothing, does only one person work here??? Will be using Labcorp next time where I have always had good experiences. 👎👎Update: its been an hour PAST appt time and still waiting. What was the point of making an appointment? Do better. This is disgusting.

They didnt charge anything to my insurance like they were supposed to be doing. Now since no one I talked to about the bills wanted to listen to me I have over $1300.00 in medical bills from them on my credit score. Poor listening skills all the way around. Poor customer service. Just poor all around experience.

Screw this place! Set up an appointment and watched 4 people who checked in after me be seen while I waited 25 mins pastmy appointment time for a pre employment U.A.

Horrific customer service. No one at the front counter. They have a little tablet that you can sign in on and it loses connection all the time. Staff are condescending and rude when you ask them questions. They look and act severely overworked. For the love of god go somewhere else if you can.

A bald man driving a Quest Diagnostics car was extremely rude at QuikTrip. Youre representing your company, you might want to act professionally, sir. Would not do business with a company whose employees conduct themselves in such a manner.

Great Experience! I came at 7:45 am, signed in on the tablet, was called back 1 min later. Very nice lady took my blood, and found my difficult to find vein right away, easiest blood draw I have ever done!

Rude, unorganized, and unhelpful staff, those with appointments were waiting 1-2 hours. Was told after waiting for 1 hour that walk ins wouldn’t get seen until after they caught up on appointments, which they were 1.5 hours behind on. Go somewhere else if you can.Update: was here again today with an appointment and waited about 20 minutes but others had been waiting for 3 hours because they only had one staff member. Same staff from yesterday but was much more kind once I got in. They seemed overwhelmed, understaffed, and the check in kiosk was broken

This is by far the worst drug screening place I have ever been sent. I scheduled an appointment for a pre employment drug screening at 10:30 am. We showed up and check on a tablet at 9:30am. We came back in at 10:15 and no one showed up to the front desk until. 10:45. Then they said they are running 20 mins behind but there is still 6 people infront of me and its 10:55 which is 25 mins past my appointment. I probably wont get in for at lest another 2 hours the way it looks. Employers or individuals I highly suggest you find another place to do a drug screening. If I could rate this place a 0 I would but unfortunately I am not allowed to go below a 1 star

Amazing customer service. Very clean and awesome phlebotomists. Its the only place I want to go to for lab.

There was a really kind lady who took my blood today and it was so fast I barely felt it. I get faint sometimes and she made sure I had water and was cool >< I wanna go back here everytime for blood tests!!!

Waited 10 minutes for them to answer the window only to be told to deal with a robot that told me I had an hour wait for a walk in. Absolute trash service. Use LabCorp.

I have the worst billing issues with quest diagnostics! Every time I speak to them they tell me it’s taken care of and I won’t be billed again then I receive the same bill every two months. I’ve even had my insurance call them with the same run around.

Not sure why the negative reviews, maybe people visiting for work or drug tests come in with negative predispositions but I have been using this lab for my tests over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Some of my test are cumbersome with paperwork and added time to the process. The orders are received from California and reported back to California which adds to the complexity, time spent and insurance frustrations for the staff...non of these potentially negative problems are shifted to me. I am always treated as the most important client as everyone else is that I see greeted in the waiting room from the staff. I would especially like to thank Africa for the extra time and care she gave during my last visit insuring that my lab would make it on time to it’s final destination.

The wait time was pretty long. It appears there is only 1 person doing everything.

Wow! I recommend this place to everyone! Get you right in and out, so friendly and happy and with my insurance I don’t pay any extra. Barely feel the needle go in. I love it and don’t go anywhere else.

Nice place to get things done in and out. Super nice staff and helpful. The place is super clean and conviniently located in North East side of Wichita. The staff is very professional and courteous.

Would never go here again. The lost my lab and acted like Id never been there to do the labs.

Not sure why some had bad experiences, but mine was excellent. They were fast, courteous, and the phlebotomist Julie drew my blood with ease. I have notoriously hard-to-find veins.

They keep billing my old insurance. And when I call they say a new invoice will come.

Quest Diagnostics at the 29th St. has the worst customer service. The lab nurses working there are rude to the patients coming in to get their lab works done. Do not ask questions from them, because they do not know how to answer appropriately. I had to go there because of my doctors recommendation, but after only 2 visits I requested my doctor to change my lab.I am very tolerant when it comes to finding veins but the nurses at Quest just keep poking you without confirming that they can get blood from the vein. Very unprofessional lab technicians. I would definitely not recommend going to this lab if you have other options.

Needed labs done. Went to location on Murdock and was told by lady at reception, You will have to go to the 29th Street location we only do labs on our patients, in stuck up tone of voice. I will have doctor send lab work to another company. Not how healthcare provider, should treat the paying customers, we do still have choices.

No problems at the center, but automated scheduling is the worst piece I have ever had to try to use. It is worthless.

Easy, fast, no issues. Go regularly for bloodwork.
